        An Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm(ACO) is one of the frequently used algorithms to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP). Since the ACO searches for the optimal value by updating the pheromone, it is difficult to consider the distance between the nodes and other variables other than the amount of the pheromone. In this study, fuzzy logic is added to ACO, which can help in making decision with multiple variables. The improved algorithm improves computation complexity and increases computation time when other variables besides distance and pheromone are added. Therefore, using the algorithm improved by the fuzzy logic, it is possible to solve TSP with many variables accurately and quickly. Existing ACO have been applied only to pheromone as a criterion for decision making, and other variables are excluded. However, when applying the fuzzy logic, it is possible to apply the algorithm to various situations because it is easy to judge which way is safe and fast by not only searching for the road but also adding other variables such as accident risk and road congestion. Adding a variable to an existing algorithm, it takes a long time to calculate each corresponding variable. However, when the improved algorithm is used, the result of calculating the fuzzy logic reduces the computation time to obtain the optimum value.

        현재까지 많은 스마트 면진시스템이 제안되었고 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 면진시스템의 면진장치와 보조감쇠 장치로서 새로운 형태의 마찰진자시스템(FPS)과 MR 감쇠기를 각각 사용한다. 퍼지로직제어기(FLC)가 고유의 견실성과 비선형 및 불확실성을 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 능력이 있기 때문에 MR 감쇠기의 감쇠력을 조절하는데 FLC를 사용한다. 또한 FLC의 성능을 최적화 하기 위해서는 유전자알고리즘(GA)을 사용한다. GA를 사용함으로써 소속함수의 형상을 조절하는 것뿐만 아니라 적절한 퍼지제어규칙을 결정할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 부분개선 유전자알고리즘을 사용하였다. 이 방법은 유전자의 특정부분을 향상시키는데 효율적이다. FPS와 MR 감쇠기의 동적거동을 표현하기 위해서는 뉴로?퍼지 모델을 사용한다. FLC의 최적설계를 위하여 본 연구에서 제안된 방법의 효율성은 여러 가지 역사지진을 사용하여 계산된 동적응답을 기초로 하여 평가한다. 예제해석결과 제안된 방법은 적절한 퍼지규칙을 찾을 수 있고 GA로 최적화된 FLC는 수동제어기 뿐만 아니라 전문가의 지식에 기반한 FLC와 전통적인 준능동제어기보다 더 좋은 성능을 발휘한다.

        The objective of this study is the development of a size and shape discrete optimum design algorithms, which is based on the genetic algorithms and the fuzzy theory. This algorithms can perform both size and shape optimum designs of plane and space trusses. The developed fuzzy shape-GAs (FS-GAs) was implemented in a computer program. For the optimum design, the objective function is the weight of structures and the constraints are limits on loads and serviceability. This study solves the problem by introducing the FS-GAs operators into the genetic.

        One of the main problems in evaluating complex objects, such as an ill-defined system, is how to treat ambiguous aspect of the evaluation. Due to the Complexity and ambiguity of the objects, many types of evaluation attributes should be identified based on the rational dsision. One of these attributes is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP). the weight of evaluation attribtes in AHP however comes from the probability measure based on the additivity. Therefore, it is notapplicable to the objects which have the property of non-additivity. In the previous studies by other researchers they intriduced the Hierarchical Fuzzy Integral method or mergd AHP and fuzzy measure for the analysis of the overlaps among the evaluation objects. But, they need more anlyses in terms of transformation of the probability measure into fuzzy measure which fits for the additivity and overlapping coefficient which affects to the fuzzy measure. Considering these matters, this paper deals that, ⅰ) clarifying the relation between the fuzzy and probability measure adopted in AHP, ii) calculating directly the family of fuzzy measure from the overlapping coefficient and probability measure. A simple algorithm for the calculation of fuzzy measures and set family of those from the above results is also proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm developed by applying this to the problems for estimation of safety in ship berthing and for evaluation of ports in competition is verified. This implied that the new algoritnm gives better description of the system evaluation.

        최근 해양사고가 날로 증가되고 있으며, 특히, 인적과실로 인한 충돌사고의 비중은 70%에 이르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 충돌 위험도 표시 시스템을 개발하였는데, 충돌위험도를 사전에 인지함으로써 비상상황에 효과적으로 대처하고, 인적과실로 인한 충돌위험도를 줄이고자 하였다. 충돌위험도 추정을 위해, 선박들 간에 충돌위험도를 평가하는 퍼지알고리즘을 이용한 방법과 항해사가 느끼는 환경스트레스를 이용하여 충돌위험도를 평가하는 방법의 두 가지를 비교 검토하였다. 실시간 충돌위험도 추정 알고리즘을 검증하기 위해 선박운항 시뮬레이터에 설치하고 다양한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.

        Fuzzy algorithm of automatic control for dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration in the aeration tank of an activated sludge process is proposed. Among variables repirometry and air flowrate are selected as significant input factors and the relationship with DO is estimated using a multiple regression model. The DO concentration and the amount of repirometry are fuzzified and the fuzzy rule base are determined. Using the fuzzy algorithm, the change of amount of air flowrate are determined and the change of amount of DO is derived.

        Recently, the Track Control System which was separated from the Course Control System so-called Auto-Pilot has been developed for track-keeping in coastal area. From this year, the NAV Sub-committee in IMO commenced to consider the Performance Standard for the Track Control System vigorously. This system will be integrated with ECDIS and IBS so that captain/officers should analysis ship's motion characteristics accurately in the route planning using the electronic nautical charts. In this paper, a new Route Analysis Algorithm using fuzzy reasoning in route planning was proposed for 2, 700 TEU container ship. In order to verify the track-keeping, the author established a ship mathematical model and executed the simulation of the Route Analysis Algorithm at on-line condition with Pentium PC. The results of ship trajectories of the Route Analysis Algorithm were found to be effective to get track control automatically.
