As China enters the 21st century, China is strengthening its position as a world power in an international position. However, there are still problems with Three Agricultural(Agricultural, Rural, Farmer) and unbalanced urban and rural villages. China, as one of the largest and most populous nations, values the development of three farms. Strategies such as “The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside” were a policy to solve rural problems, But they were not enough to achieve breakthrough results. In order to achieve more effective results, the Central Committee of THE STATE COUNCIL proposed The Document No.1 of “Opinion on the Implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy” in February 4, 2018 and published “The Rural Revitalization Strategy (2018-2022 )”. The Yanbian region, which is the subject of this study, is the home of Korean-Chinese tribes and the Korean autonomous region. As a minority of Chinese ethnic minorities, the Korean-Chinese has their own unique culture, and Yanbian has distinct regional characteristics. As The Rural Revitalization Strategy was raised, Villages is showing positive change in accordance with policy implementation in Yanbian. This study analyzed the current status of policy implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yanbian area and analyzed the policy contents and performances based on the of Yanbian Daily News. Based on the results of the analysis, I would like to help in suggesting a more rational development direction and building the villages.

Performance evaluation has been done using financial indices which are generally regarded as inappropriate for the organizations which are innovative and progressive. Thus, the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) was developed considering long term performance and invisible performance. This BSC has four perspectives of finance, customer, internal operation, and learning. Based on the BSC, a new BSC has been derived with a fifth view of environmental and social perspective, which is now called as a Sustainability BSC. In this study, we evaluated Green IT initiatives using the Sustainability BSC. The initiatives are categorized as RFID, telepresence, paperless office, logistics management etc. The initiatives were evaluated from the view of five perspectives, resulting in high cor relationships among finance, internal operation, and environmental and social perspectives. Namely, good initiatives from the view of environmental/social perspective are also evaluated as good from the view of finance and internal operation perspectives. In this study, we recommend organizations to introduce Green IT initiatives by showing how Green IT initiatives have contributed to the organizations.

This study examines the relationship between multiple sales force management practices and performance within each of Miles & Snowꡑs strategy types(1978) and Walker & Ruekertꡑ s strategy types(1987). The findings are as follows : First, Prospectors seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, moderate levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and incentive-oriented compensation system. Second, Analyzers seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, outcome-based control system to deal with the instability in their strategic focus. Third, Low Cost Defender seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, external sales force, low levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and salary-oriented compensation system. Fourth, Differentiated Defenders seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, high levels of supervision, balanced(outcome+behavior) control system and salary-oriented compensation system.

오늘날처럼 경쟁이 치열한 글로벌 해운시장 환경에 대한 외항선사의 대응능력은 기업성장과 물동량 창출에 매우 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 우리나라 외항선사이 직면하고 있는 해운환경의 특성을 규명하고 이러한 환경 대응능력과 전략실행프로세스 및 경영성과와의 관계를 규명하여 외항선사의 경쟁력을 결정하게 되는 핵심요인이 환경대응력에 의해서만 결정되는 것이 아니고, 전략실행을 위한 내부프로세스와의 상호작용에 의해서도 달라진다는 것을 실증적으로 제시하였다. 이는 외항선사의 환경대응과 전략실행 및 경영성과의 관계를 종합적으로 검증한 것으로 해운환경변화에의 대응능력 향상과 적절한 전략수행의 유인을 통해 외항선사의 경쟁력 강화에 공헌할 수 있다는 데에 연구의 가치가 있다고 본다.
