        The natural aesthetics in a garden are a representation of natural elements by the gardener. They are confined, scaled down, and adjusted to human tastes, rather than being in the natural state of mountains and waters. In that sense, a garden expresses not only shapes, but also the ideals that humans want, and wish to see. The Gyeonggi Garden Exhibition was held at the Seongnam City Hall from October 7 to 9, 2016 under the theme of daily encounters with gardens. This study proposes the design of “Seshimwon” (mind cleansing garden), which is intended to express the exhibition’s theme of “daily gardens” and the aesthetic values of ordinariness, and the ideal relationships existing in abstract nature that the garden pursues through its spatial characteristics. To create the garden’s ordinariness and utopian landscape, pink grass was planted as a background to resemble the abstract images of the Hsien world and Arcadia. A washing machine as the entrance passage is a metaphor for passing through a cave towards a new utopia. In ordinary gardens, ordinariness is expressed by the relationship between the owner and visitors. However, given that there are only visitors at the garden exhibition, the scenery of the season substituted for the owner’s role in the relationship setting. In this way, this garden exhibition represents a new interpretation of how to express basic values of gardens and a given theme.

        The goal of this master plan is to revitalize the local economy and provide local citizens with a place for leisure activities by transforming the magnificent pine forestscape at Geumam neighborhood park into a tourism resource. The present study has analyzed and synthesized the natural and human environments of the target site, which is located in Noam-dong, Namwon-si, in Jeollabuk-do. This master plan has adopted a motto, “engage five senses in pine trees; entertain five senses for fine life”, to express its philosophy of how to utilize the resources of pine trees. To this end, the present study has specified the suggested contents based on literature review of the studies on pines. Beyond an ordinary theme park, this master plan has been designed to create a central space that connects many rural village forests located in Namwon. In this master plan, main facilities have been suggested: the pine exhibition/experience hall, where visitors can appreciate and experience various materials related to pines; and the pinewood cabin, which is built with huge pine trunks, providing multiple functions as a space for rest and recreation ; the healing forest, which utilizes the existing pine forest; the pine sculpture garden; and the pine poem garden. In addition, the present study suggests two representative tourism resources of Namwon as symbolic elements: the herbs and royal azaleas of Mt. Jiri. unique hands-on pine experience activities available at these spaces have been proposed in two categories: festival programs and year-round programs.

        The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of landscape elements and landscape management plans, by comparing and analyzing those plans within the preservation management plan of the 4 provincial parks in Jeollabuk-do Province. A landscape management plan includes both natural and cultural landscape plans, in similar proportions. While a forest’s vegetation landscape is presented as the main focus of natural landscape management, temple landscape and landscape control points (LCPs) are the main focus of cultural landscape management. Analysis of the specific plans by the landscape management strategies, shows that an enhancement approach was incorporated into most of them, while reduction, avoidance, compensation and remediation approaches were also included in part. Management of natural landscape elements such as vegetation and forests is included in the plans, which aim to improve the negative factors and conditions that impair the landscape, by means of reduction, remediation, and compensation. Cultural landscape management such as LCP management, and management of temple landscape and other scenic elements, can usually be categorized as either enhancement or avoidance strategies. The objective of such plans appears to be the improvement of negative landscapes, through management strategies of reduction, remediation, avoidance, and compensation, while also managing the positive landscape elements with enhancement strategies. Historic-cultural landscape elements were revealed to be highly prioritized in provincial parks, as these landscape types were managed in every park in this study. Vegetation landscape management was concentrated at Mt. Moaksan, and this indicates that the importance of vegetation landscape is relatively low within the natural landscapes of the Jeollabuk-do provincial parks. Overall, management in each park appears to be focused on a unique landscape type characteristic of that park, such as vegetation, topographical, or facilities landscape.

        Landscapes are dynamic and therefore they experience frequent changes over time. This research analyzed the landscape changes and spatial characteristics of woodlands in an urban fringe landscape to provide information for the sustainable landscape ecological planning. The results showed that the studied landscape changed between 2002 and 2014 mainly due to new road construction and residential development. Several landscape ecological indicators were used to assess the woodland changes and the overall effect of woodland changes on the landscape structure. The results of the landscape ecological analysis revealed a decrease in patch size of less 5ha (n=13) and between 5ha and 9.9ha (n=2). AWSI decreased from 4.03 in 2002 to 3.89 in 2014, and MND increased from 38.41m in 2002 to 49.12m in 2014, and SDI of land cover type decreased from 1.16 in 2002 to 0.18 in 2014. The results suggest that woodlands have become smaller and more isolated. The shape of the woodlands has also become simpler and more regular. These spatial woodland changes adversely impact the biodiversity. For further information on landscape ecological conditions, a more comprehensive analysis based on more landscape ecological metrics and ecological information such as habitats and species surveys is needed in future studies.

