The object of this study is to understand the psychological factor of the worker on safety and recommend the experimental factor of safety education program. The following are the methods of this study. We analyzed the statistical data from survey to workers(N=139) about the psychological factor on safety. The survey consisted of 34 questions about 4 factors like private external characteristic, psychological characteristic, characteristics on behavior, and experience and reason of disaster. As the result of the analysis of the multi regression model on the base of correlation of each of the major factors, psychological health, effort on practicing, and satisfaction on their life were the variables with high influence on the safety mind of workers. So, it is good safety strategy for effective working to maintain healthy life with optimistic minds, and try to practice actively as usual. After considering the result, for the development of safety education program for working, we have to consider psychological factors of our workers that influence their safety and try to improve the experimental education opportunity, and it will be effective.

Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and health organizations. But that is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises are in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, not enough preparedness of safety equipments. But, the safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively and applied systematically. Therefore, the most important among many means to reduce calamity is the safety and health education. An efficient education will supply suitable knowledge and technology to work people. And that will lead to prevent accident by building right habit and attitude. This research did the survey about problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises. That survey is done to three groups of workers, administrators and managers. We compared domestic safety and health education system and advanced foreign system. And, analyzed problems and presented a solution. Finally, this research presented efficient operation model of the safety and health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

Comparing the rate of accident in 1999 with 1998, that has been increased about 0.06%. The 56 percentage of industrial accident had been occurred by new employer, who has been worked less than 1 year, in 1999, therefore safety training and education is required for those new employer. 일상생활을 살아나가면서 발생하는 안전사고 중에 어린이에게 가장 위협적인 사고는 보행 중 발생하는 교통사고이다. 사고발생 후의 대책이나 처리보다 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 어린이 스스로 몸을 유지할 수 있는 안전에 대한 바른 습관 및 태도를 형성시켜주는 교통안전 교육이 강조되야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기능성게임으로서 교통안전교육을 가장 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 어린이의 몸을 활용해 교통안전 준수체험 교육훈련을 할 수 있는 체감형 교통안전교육게임을 설계해보고 3차원 동작인식기술을 다양한 기능성게임에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
