        2ZrO2·P2O5 powder, which is not synthesized by solid reaction method, was successfully synthesized through PVA solution method. In this process, the firing temperature and the PVA content strongly affected the crystallization behavior and final particle size. A stable α-phase 2ZrO2·P2O5 was synthesized at a firing temperature of 1200 oC and holding time of 4 h. β-phase 2ZrO2·P2O5 was observed, with un-reacted ZrO2 phases, for firing temperatures lower than 1200 oC. In terms of the PVA content effect, the powder prepared with a PVA mixing ratio of 12:1 showed stable α-phase 2ZrO2·P2O5; however, the β-phase was found to co-exist at relatively higher PVA content. The synthesized α-phase 2ZrO2·P2O5 powder showed an average particle size of 100~250 nm and an average thermal expansion coefficient of −2.5 × 10−6/oC in the range of room temp. ~800 oC.

        Ti and Ti alloys have been extensively used in the medical and dental fields because of their good corrosion resistance, high strength to density ratio and especially, their low elastic modulus compared to other metallic materials. Recent trends in biomaterials research have focused on development of metallic alloys with elastic modulus similar to natural bone, however, many candidate materials also contain toxic elements that would be biologically harmful. In this study, new Ti based alloys which do not contain the toxic metallic components were developed using a theoretical method (DV-Xα). In addition, alloys were developed with improved mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Ternary Ti-Ag-Zr alloys consisting of biocompatible alloying elements were produced to investigate the alloying effect on microstructure, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and biocompatibility. The effects of various contents of Zr on the mechanical properties and biocompatibility were compared. The alloys exhibited higher strength and corrosion resistance than pure Ti, had antibacterial properties, and were not observed to be cytotoxic. Of the designed alloys' mechanical properties and biocompatibility, the Ti-3Ag-0.5Zr alloy had the best results.

        Dynamic application lower mode response is of interest, however the higher modes of spatially discretized equations generally do not represent the real behavior. Some implicit algorithms, therefore, are introduced to filter out the high-frequency modes. The objective of this study is to introduce the P-method and PC α-method to compare that with dissipation method and Newmark method through the stability analysis and numerical example. PC α-method gives more accuracy than other methods because it based on the α-method inherits the superior properties of the implicit α -method. In finite element analysis, the PC α-method is more useful than other methods because it is the explicit scheme and it achieve the second order accuracy and numerical damping simultaneously.

        본 연구에서는 다기준 의사결정기법을 적용한 홍수취약성 평가에 내재되는 불확실성을 고려한 평가기법을 제시하였다. 홍수취약성 평가과정은 3단계로 구성되며 1단계에서는 홍수와 연관되는 사회적, 경제적, 환경적 영향요인들 중에서 지역의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 평가인자를 선정하고 각 인자의 가중치를 책정한다. 이 때 델파이 설문조사기법을 적용하여 의사결정자들의 의견을 수렴한다. 2단계는 평가자료를 수집하고 평가에 사용할 수 있도록 가공하는 단계이며 불확실성 문제를 해소하기 위하여 퍼지수를 적용하였다. 마지막 단계에서 홍수취약성을 정량적으로 산정하여 취약지역의 우선순위를 도출한다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지수의 연산과정에서 발생하는 퍼지수의 과장 및 왜곡문제를 해소하기 위한 α-cut fuzzy TOPSIS 방법을 적용하였다. 또한 수립한 평가기법으로 산정한 결과에 대하여 퍼지자료(fuzzy data)를 적용한 fuzzy TOPSIS, 크리스프(crisp) 자료를 사용한 TOPSIS, WSM 등의 다양한 방법으로 평가한 결과들과의 상관관계 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, α-cut fuzzy TOPSIS 방법은 대체로 모든 방법과 높은 상관성을 나타내었다. 즉, 크리스프 자료와 퍼지자료를 사용하는 평가방법 사이에서 발생하는 결과의 차이가 α-cut fuzzy TOPSIS를 이용하면 줄어드는 효과가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 수립한 홍수취약성 평가방법은 불확실성 문제를 일정 부분 해소한 평가결과를 제시함으로서 치수정책 수립의 유용한 근거자료를 제공할 수 있다.

        A porous α-alumina tube of 2.5 ㎜ O.D. and 1.9 ㎜ I.D. was used as the support of an inorganic membrane. Macropores of the tube, about 150 nm in size, were plugged with silica formed by thermal decomposition of tetraethylorthosillcate at 600℃. The forced cross-flow CVD method that reactant was evacuated through the porous wall of the support was very effective in plugging macropores. The H_2 permeance of the prepared membrane was of the order of 10^-8 mol s^-1 m^-2 . Pa^-1, while the N_2 permeance was below 10^-11 mol. s^-1 . m^-2 . Pa^-1 at 600℃. This was comparable to that of silica-modified Vycor glass whose size was 4 nm.