        Ecological restoration is an eco-technology, which heals the nature damaged by human activity by imitating organization and function of the integrate nature and thereby provide an inhabitable space for diverse organisms. Such an ecological restoration has to be carried out by applying restoration plan prepared based on the results of diagnostic evaluation discussed in the diversified respects. This study aims to prepare an ecological restoration plan of the damaged forest ecosystem in Mt. Moodeung National Park. To arrive at the goal, first of all, we diagnosed quality of forest landscape established in Mt. Moodeung National Park based on natural (topography, climate, and distribution of vegetation) and artificial (land use, linear landscape element) factors. In addition, we evaluated the integrity of each zone divided by linear landscape element quantitatively based on geometric property and land use intensity. As the result of analysis, topography of Mt. Moodeung National Park tended to be depended on weathering property of parent rock and vegetation zones were divided to three vegetation zones. Based on land use pattern, deciduous broad-leaved forest, evergreen needle-leaved forest, and mixed forest occupied about 90% of Mt. Moodeung National Park. Mean score of forest landscape quality was shown in 69.86±11.41. As a result, forest landscape elements in Mt. Moodeung National Park were influenced greatly by human activity and the degree was depended on topographic condition. This study suggested the synthetic restoration plan to improve ecological quality of Mt. Moodeung National Park based on the results of diagnostic evaluation.

        The basic design is a plan to create Dongdaegu Station as part of the square in front of the Dongdaegu Station expansion project. This includes a landscaping plan in connection with a synaptic complex transit center development plan. KTX Dongdaegu Station Square is in the center of the complex, and transit passengers are transferred to the best routes to the station extension, with a variety of KTX Gyeongbu transportation routes planned. Located in the heart of the city, the square should be expanded based on the use of past railway stations to function as a city square. The basic design for the KTX Dongdaegu Station Square involves a sense of symbolism, place, public space, and environmental consciousness. First, it highlights the symbolism of Daegu’s identity in planning the concept, and it establishes an eco-friendly nature, taking into consideration the environmental characteristics of Daegu. Second, planning the space from past-oriented public transport secures the functions and features of the pedestrian plaza in the urban context. In particular, it plans to incorporate environmentally friendly low-carbon planning and purification forest plans. Distant, middle, and close-range views are established in accordance with the landscape plan, including three forest conditions, taking into account the nature of the three-dimensional space and establishing a planting plan. Third, a packaged integration plan is established for the enclosure, decoration, and directional limitation of the transportation square, which is located in the city forest and grassy yard between the square and the main road to ensure the direction and connection with the facilities and the symbolic sculptures. This plan can serve as a new model for the planning of railway station squares, turning them into cultural complexes in the public space of the city.

        This paper presents a landscape planning proposal based on rural ecotourism at the giant miscanthus Field in Iksan Jeollabuk-do. The recently developed giant miscanthus (“Goedae Uksae 1”) is a promising bio-energy crop, and several plantation fields will be constructed nationally. Since the site is 184ha and located near the Geumgang river, its ecological and landscape potential is very high. The utilization of the site’s tourism resources is focused in the four directions of giant miscanthus landscaping, regional resource networking, ecotourism, and bio-energy planning. The main concept of the planning is “Living Landscape and Breathing Cultures,” and the site is divided into the six spaces of plantation field, riverside, Yongan eco-park, energy avenue, bio-energy center, and special-landscaping area through the river bank. The main facilities of these spaces comprise a reed maze, an observatory, boardwalks, energy campgrounds, and landscape lighting. Special and eye-catching landscapes with the themes of giant miscanthus, harmony, opening, closing, and sequence were adopted and suggested at the major points of the site. To produce various open, closed, and winding landscapes, eye-view focused planting patterns of centralizing, scattering, and mixing of various similar species were adopted to stimulate curiosity and draw attention.

