이 연구는 코로나19가 지속되는 상황에서 초등학교 저학년 자녀를 양육하는 어머니들의 교육지원 경험 은 어떠한지 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 구체적으로 코로나19 상황에서 처음 학교생활을 시작하는 자녀들의 어머니들을 대상으로 이들이 경험하는 어려움, 나름대로의 대응방안, 향후 교육 현장에 대한 기대 등은 무 엇인지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 초등학교 1, 2학년 자녀를 둔 어머니 7인을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 인터뷰 자료는 현상학적 접근에 의하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 세 가지 주제를 중심으로 범주화하였다. 우선, 코로나19 시작과 함께 겪는 어려움에 대해서는 온라인 원격학습 지원의 어려움, 자녀 돌봄 공백 발 생, 등교 수업 시작으로 초기 학교 적응의 어려움, 교우관계 형성의 어려움과 그에 대한 지원, 불안정한 일상으로 인한 양육자의 스트레스 등이 있었다. 다음으로 코로나19가 지속되는 상황에서 자녀 교육지원을 위한 대응으로는 우선 변화된 등교 방식에 따르기, 온라인 수업 참여에 적응하기, 가정 내에서의 돌봄 모 색을 위한 직장 그만두기 등을 선택하였다. 보다 현실적 대응으로는 방역 수칙 준수에 대한 교육과 실천 을 장조하고 있었다. 끝으로 코로나19가 언제 종식될지 모르는 상황에서 어머니들은 교사에 대해서는 가 정과의 소통 및 자녀 학습을 위한 조력자의 역할을 기대하였고, 학교에 대해서는 소규모로 운영되는 등교 수업을 원하였으며, 정부 및 관련 기관에 대해서는 감염병 위기 상황에서 체계적인 교육과 돌봄 지원 시 스템 마련을 기대하고 있었다. 이러한 결과와 관련하여 교육 현장에서의 대응 방안과 관련된 시사점을 논 의하였다.

This study evaluated methods of improving sustained learning participation by examining the structural relationship of school support consisting of professor support, friend-senior support and educational environment support, career decisionmaking self-efficacy, school satisfaction, and learning persistence depending on the characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. The study findings were as follows. First, the general characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service were perceived significantly more by female students than by male students. Second, school support directly influenced the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction, but did not directly influence the learning persistence. Instead, school support influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence indirectly by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy directly influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence and indirectly influenced learning persistence by the medium of school satisfaction. Lastly, school satisfaction directly influenced the learning persistence, implying that school satisfaction is an important factor for the learning persistence of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. These results show that, because school members and environmental support cannot exclusively make learning persistence, diverse systems and programs must be developed and applied to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction of college students majoring in culinary art and food service.

본 연구는 골프연습장 이용객을 대상으로 골프 참여자의 코치지원과 성취목표성향 및 참여지속 의도에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석과 상관관계분석을 실시 하였고 모형을 설정한 뒤 구조방적식모형(SEM)을 통하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 참여자들의 코치지원은 성취목표성향에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 참여자들의 성취목표성 향은 참여지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 참여자의 코치지원은 참여지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 참여자의 코치지원과 참여지속의도의 관계에서 성취목표성향은 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 골프참여자들이 골프를 통해 신체적, 심리적 건강효과를 증진 시키고 나아가 골프 기술습득이나 기량향상 등의 성취감을 만들어 성취목표성향이 높아진다면, 보다 나은 삶의 질을 영위할 수 있을 것이다.

건강가정지원센터와 다문화가족지원센터로 이원화되어 분리ㆍ운영해왔던 가족서비스 전달 체계는 정부의 국민 대통합이라는 사회통합의 기조 하에 두 센터의 통합을 추진하는 방향으로 재편 중에 있다. 그런데 현재 ‘건강가정다문화가족지원센터’로 칭하는 통합센터는 아직 법적 제도가 마련되지 않은 상태에서 기존의 건강가정기본법, 다문화가족지원법에 근거한 가족복지사업을 수행하고 있으며, 건강가정기본계획과 다문화가족정책 기본계획을 토대로 정책과 연계하여 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 이렇게 사업방향과 법제도에 대한 행정체계가 일원화되지 않은 상태에서 센터통합이 먼저 추진되고 있어서 현장에서의 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 정부주도의 통합전략이 실효성을 거두려면 실질적으로 통합가족사업을 수행하고 있는 현장의 목소리가 중요하다. 이에 통합가족사업을 운영하고 있는 종사자들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하고 그 자료를 수집ㆍ분석하였다. 인식적인 측면, 행정업무적인 측면, 조직적인 측면, 법ㆍ제도 적인 측면, 명칭적인 측면, 사업적인 측면, 인력적인 측면으로 세분화시켜 분석한 제언이 정책에 반영되어 지속가능한 가족지원서비스 통합센터로 거듭나기를 바란다.

In business aspects, the corporate usually confronted with various risks. such as the management problems of the quality, the environment, the safety & health, the ethics, and the social responsibility. Overall monitoring of these aspects is required to the top manager ceaselessly. In the past ways, for these problems, the government has been controlled the corporate to keep them. But nowadays, the needs of self management of these topics is rising up for the business continuity especially to the multi-national corporate. To prove their soundness they issued the management status report periodically. Internal audit will works not only the self confirming tool but also the best supporting tool for the policy managements in such circumstances. So, an effective internal audit will lead the business continuity management to the future.

In the case of Anchang Village, from the beginning of the project, public administration made an effort to have unique power by agreement with private organizations. Continue to be linked the civil society and the residents to protect the wisdom of the village and the policies of power generation from the start of the project. Even now the results are actively demonstrated. From this point, it is necessary to encourage private organizations to participate in future town planning projects. As a measure to that, it suggests that Corporate Social Responsibility within the region and local universities are to be linked the village.

In this study, the effectiveness of the method for the promotion council to make rehabilitation community development plan with rural villages to continue community development is investigated in Ota-district, which is affected by chuetu earthquake. Initially, Ota-district made the acting contents of the plan based on the village's request, which is considered resident life and problems in village. Next, Ota-district made the vision of plan based on the acting contents. This plan procedure has been effective to compliment the village community facilities and running on village event, in addition to setting the village's community to continue to manage community facilities and event. As a result, this way has helped good management of village event using the facilities and interchanging among residents. Also, the use of acting contents by request of the promotion council and village's community, while respecting both, has been effective in that the promotion council assists the village event after the rehabilitation community development plan is finished.
