Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

본 연구의 목적은 국제물류서비스 제공자인 복합운송주선업체와 그 수요자인 화주간의 관계에서 복합운송주선업체의 서비스지향성과 종업원만족, 경영성과간의 구조적인 관계를 검정하고자 하는 것이다. 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구와 함께 복합운송주선업체를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 병행하였다. 연구결과 복합운송주선업체의 서비스지향성은 종업원만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 종업원만족은 기업의 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

이 연구의 목적은 복합운송주선업 전문가들의 의견을 통해서 우리나라 복합운송주선업의 전략적 발전방안을 우선순위별로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구들과 전문가들로부터 브레인스토밍(brainstorming)을 수행하여 20개의 세부평가요인을 도출하여 SWOT Matrix를 작성하고 3개 계층으로 계층분석구조를 구축했다. SWOT/AHP기법을 통해 이러한 계층구조를 분석한 결과 각 계층의 상대적 중요도와 SWOT그룹별 세부요인들의 최종 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그리고 분석결과를 토대로 우리나라 복합운송주선업의 전략적 발전방안을 우선순위 별로 제시하였다.

본 연구는 해운서비스 거래기업간의 관계를 대상으로 관계마케팅 기법을 적용함으로써 보다 동태적인 시장메카니즘을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 해운기업은 영업업무가 큰 비중을 차지하는 기업으로서 해운기업과 하주의 관계구조를 분석함에 있어서 고객의 접점에 있는 영업사원의 관계특성을 기업차원의 관계특성과 함께 고려해야할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운서비스 공급기업에 초점을 맞추어 하주들과 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 영향을 미치는 관계의 질을 중심으로 그 선행요인인 관계특성과 성과요인인 장기협력관계를 실증분석함으로써 해운기업이 하주와 장기협력관계를 구축하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 우리나라 운송주선인이 중국시장에서의 성공적인 경영성과를 달성하기 위하여 중국의 운송주선인과의 합작이나 업무제휴, 대리점계약 등을 통한 영업활동의 관계가 경영실적에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 우리나리 운송주선인의 중국 파트너와의 관계마케팅 활동요인을 확인하고 이러한 요인들이 관계의 질 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explorei the nature of the relationship between several factors representing shipping service quality enumerated in the service marketing literature and the adaptability to the marketing strategy of container shipping firm. An empirical study was carried out to examine not only the determinants of shipping service quality but also ists implications to the service marketing strategy. The data investigating the deteminants of shipping service quality were collected from Korean Multimodal Company , Shipping Freight Forwarders. Exploratory Factor analysis was carried out to analyze the data.