        The purpose of this study is to institute ecotourism programs through the discovery of excellent ecological, cultural, and landscape resources around Andong lakefront. The applicability of an ecotourism certification system was confirmed based on data construction and valuation. Through analysis of geographical, ecological, and political factors, four types of resources (including natural ecology resources, natural landscape resources, historical culture resources, and living culture resources) and 46 resources ecological and cultural resources were constructed into the mapped database. In particular, this study identified four areas of inland wetlands lakeside as main sites around Andong lakefront. Results of valuation were high for natural ecology resources and historical culture resources, and comparatively low for others, such as living culture resources. Seven factors for standard evaluation were proposed, including ability, landscape, convenience, accessibility, connection, diversity, and value; four ecotourism program courses were proposed regarding field survey, acceptance of local residents’ opinions, travel range, and time required. Finally, this study confirmed the applicability of a natural tourism certification within the certification grades of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

        The aim of this study was to introduce meadow landscape planting in Korea. The survey site was the grasslands on the mid mountain at Jeju Island in Korea. In all, 96 plant taxa consisting of 32 families, 84 genera, 78 species, and 18 varieties were recorded during the investigation of grass-dominating grassland at the study site. An analysis of the grass vegetation types in the survey area revealed their potential for meadow landscape planting. The formal characteristics of plants such as the stem, leaf, and flower were dominant in this grassland. The principal communities were Miscanthus sinensis var purpurascens, Themeda triandra var. japonica(Willd.)-Imperata cylindrica var. koenigii, and Zoysia japonica Steud. A total of 74 plant species were compatible for meadow planting in the area. However, 22 plant species of weeds, climbers, woody, exotic, and invasive plants were excluded in these study sites because the meadow vegetation development might be hampered by them. Following the meadow planting design concept for plants, investigated plants were classified into several categories with two main concept criteria: the design and functional layers. The design layer was subdivided into structural and seasonal layers. Likewise, the functional layer was divided further into ground cover and filler layers. The results of this study suggested that some useful plants can be selected from natural meadows at Jeju for the future target planting of grasslands in Korea.

        This paper aims to explain how storytelling becomes interlinked with social media and the conceptual consequences this development implies. In recent years the interest in storytelling has increased within the marketing discipline. Parallel to this development, the traditional media landscape has been subjected to change as a result of digitization and particularly the expansion of social media. Even though the social nature of these media and its associated electronic word of mouth seem to be well aligned with storytelling, extant literature exhibits few attempts to review the storytelling concept in relation to social media. Based on such a review, the contribution of this paper is condensed into six theoretical propositions that point out how storytelling is expected to become increasingly common and dynamic in social media. Therefore, storytelling is suggested to represent a managerial challenge with regard to professional organizations’ marketing approaches but simultaneously allow for increased customer intimacy for those actors who develop successful ways of attracting the interest and engagement of social media users.

        This study aims to understand the their characteristics and analyze the diverse landscape plants distributed in the traditional temples. We surveyed the landscape plants that the planting species around building and terraced flower bed, excluded the spontaneous species. The contents of analysis were form, leaf fall and type, exotic species and the Buddhist symbol plant. Mostly, the families of landscape plants that rosaceae, compositae and liliaceae were much used. The rosaceae were used in landscape planting, and compositae and liliaceae were used in terraced flower bed and flower garden. Especially, a single planting, a linear planting and symmetrical planting most occupied in the planting types. This reason seemed the object and function of religion. There were lots of trees and shrubs in the form, and they were main material for formation of landscape and frame. Therefore, the temple landscape was composed of landscape plants and planting types and fell into chime with these components. The deciduous broad leaved was many in the leaf fall and type. The aesthetic value is a deciduous broad leaved directed by the external features of nutrition and reproductive organs with plants and flowers, recording, leaves, fruits, and non-seasonal forms along with the variety of landscapes inspectors by providing visual variety, because expression. Exotic species were introduced intentionally, unintentionally for a variety of purposes in a foreign species, naturalized plants invasive species was the wild country to adapt to the environment. Exotic materials will have to be rejected unconditionally, but indiscriminate use of space in a traditional review of the planting material is necessary because of the high potential to inhibit and distort the traditional landscape. Buddhist symbol plant is a very important feature as plants that have the least Buddhist doctrine and has a meaning and a symbol representing the Buddhist, the inspectors can show the difference with other scenic areas.

