Islanders have tried to find out real alternatives on how to keep sustainable Haenyeo communities through both developing traditional school system at community level (Hansupul Haenyeos School) and advanced school system at university level ( an educational certificate program for Interpreter of Haenyeos Culture and an advanced certificate program for Hanyeos Culture). In oder to share their wisdom of ordinary democratic life style around Bultuk, We created Global Peace Bultuk Assembly for younger generation to succeed in their tradition in July of 2010. It' s a time for us to find out Integrating Policy of the Sustainability of Jeju Haenyeo (Jamnyeo, Jamsu) Community facing their extinction into Jeju Village Conservation Model of Marine Resources Needed.
해안방제정보지도는 해양오염사고에 의한 해안 환경 오염 피해를 최소화하는 방제전략수립을 위한 지도이다. 해안방제정보지도는 기본적으로 해안선의 형태, 생물자원의 분포, 사회경제자원의 분포, 방제자원의 현황으로 구성되며, 특정 해안에 대해 이러한 다양한 정보를 효율적으로 제공하여 방제전략을 신속하고 효율적으로 수립할 수 있도록 지원한다. 해안방제전략 수립을 지원하기 위해서 해안선과 해안자원의 기름 오염에 대한 민감도 정보로 제공하고, 방제자원의 신속한 동원을 위한 방제자원 분포 및 방제능력을 함께 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 해안방제정보지도의 구성, 제작 및 배포에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were investigated in seawater and marine sediment from Anmyundo coastal area after oil spill. The concentrations of total PAHs in surface and bottom of seawater at August were 31.1 to 142.6 ng/L and 5.9 to 50.9 ng/L in August and November, respectively. The concentrations of PAHs in sediment were 21.0 to 102.9 ng/g D.W. and 32.3 to 57.4 ng/g D.W. in August and November, respectively. PAHs concentrations in seawater and sediment in August were higher than those in November about 2.5 and 1.4 times, respectively. Diagnostic ratio (PhA/AnT and FluA/Pyr) were investigated to identify source of PAHs in seawater and sediment. The PAHs in seawater originated from pyrolytic source and those in sediment originated from pyrolytic and petrogenic source. The glass, wood and coal origin was higher than petroleum origin on the combustion origin of PAHs in seawater and sediment. The seawater of Anmyundo costal area recovered from oil spill, but the sediments of that were weakly influenced by oil spill until now. Because this area is developed many fishing grounds, demanded Long Term Environmental Monitoring Program (LTEMP). The concentrations of PAHs on depth of sediments were investigated at station 8 and 10. The concentrations of PAHs were decreased with increasing depth.
연안 경비함정의 선상근무 환경은 육상근무 환경에 비하여 매우 열악하여 선상근무 기피와 선원 고령화의 원인이 되고 있다. 특히 선박내 공기오염과 전자파는 직업병을 유발시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서 안락한 선상근무 환경 및 거주 환경의 확보를 통하여 선상근무 피로도를 경감시키는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 선박내의 공기오염과 전자파의 실선 계측을 통하여 선상근무 환경을 체계적으로 평가한다. 그리고 선상근무 환경의 평가 결과에 기초하여 선상근무 피로도 경감대책을 제안한다.
To investigate air quality away from the coastal urban source region, we used a hybrid Eulerian-Lagrangian method which can describe the formation, transport, transformation and deposition processes in complex terrain. with inclusion of shipping sources that were considered to be important emission in the coastal urban region. The result of the Eulerian advection - diffusion prediction was quite similar to that of the Lagrangian particle diffusion prediction. It showed that pollutants emitted from piers can affect the part of inland, especially Dongrae and the coastal area. Those emitted from Sasang and Janglim industrial complexes can affect Hwamyeong and the coastal, respectively. During the daytime the concentration was low due to large deposition flux and terrain effect.
Pusan is the largest coastal city with a population of about four million in Korea. Because of increased and confused traffic, photochemical air pollution become a major urban environmental problem recently. The photo-chemical air pollution weather forecasting method preciser than existing air pollution forecast method has been developed to forecast ozone episode days with meteorological conditions using the data measured at 7 air quality continuous monitoring stations from June to September using 2 years (1994, 1995).
The method developed in present study showed higher percentage correct and skill score than existing air pollution forecasting in KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration).
