특정기업이 경쟁사의 제휴 파트너와 제휴관계를 맺는 것은 실제 경영 현장에서 드물지 않게 볼수 있는 기업간 제휴의 한 형태이다. 본 연구는 그러한 형태의 전략적제휴에 대한 주식 시장에서의 반응을 분석함으로써, 경쟁기업의 제휴 파트너와 맺는 전략적제휴가 기업의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하였다. 미국 소프트웨어 회사들이 1995-2005 사이에 맺은 1,332개의 전략적제휴 자료를 사건연구방법(event study)을 통해 분석한 결과 경쟁기업의 제휴파트너와 맺는 전략적제휴는 그렇지 않은 전략적제휴에 비해 더 높은 누적초과수익율을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 특정기업과 경쟁기업의 자원유사성이 높을 경우, 그리고 경쟁기업의 기업성과가 높을 경우에는 경쟁 기업의 파트너와 맺는 전략적제휴의 가치창출 효과가 약해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통 해 본 연구는 경쟁자를 고려한 제휴전략 수립의 중요성을 보여준다.

본 연구는 콕스회귀분석과 누적한계추정법으로 1995년부터 2015년까지 1,084개의 국내 소프트웨어 기업을 분석하고, 생존율과 생존의 결정요인을 밝히는 것이다. 분석 결과 생존율의 경우, IT서비스, 패키지 소프트웨어, 게임 소프트웨어, 인터넷 서비스 각 분야별로 다른 형태를 보였다. 또한 연구개발 투자와 기업의 매출액 및 자산증가율로 나타나는 성장성은 생존에 긍정적이었으며, 여유자원은 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 나이와 규모는 그 영향을 찾을 수 없었다. 이러한 결과는 소프트웨어 기업의 생존 전략과 정부의 지원 정책에 있어서 산업과 기술의 특성을 고려해야 한다는 점을 시사한다. 본 연구는 90년대 말 외환위기라는 특수 상황이나 제조업 중심으로 진행된 국내 생존분석의 영역을 최근 중요성이 커지는 소프트웨어 산업으로 확장했다는 의미가 있다.

최근 전 세계적으로 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 다양한 분야에 오픈소스 소프트웨어가 도입되고 있으며 그 활용도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 현상은 공간정보 분야에도 유사하여, 전 세계적으로 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있고, 국내에서도 최근 들어 관심이 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 국내 공간정보산업 사업체 중에서 오픈소스 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 수는 매우 적을 뿐만 아니라 오픈소스를 통한 비즈니스 모델의 발달도 미약한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소프트웨어 비즈니스 모델 선행연구 분석을 통해 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어와 관련하여 어떠한 비즈니스 모델이 가능한지를 살펴보고, 국내 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 오픈소스 활용현황과 비즈니스를 분석한 후 기업의 유형별로 어떠한 오픈소스 소프트웨어 비즈니스 모델이 가능한 지를 전략적으로 제시함으로써 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 활성화를 도모하고, 나아가 국내 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 생태계를 활성화하는 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

본 연구는 미국과 한국의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어(OSS) 기업의 사례를 중심으로 기존 기술추격이론이 지식 집약적인 OSS 산업에서도 적용되는 지를 분석하고 후발기업들이 기술추격의 발판을 마련할 시사점을 연구하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 국내 SW 기업들의 인터뷰와 미국 SW 기업들의 기록문서 분석 및 2차 출처들의 검토를 통한 실증적 연구를 수행하였으며, 패러다임의 변곡점 판별과 기술체제의 비교라는 분석의 틀을 이용하여 소프트웨어(SW) 기업의 기술추격 과정을 연구하였다. 본 연구결과, OSS 기업의 기술추격을 설명하는데 있어 기존 기술추격이론의 이론적 논거가 유효하지 않다고 판별하였고 기술체제의 비교 결과, 후발기업의 기술추격을 효과적으로 촉진하는 유효한 요소들을 파악하였다. 또한 저자들은 OSS 기업의 사례연구 결과를 통하여 탈 추격이론이 주장하는 기존 이론의 제약을 진단하고 OSS 의 낮은 전유성이 역설적으로 기술추격을 촉진하는 새로운 기술체제에 대한 해석을 논의한다.

It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.

This dissertation showcase study of production planning software development for Small and Medium sized Business (SMB). Currently, most of the domestic SMB’s production planning is being established by experienced manager’s intuition. Therefore, the production planning is usually managed by hand written data or established by impromptu process based on years of experience. Under such circumstances, production planning tends to be change frequently and, as a result, it is hard to meet On Time Delivery or to make Capable to Promise that customer asked for when they make order. This dissertation depicts the effectiveness of establishing specific production planning by applying software based on the project which had been implemented for an water tank manufacturing company, Z. The production planning by applying software which is presented in this research, enhanced work efficiency by making possible to share production information between marketing and production managing teams or within team members based on reliable planning. In addition to this, it made possible to have more orders from customers by presenting Capable to Promise schedule.

This study is about the development of information system software process quality evaluation model for domestic medium enterprises based on CMMI being used widely in the world. In this study, a new evaluation model is developed through establishing tailoring guide and its application to the existing mode by reflecting the quality management method and conditions of domestic medium enterprises within CMMI Level 2 and Level 3. The evaluation model is constituted 3 processes, 11 achievement goals, 50 practice activities and 125 evaluation items. The average point of quality evaluation of enterprises of insurance business shows 79.1 based on the evaluation model. The average point of the enterprises certified from CMMI is 82.7 which is 3.3 point higher than non-certified enterprises. This result means that the new evaluation model has similar results with the existing evaluation model while it also has discriminational characteristics compared with the existing model.

The business core component of the enterprise moved from tangible asset to intangible asset such as know-how, patent, contents. The knowledge information resource became a core value in information industries and evaluation measurement of factor of the enterprise. But previous research about enterprise evaluate method is focused on value of tangible asset based such as a financial or business process views. So the importance intangible asset is growing gradually in knowledge-based economy. It is needed to evaluate enterprise considering both tangible asset and intangible one in the information enterprise. In this study, it is presented enterprise evaluation model considering the peculiarity of the information industries and customer satisfaction to evaluate enterprise with systematic method. We applied this evaluation model with software industries as a case study and verified its practical values.

We developed the basic SPC software named as 100 ？ Quality Renovation Software in 1998 as a government project supported by the Small and Medium Industry Administration and the Korean Standards Association. In 2002, Ministry of Industry and Energy conducted a survey research on the current status of quality management in the domestic industries including manufacturing and service industries. Among about 1000 answered industries, 40.6% has been using this 100？ S/W for their quality improvement activities. In this paper, we present our ways to help small and medium sized industries improve quality by our user-friendly SPC software.