        국내 농업은 각종 FTA, 고령화, 벼농사 가격하락 등 다양 한 위기에 처해있다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위한 방안 으로 시설원예를 통한 농산물 생산이 주목받아 2010년 이 후 농업에서 원예산업이 약 40% 정도를 차지하고 있다. 이 러한 원예산업은 국내 농업분야에서 국제 경쟁력 제고를 위 해 시설원예의 규모화, 단지화를 추진하고 있으며, 새만금을 비롯한 간척지 사업에 적용을 고려하고 있는 실정이다. 생태 적 서비스의 제공은 인간사회에 필수적으로 필요요소 이지 만, 농업경관에서 시설원예단지 조성은 불투수면적 확장과 생물서식처 손실로 인해 생태계서비스 기능저하의 원인이 될 수 있다고 평가된다. 하지만 최근의 시설원예단지 개발은 대규모, 에너지 고효율에 초점이 이루어져 있어 농업경관 안에서의 생태계서비스에 대한 고려사항은 전무한 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 시설원예단지 조성 시 고려해야할 생태계서 비스 기능 분석 결과 수자원함양(Groundwater recharge), 지 표수저장(Water storage), 양서파충류 서식처(Amphibian & Reptile habitat), 수서곤충 서식처(Aquatic insect habitat), 홍수조절(Flood control), 수질정화(Water purification), 조 류 서식처(Avian habitat), 경관창출(Creating landscape), 식생다양성(Vegetation diversity), 체험/생태교육(Experience, Education), 생물학적 방재(Biological control), 어류 서식 처(Fishery habitat), 기후순화(Climate regulation), 포유류 서식처(Mammal habitat), 대기정화(Air quality regulation), 유전적 다양성 보존(Mainenance of genetic diversity), 휴식 제공(Rest area) 순으로 분석된 바 있다. 그 중 경관창출 기 능은 논, 밭, 산림, 가옥 등 농업경관이 가지는 본래의 특유 경관으로 쾌적하고, 자연적이며, 밝고, 좋고, 친근감 있고 아름다운 경관으로 평가되고 있다. 하지만 국내 시설원예단 지 운영의 경우 경관에 대한 고려 없이 적재물, 폐비닐, 연료 통 등이 질서 없이 방치되고 기존 농업경관과 다소 조화롭 지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설원예단지의 생태계서비스 기 능 중 경관창출기능을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 국내외 사례 에 대한 경관이미지 평가를 실시하고자 하였다. 이러한 연 구를 통해 농촌지역의 경관을 아름답게 유지, 개선하고 앞 으로 조성 될 대규모 시설원예단지 조성 시 경관창출이 가 능 할 수 있도록 활용하고자 한다. 연구대상지는 국내 온실 분포현황을 고려해 대표적 시설 원예단지인 비닐하우스(Vinyl Greenhouse : v), 유리온실 (Glass Greenhouse : g)로 구분하였다. 비닐하우스단지는 충남 부여군 세도면에 위치한 토마토 재배단지를 선정하고 비교를 위해 일본(Japan : J) 후쿠오카현 원예단지 경관을 선정하였다. 유리온실은 국내(Korea, K) 최대 규모로 알려 진 구미 옥성리 화훼단지 경관을 선정하고 네델란드 (Nederland : N) Berkel en Rodenrijs 지역 유리온실 경관과 비교하였다. 경관 평가는 형용사를 활용한 어의구별척으로 실시하였다. 형용사 선정은 농업, 농촌, 경관과 관련된 대표 적인 선행연구인 KRCC(2007), Jo et al.(2012), Son et al.(2011), Kim et al.(2009), Yoo et al.(2000), Kim & Kim(2010), Joo & Lee(2012), Yoo et al.(2009), Lee(2005), Sin(2006) 등 총 10개 분석하여 사용빈도가 높고 본 연구에 적합하다고 판단되는 것으로 선정하였다. 사진 슬라이드는 연구대상 지역별로 3구역을 선정하였다. 평가는 2015년 10 월에 단국대학교 조경학과 3학년 51명, 경상대학교 생물산 업기계공학과 3학년 50명을 대상으로 실시하여 총 101명의 답변을 연구에 활용하였다. 평가결과 국내 비닐하우스 경관(Kv)은 인공적이고(-0.75), 갑갑하며(-0.50), 생명없어(-0.23) 보이는 등 대체로 부정적 인 결과로 분석 된 반면, 일본 비닐하우스 경관(Jv)은 조용하 고(1.38), 넓으며(1.24), 정돈되고(1.33), 쾌적한(1.31) 등 모 든 형용사에서 긍정의 이미지 평가 결과로 분석되었다. 구미 옥성리 유리온실 경관(Kg)은 넓고(0.66), 정돈되고 (0.57), 평화로운(0.49) 등의 긍정의 이미지로 분석되어 국 내 비닐하우스 경관 보다는 평가 결과가 높았지만 인공적이 고(-0.16), 생명없는(-0.10), 정감없는(-0.20) 등 부정의 이미 지를 포함하고 있어 개선이 필요 할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 반해 네델란드 유리온실 경관(Ng)의 경우 네가지 유형 중 가장 이미지 평가결과가 높게 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 시설원예 단지의 경관을 위해 비닐하우스 유형은 일본을 유리온실 유형은 네델란드 형태로 개선을 추진 할 수 있다고 판단된다. 더불어 비닐하우스 경관 보다 는 유리온실 경관이 높게 분석되었으므로 비닐하우스 경관 에 대한 개선이 우선 되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 추가분석을 통해 전봇대, 기름통 등의 가변요소, 녹시율, 도로폭 등을 분석하여 시설원예단지 경관 개선 및 조성모델을 제시하고 자 한다.

