        Recently the rapid changes of the social environment make both university and every each department should have to renovate and adjust all of the educational components. The most dominant and issuable change of business administration education is the Business Education Accreditation which was certified by the KABEA(Korean Association of Business Education Accreditation). And the only two department of fisheries business administration which in Gyeongsang National University and Pukyong National University has been accredited recently. Though The department of fisheries business administration in Korea has been influenced by that Accreditation, there is few research and analysis on educational change. So it is very important that research on the curricular constitution and change of the curriculum for considering the its own effect and influence. This paper aims to explore the curricular constitution, change and course fulfillment of fisheries business administration after the business education accreditation based on the case of the department of fisheries business administration in Gyeongsang National University. The analysis of fisheries business administration change will help develop sustainable curriculum and give more guideline for identifying the core of fisheries business administration. The method of analysing that in this research has adopt the social network analysis(SNA) and automated software tool which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis including the Krkwics and Pajek. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The result of this study shows that the ratio of fisheries business administration class has been decreased but still the most fulfilled course. And English mediated class has been avoided though that sort of the class has been increased. In the view point of course fulfillment, it has been potential and inefficient problems that some classes that including financial related and accounting related class would not been accomplished appropriately. The findings of a graduate depth interview which has been done about 4 years for understanding that student show that there’s some recognition gap of fisheries business administration in staffs of human resource management. And the level of job satisfaction in fisheries business still somewhat low and even worse the chance of recruitment also unsteady.

        The status of general food service administration and nutrition education was investigated in 111 elementary schools located in Inchon Metropolitan Area by questionnaires. The results are as follows ; 1. Most schools served 5 lunches per week. Meal cost per capita was 1212.1 won in urban type school and 979.0 won in rural type school. Most schools(91.9%) had 1 regular dietitian and 1 regular cook. With increasing number of students the number of temporary employees increased significantly. Most school dietitians(86.5%) were in their twenties and had 2 year careers. 2. Most dietitians(90.1%) planned the menu based on the RDA with the first consideration in nutritional needs of the students. Many dietitians(81.8%) surveyed on the food preferences of the students at least once a year. About 86% of the schools had the food service committee which was helpful. Dietitians were the first one in charge of food purchasing and checking, and sometimes a manager in general school affairs worked together. One third of the schools used the volunteer parents in food services. 3. Most school dietitians(97.2%) gave the students nutrition education using handouts once a week. However, they could not teach the students through the classroom lecture because they are not the regular teachers. Food garbages were removed by the professional trash collecting company or by using fermentation machines or by giving them to animals as feeds. School events concerning the food and nutrition were mostly drawing pictures and composition. Only 36.4% of the school dietitians had experienced in nutrition counseling for an individual student. Most of them(99.1%) thought that individual counseling is necessary if they have enough time and chances to do.

        이 연구는 예비교사들이 교직과목 「교육행정」 수업을 수강하게 된 이유와, 수업을 통해 어떤 경험을 하는지, 수업에 대한 요구는 무엇인지를 알아봄으로써 교직과목 「교육행정」이 예비교사에게 갖는 의미를 찾고자 하였다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 A교사양성기관의 교직과목 「교육행정」 수업을 대상으로 하여 참여관찰과 심층면담, 문서분석을 통해 질적 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들의 수강 이유는 ‘임용시험을 준비하기’와 ‘별생각 없이 학점 채우기’ 위해가 주된 이 유였으며, 교직과목 「교육행정」에 대해 생소하고, 거리감을 느끼며, 필요성에 의문을 가지는 것으 로 나타났다. 수업 초·중기 예비교사들은 거시적 교육행정 이론을 배우며 교육적 시사점을 찾기 힘들어하면서 ‘가질 것은 가지고 버릴 것은 버리는’ 태도를 취하다가 수업 후기 실제와 연계된 교육행정 이론을 배우며 교직과목「교육행정」이 유용한 과목임을 알게 되었다. 교직과목 「교육행정」 수업을 통해 예비교사들은 ‘이상적인 교육에 대해 고민’해볼 수 있었다고 하였으며, 교직과목 「교육행정」에 대해 ‘교사의 주체성을 신장’할 수 있도록 해주는 과목이라는 교육적 의미를 부여하였다. 수업이 끝난 후 예비교사들은 ‘실제적인 교육행정을 배우기’와 ‘성찰적, 교육행정적 사고 함양 하기’를 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 얻게 된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들이 요구하는 교직과목 「교육행정」의 필요성에 대한 성찰적 사고와 교육행정적 사고 함양을 위한 방안 마련이 요구된다. 둘째, 예비교사들이 교육행정을 일찍부터 자주 접하며 교직 과목 「교육행정」에 대한 공감대를 미리 형성할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 교직 준비에 적합한 교직과목 「교육행정」 수업 내용 재구성 및 방법 마련이 필요하다.
