        『삼국사기』에는 백제가 나당연합군의 침공에 의해 660년 7 월 18일 멸망하였다고 기록되어 있는데, 『일본서기』에는 663 년 9월 7일 주유성(州柔城)이 함락되어 백제의 이름이 끊어졌 고 두 번 다시 선조들의 무덤에도 갈 수 없게 되었다는 한탄이 기록되어 있다.1) 백제의 마지막 수도였던 그‘부여(扶餘)’땅에, 일본제국주의 식민정책의 영구화를 위한 내선일체의 영지를 표 방하는 ‘부여신궁’이 조영되었는데, 이 계획이 어떻게 시작되었 으며 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 계획되고, 공사 진척을 위해 전국적 으로 동원된 인원들과 그들의 봉사일정 등을 언론에 발표된 내 용을 중심으로 시간대별로 살펴보았다. 그리고 국내에서는 사 라졌던 부여신궁 본전 설계도를 입수하여 살펴보고, 현재 입구 가 거의 막힌 채 남아 있는 지하 터널의 용도와 설계도에서의 위치를 추정하여 본다. 기억하기 싫은 뼈아픈 치욕의 역사도 정확히 기억하고, 이를 극복하는 노력이 없으면 되풀이하는 실수를 범할 수가 있다. 실수를 반복하지 않기 위하여서라도 그때 당시를 적확히 찾아 기록하여 후대의 거울로 삼는 것도 의미가 있는 일이리라.

        Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal·physical damages. For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important. This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.

        Fishing dredge in Jeollabuk-do began to become widespread in the 1960s and has continued to catch diverse kinds of shellfish in the productive fishing grounds around Dongjin River, Mangyeong River and Geum River estuaries. Since the 1970s, the construction of various large-scale industrial complex and the implementation of Saemangeum reclamation project have resulted in a decrease in main fishing areas and a sharp decline in shellfish production. As a result, dredge fishery has faced many difficulties. Dredge fishery in Jeollabuk-do is carried out with a total of 30 fishing permits as of 2016. Surf clams, hen clams, bladder moon snails, and common orient clams were mainly caught before the construction of Saemangeum dike while comb pen shells, purple whelks and ark shells are mainly caught afterwards. Inside the Saemangeum dike, most fish species have disappeared due to low water level and low salinity, and littleneck clams are caught using a jet pump type of fishing dredge. Outside the dike, the diversity of shellfish species has been reduced; comb pen shells are mainly caught. In this process, a lot of friction occurs due to the use of a reformatted dredge. Therefore, a lot of research needs to be conducted in the near future.

        This study assesses greenhouse gas evolution from construction-material manufacturing facilities and estimates the potential reduction of these gases via the future massive sequestration of carbon dioxide. The scope of the evaluation specifically targets the global-warming potential in terms of kg-CO2 equivalent/tonnage industrial waste. Life cycle assessment (LCA) is a method to quantitatively analyze the input and output of a specific material resource during its life cycle from raw-material acquisition to final disposal as well as its environmental effect(s). LCA comprises four steps: its objective and definition of the scope, the entire life-cycle analysis list, an evaluation of its effects, and life-cycle analysis. The annual inflow of petro-ash reaches 300,000 tons, and this material is transported via screw-driving systems. The composition of the petro-ash is 1.2% volatile compounds, 6.8% fixed carbon and 92% ash contents. A total of 38,181,891 Nm3/yr of carbon dioxide is sequestrated, which is equivalent to 75,000 tons per annum and 304.5 kg/ton of petro-ash waste, with 250 kg/ton of the latter sequestrated as calcium carbonate. The final analysis on the effect of one ton of petro ash in construction materials showed 27.6 kg-CO2 eq emission. According to the final LCA analysis, only 27.6 kg-CO2 eq/ton was emitted by the petro-ash that was used in construction materials if CO2 fixation during carbonate mineralization was considered, where -250 kg-CO2 eq/ton positively contributed to the LCA. In the future, commercial-scale process modification via the realization of continuous processes and the more efficient reduction of carbon dioxide is anticipated.

        This study aims to suggest the available additional education courses that can be combined with the existing functional education, which is mainly for the enhancement of safety consciousness, along with a model for the way of management. To achieve the purpose of the study, the construction death accidents for the recent five years were analyzed about their patterns and the scales of the accident sites to infer the main subjects and the direction of hands-on education courses. Based on the analysis results, the recombination and management plans for the construction safety hands-on education courses and the additionally required education courses were proposed.

        문헌 연구를 통하여 건설기술의 특징과 체제를 알아보고, 우리나라의 건설기술교육과정 변천을 교육목표와 교육 내용, 시기별 교육목표와 내용의 관련성으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 이 연구를 통한 중학교 건설기술의 변천은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설기술의 내용은 3차, 6차 교육과정에만 포함되어 있다. 둘째, 교육내용은 기능 부분은 강조되고 있으나 지식과 태도 부분이 미흡하였다. 셋째, 교육목표와 교육내용이 6차 교육과정에서는 일치한 반면, 3차 교육과정에서는 교육목표 없이 교육내용만 존재했다. 고등학교 건설기술의 변천은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설기술의 내용은 3차부터 7차 교육과정에 포함되어 있다. 둘째, 교육내용은 지식, 기능부분이 강조되며 태도 부분이 미흡하였다. 셋째, 교육목표와 내용이 4, 5, 6차 교육과정에서는 일치한 반면, 3차와 7차 교육과정 에서는 교육목표 없이 내용만 존재했다.