        본 연구는 1980년 대 후반부터 2000년 대 후반까지 경기 도 파주시 일대 남북한 접경지역의 산림 경관 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 산림 경관 변화 추이는 1980년 대 후반과 2000 년 대 후반 촬영된 Landsat 위성 영상에서 추출한 각 시기별 산림의 공간 분포를 경관지수를 이용해 계량화하여 종적 비교 분석하였다. 위성영상 분류의 정확도를 높이기 위해 단일 계절 영상이 아니라 봄철(5월 말~6월 초)과 늦여름-초 가을(9월 말~10월 초)에 촬영된 영상의 밴드들을 중첩하여 다중 계절 영상을 제작·분석하였다. 산림 공간 분포는 다중 계절 Landsat 영상을 machine learning 알고리즘의 일종인 support vector machine(SVM) 알고리즘을 이용하여 산림, 초지, 농경지, 비식생지, 수체의 5개 식생 유형으로 분류하 여 추출한 다음, lacunarity 지수를 이용하여 계량화하였다. Lacunarity 지수는 프랙탈(fractal) 기하학에서 파생된 경관 지수의 일종으로, 프랙탈(fractal)이 분석 대상 물체가 공간 을 얼마나 복잡하게 채우고 있는지에 관한 지수라면, lacunarity는 공간에 분석 대상 물체들이 채워지고 남은 빈 공간들이 어떻게 분포하는지에 관한 지수이다. Lacunarity 는 분석의 지리적 척도에 따라 분석 결과가 달라지는 경관 지수로, 지엽적 수준에서 광역적 수준까지 다양한 지리적 척도에서 산림의 파편화를 분석할 수 있다. 분석 결과 민간인 출입이 제한된 임진강 이북의 비무장지 대(demilitarized zone: DMZ)와 민간인통제구역(civilian control zone: CCZ)에서는 지난 20여년 간 산림 면적이 13.2% 증가하여, 군사 활동으로 훼손된 산림에 형성된 초지 와 버려진 농경지들이 산림으로 자연천이되고 있었다. 반면 민간인의 활동이 자유로운 임진강 이남 지역은 같은 기간 산림 면적이 9.3% 감소하여 개발로 인한 산림 훼손이 진행 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Lacunarity 분석 결과 지난 20여 년 동안 임진강 이북의 산림 경관은 지엽적 수준에서는 파 편화도가 감소한 반면, 광역적 수준에서는 파편화도가 오히 려 증가한 것을 나타났다. 이 결과는 1980년 대 후반에는 파편화되어 있던 산림 패치들 사이의 작은 틈들이 초지와 농경지의 자연천이로 점차 메워져서 지엽적 수준의 산림 파편화는 감소하였지만, 도라산역 개발 등 지난 20여 년 간 이 지역에서 발생한 대규모 개발로 넓은 산림이 사라지 면서 광역적 수준의 산림 파편화가 진행되었기 때문으로 분석된다. 임진강 이남의 산림은 분석의 공간 척도에 관계 없이 산림 파편화가 심화된 것으로 나타나, 이 지역에 농경 지 개간, 공장 등 개별 건축물 건설 등 적은 규모의 개발 뿐 아니라 신도시 개발과 같은 대규모 개발 사업으로 인한 산림 훼손이 진행된 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 남북한 접경지역에서 식생의 자연천이가 진행되면서 과거 농경지 개간과 전쟁 등 군사활동으로 파편 화된 산림이 복원되고 있긴 하지만, 이는 민간인의 접근이 제한된 일부 지역에만 국한된 현상이고, 실제 야생동물의 서식 환경을 결정하는 광역적 수준에서는 오히려 산림 파편 화가 진행되고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 이 결과는 접경지역 생태계 보전을 위해서는 남북한 통일 후 비무장지대나 민간 인통제구역을 어떻게 관리할지 뿐 아니라 민간인 활동이 자 유로운 인근 지역을 지금 어떻게 관리해야 할지에 대한 논의 가 시급하다는 것을 시사해 준다.

