Chinese land system has gone through several changes since modern times. Although some transformations are only tentative explorations, they have strong practical significance. During the period from 1851 to 1949, it included the National Land System, Sun Yat-sen’s idea of “equal land rights”, Jinggangshan Land Law and Xingguo Land Law during the Agrarian Revolution, as well as Outline of Chinese Land Law during the Liberation War. The changes of the land system has a distinct characteristics, productivity and production relations decide the change of land system in modern China, and the shackles of feudal ideas hindering such changes, moreover spontaneity and compulsory unification has carried out on the basis of the change of land system, while the cause of revolution in modern China emerging from such transformations.Review since modern times of China tell us the history of the land system change, we will improve the system of land laws and regulations, adhere to protect farmers’ interests, strengthen the position of public ownership is not moved, build a new era of agricultural management system can guarantee the healthy and orderly development of China’s land system, thus to promote the rural revitalization of the foundation and guarantee.

The development of Chinese international jurisprudence over the past 70 years can be divided into three stages: fledging; recovery and development; and flourishing. During the period, Chinese international lawyers have made great contributions to the development of international law through, inter alia, the Five Principles of Peaceful Co-existence, recognition and succession, the peaceful settlement of international disputes, the Belt and Road Initiative, the Shared Future for Mankind, and so forth. However, participation in international legislation and international judicial activities needs to be further improved, because the theoretical ground for China’s foreign policy and diplomatic practice is still insufficient and academic works with global influence are not enough yet. The development of Chinese international law follows such trends: more valuable interpretation and application of international law; the theoretical innovation of international law; and the improvement of China’s discourse power. These are important missions for Chinese international lawyers.

Since the reform and opening up, the modernization of Chinese society has greatly liberated and released the productive forces, and broadened the ideological and cultural horizons. Under the guidance of the concepts of "Chinese characteristics", " view of global history" and " the awareness of a community of shared future for mankind ", Chinese society has gradually entered a prosperous and well-off era from the era of scarcity. with c At the same time, contemporary China also typically shows many "faces" of consumerist aesthetic cultureharacteristic of utopia , such as "Wu", "Xin", "Mei" and "Le". The pursuit and imagination of "Wu-topia", "Xin-topia", "Mei-topia" and "Le-topia" are constantly transformed into confusing ideology in the era of Consumerism under the mechanism of capital, technology, market, media and advertisement which makes Utopia lose its ideal feelings, revolutionary spirit and critical nature. As a result,utopia is becoming dystopia. Heading for the future,it would be significant for us to understand deeply the aesthetic cultural phenomena in the development-transition period of China ,transform creatively the excellent traditional Chinese cultural thoughts, absorb foreign civilization ideas, and reconstruct the new social aesthetic culture finally.

The rapid developments of research and teaching of international law in China have attracted the attention of international law academics of the world, who have looked over the landscape of international law in China with great interest. Unfortunately, existing literature has yet to completely satisfy their interests in this aspect. This article is intended to compensate for this gap by introducing representative international lawyers, publications, academic associations and research funding schemes on international law in China. More concretely, this paper will show the mainstream research sources of their Chinese counterparts as well as embrace teaching as part of the research system of international law in China. It is expected that, with their more attention into the holistic research methodology and the “One Belt, One Road” strategy, the Chinese academia of international law will contribute more to the international rule of law.

Under the background of modern society, it exports various Korean cultural products to China through mass communication, and develops rapidly in China through Korean movies, pop music, variety show, food clothing and other forms. The input of these cultural products not only affects the Chinese public, but also profoundly affects contemporary Chinese college students. They have positive effects such as changing their way of life, improving their international perspective, and promoting personality shaping, but also have negative effects such as the worship of money in consumption concepts, the popularity of value orientations, and the shaking of cultural confidence. College students are the backbone of national construction. In the face of the coming Korean Wave culture, the family, school and society should correctly guide contemporary college students to treat rationally. While absorbing essence, they should adhere to cultural self-confidence and establish correct personal values.

현대화와 글로벌화는 사회 전형과 문화 변동을 초래하고 이로 인해 무형 문화재는 전승의 위기를 직면하게 되였다. 중국의 오천년 문명 세례 후 보존된 진귀한 유산으로서 단순히 문화 시스템 자체의 힘으로는 더 이상 진행이 어려워 외부 환경에서 새로운 보완 조치를 모색해야 한다. 애니메이션은 문화 전파의 중요한 운반체의 하나로서 개방성, 민간성, 다양성, 포용성의 특점과 강대한 문화 홍보 능력을 가지고 있어 무형 문화재를 보호하는 현대화 방법과 수단으로 문화 전승의 의무와 책임을 질수 있다. 본 문은 중국의 무형 문화재의 발전을 연구 배경으로 하고 동서방 애니메이션 예술의 차이를 분석 대조하여 중국 애니메이션 예술의 표현 특징 및 외연 발전을 정리하고 중국 애니메이션이 전통 문화와 결합하고 공통 발전하는데 더 적합하다는 관점을 표명하였다. 애니메이션 예술과 중국 전통 문화의 융합 각도에서 상세하게 논술하여 양자의 융합은 대중들에게 문화재 지식을 최대한 직관적이고 생동하게 전파할수 있다는것을 알게 되고 동시에 전통 문화의 정수를 섭취하여 중국 애니메이션 산업의 글로벌 영향을 확대할수 있고 중식 심미를 갖춘 애니메이션 특징을 보완할수 있다. 본 문은 우시 박물원 “자옥금사” 전시관의 실천 연구를 기초로 하여 자사호를 알고 인지하는 응용 스포트웨어 “자옥금사”를 개발 시도하고 360 전경 전시 기술로 서로 다른 형태의 자사호를 전모 전시하며 선묘 애니메이션의 표현 수법으로 자사호의 유지보수 및 선출 절차를 해석하여 중국 무형 문화재의 애니메이션화 변환 및 표현은 가능하다는 것을 논증하였고 이는 중국 전통 문화의 새로운 발전, 새로운 번영에 중요한 조치이다.

There has been a profound tradition of aesthetic cultivation in China since ancienttimes, which has developed with unique characters and styles owing to the special cultural background. This paper tries to analyze the origin and development of the Chinese concept of aesthetic education and evolution of the thoughts of aesthetic cultivation in ancient China, summarize the features of the thoughts of aesthetic cultivation in ancient China, retrospect the history of the development of aesthetic education modern China, and analyze the existing problems and influence factions in the current aesthetic education in Chinese schools. At the critical moment of the reform and development of aesthetic education in Chinese schools, a review of the thoughts of aesthetic cultivation in ancient China is instructive and necessary.