        This study presents a potential environmental design, rather than the application of the environmental design technique model, to enhance the biodiversity of desolate space. Utilizing the main theories of landscape ecology in relation to vegetation and habitat restoration models, can allow for environmental restoration and the creation of climate change adaptation models to develop existing areas with specific topographical conditions, and allow for the utilization of the ecological base as a terrain recovery plan derived from the application of environmentally friendly design. We believe that the implications of this study will allow for the future creation of urban public parks and restoration of the ecological environmentally friendly design by using applied modeling techniques. Finally, we believe the suggestions outlined here provide a pilot case that delineates the value of the shared space as well appropriately address climate change.

        This research seeks ways to convert the landscape resources of rural village forest into a tourist resource. The study area was restricted to rural village forests in the city of Namwon; we selected 10 village forests using the evaluation indicators of size, landscape, accessibility, connectivity, historicity, and enhancement possibility. We selected five historic/cultural type groves among the preselected village groves as final target areas for planning and then carried out an analysis of their current status and conditions, which has been included in this research. For Naein village forests, themes concerning the winds of Inpoong-ri and the poongchinadae form of feng shui were used. For Haengjeong village forest, preferentially considered ecological of carpinus laxiflora but that introduced the Dokkaebi, which concerns village forest legends. In the Sagok village forest, the beauty of old pine trees and the champan (vice minister) forest were symbolized; in the Jeonchon village forest, the Battle of Hwangsan was symbolized by connecting it to a location in the neighboring village, the Hwangsan Battle Monument site. The themes of Walgil village forest included the historical culture of the village forest, such as Cheonikseong (a person’s name), a famed doctor who practiced good deeds, stonepiles (stacking of stones), and the pine resin delivery of the Japanese colonial era (the Japanese collected resin from the pines). The tourism resources of village forests is expected to provide residents with a amenity space for relaxation and leisure activities and visitors with a space to experience history and culture.

        The aim of this study is to improve satisfaction with Namhae coastal landscape by analysing the image and satisfaction level that visitors have of Daraengyi village. The result of study is summarized as follows. According to the analysis of image and satisfaction, ‘harmony with nature and ecology (sea and mountain)’, and ‘cleanliness of travel destination’ were evaluated highly while ‘variety of several events’, and ‘appropriacy of education program’ got a low evaluation and ‘the satisfaction level’ was found to be high. The image and satisfaction with coastal landscape variables were; experience factor; familiarity factor; variety factor; scenery factor; service factor etc. The image and satisfaction factor of the target area was found to affect overall satisfaction. It was also found that overall satisfaction differed depending on use pattern (the reason of visit, the length of one’s visit and the repeat visit intention). To improve satisfaction with coastal landscape and induce revitalization, Daraengyi village should solve the problems highlighted by the five factors, and strive for the image improvement and management development.

        This study using TWINSPAN and Ordination target Mt. Mireuk analyzed the relationship between vegetation and environment. In addition, direction of the succession to predict the future by examining diameter of breast height and actual vegetation and proposed vegetation landscape management plan that meets them. As a result of the classification by TWINSPAN, communities of vegetation landscapes were composed in six communities such as Quercus mongolica, Pinus densiflora, Q. variabilis, Q. serrata, Q. acutissima, P. thunbergii community. DCCA ordination analysis, and distribution of Q. mongolica community where there is high altitude and low P. densiflora community. The analysis is expected to be diameter of breast height of vegetation Mt. Mireuk result, the dense P. densiflora dominated in large objects, but the young forward the succession to a high density object and Q. mongolica community of intermediate objects progress. The vegetation landscape was subdivided into the priority management zone, core management zone, restoration management zone, and buffer management zone. In particular, the study suggests the ecotone of Mt. Mireuk, which, as it borders Mireuksaji, seems to require management to be redeveloped into a forest of world cultural heritage, should be configured into a scenery forest using Pinus densiflora. We also suggest management of visitors via year breaks for hiking roads, as well as the removal of artificial vegetation species and control of density, which will lead to succession.
