        최근 도시 과밀화와 건축물 고층화로 인해 빌딩풍에 의한 시설 피해는 물론 보행자의 안전을 위협하는 풍환경에 대한 우려 가 커지고 있다. 빌딩풍 피해 저감을 위한 방안으로 건축물 주변 풍환경 평가를 통해 도시의 풍환경을 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 풍동실험을 대체하거나 보완하는 수단으로 최근 전산 유체역학 기법 (CFD)의 적용이 받아들여지고 있으며, 국토교통부가 보행 자 풍환경 평가를 위한 CFD 활용 가이드라인을 제시한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 가이드라인의 적정성을 평가하기 위한 전산해석을 수행하였다. CFD 결과의 검증을 위해 일본 건축학회가 제시한 모형과 풍동실험 결과를 사용하였다. 평가결과 일부 위치에서 풍동 실 험값과 CFD 결과의 풍속 차이는 있으나 격자의 상세도가 정확도에 미치는 영향과 CFD를 이용한 보행자 풍환경 평가 가능성을 확인 하였다. 또한, 건물 주위의 상승풍, 하강풍 및 와류 등으로 인한 돌풍이 잘 모사되고 있음을 확인하였다.

        후쿠시마 원전사고 발생으로 다수기의 지진안전성에 관한 연구의 필요성이 부각되었다. 한 부지에 건설된 원자력발전소의 경우 유 사한 지진응답을 보이기 때문에 적게나마 원자력발전소 SSCs간의 지진손상에 대하여 상관성이 존재하므로 합리적 지진안전성 평가 를 위하여 지진손상 상관성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 쌍둥이 호기의 필수전원상실사건에 대하여 확률론적 지진안전성 평가 를 수행하였다. 적절한 지진손상 상관계수를 도출하기 위하여 확률론적 지진응답해석을 수행하여 적용하였다. External Event Mensuration System 프로그램을 활용하여 다수기의 필수전원상실사건의 고장수목을 구성하여 지진취약도 및 지진리스크를 분석하 였다. 또한 SSCs간의 지진손상 상관성을 완전독립 및 완전종속으로 고려하여 비교 분석을 수행하였다.

        본 연구는 국내 대학의 중국어-한국어 탄뎀수업에서 학습자주도 평가 방법으로 동료평가 를 도입하여 이에 대한 학업성취도와 학습자의 정의적 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 동료 평가와 교사평가와의 일치도를 알아보고자 한다. 연구 대상은 부산 지역 대학의 2학년 중국 어-한국어 탄뎀수업 수강자 224명으로 학생들은 동료평가와 교사평가를 실시한 실험반과 교 사평가를 실시한 통제반으로 나누어 한 학기 동안의 탄뎀 학습과 3차례의 평가 활동을 하였 다. 그 결과 첫째, 실험반, 통제반 모두 학업성취도에서 긍정적인 효과가 보였다. 둘째, 학습 태도 변화에서는 실험반에서 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 동료평가 와 교사평가 사이의 일치도는 비교적 높게 나타났다. 이는 동료평가방법이 신뢰할 수 있는 평가방법이자 탄뎀수업에서 충분히 활용가능성 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 학습 효과도 긍정적 임을 증명한다.

        Remodeling is an architectural activity that transforms the existing state of specific building which has been aged and cliched into new state overcoming those aged and cliched state. Remodeling can be a means to increase building’s physical life-cycle and also a countermeasure to cope with the changes in use that are from social demand, use and technical development. The performance evaluation on the remodeling tenement shall be done by understanding the performance and state of the building before and after remodeling and then it shall represent the improvement in performance objectively by comparing the differences before and after remodeling. In this aspect, we performed basic research to conduct performance evaluation on the remodeling tenement by comparing and analyzing the performance evaluation and performance certificate systems of Korea and Japan in order to suggest objective evaluation system on the change of tenement building before and after remodeling. Now a performance evaluation system as opposed to new apartment is prepared at a point in time when demand increase of remodeling is expected, and the presentation of performance evaluation as opposed to a whole, now remodeling process is the deficient fact. The process that the propriety of remodeling be inspected before remodeling enforcement here, and prove as opposed to an investment after remodeling as a client, ordering is necessary by all means. A state of an existing house is grasped through performance evaluation of an existing apartment, design performance evaluation of remodeling apartment, under construction evaluation, completion evaluation by this study. And plan of a procedure to provide satisfaction to a resident because a remodeling design to be good for the situation and a demand of a resident and execution were measured, and confirmation evaluated, result performance was shown.

        Korea Maritime Police Agency(KMPA) has been pressed by some environmental factors. The changes in the international maritime legal system, such as the entry into force of the UNCLOS in 1994 and the promulgation of the Korea 200-mile EEZ, have radically expanded the mission of the KMPA. In addition, there is, among other nations, no such large size maritime agency, equivalent to the KMPA, except in the cases of USA, Canada, and Japan. And what is more, critics outside the KMPA, including some other government agencies and stakeholders may propose to dismantle the KMPA. In this paper, the author highlights the internal and external issues facing KMPL, and he urges KMPA to change the organizational culture for maintaining its identity and characteristics by adopting the Total Quality Management. And he tries to assess the adoption of TQM on KMPA, by using the Feasibility Assessment Technique.

        This study sought to contribute to the revitalization of local economy by developing a natural recreation forest, which is the base of ecotourism recreation, through utilizing forest resources and the natural environment of Gwangju-si. The study conducted a feasibility assessment through on-site surveys such as the suitability of the candidate sites, location analysis, and possibility of damage to the forest, before developing recreation forest sites in Gwangju-si and, based on the result, selected appropriate subject sites. The candidates for this study were 5 forest sites such as one site in the Mokheon-dong area, two in the Docheok-myeon area, and one in the Toechon-myeon area. For this study, the current status of the natural recreation forest was surveyed, its feasibility index and assessment process were investigated, and the local status and related regulations of Gyeonggi-do and Gwangju-si were reviewed. The final subject sites were selected after feasibility assessment utilizing assessment index in order to evaluate the candidate sites. The feasibility assessment was conducted after three separate on-site surveys for each candidate site between October 2018 and January 2019 utilizing “The Feasibility Assessment Criteria for Natural Recreation Forest (Notification 2018-71)” of the Korean Forest Service. The items instrumental to the feasibility assessment were classified into landscape, location, water system, induction of recreation, and development condition; the assessment was made after redefining each item into detailed items. Through this process, the Usan-ri area was selected as the final site for developing natural recreation forest, having obtained more than 100 points according to “The Feasibility Assessment Criteria for Natural Recreation Forest” of the Korean Forest Service. In order to develop natural recreation forest in the Usan-ri area in the future, further discussion is necessary with the relevant departments in consideration of the degree of ecological zoning map.

        MTBE and other gasoline additives contained in gasoline are known to be a refractory substance resistant to biodegradation. As a method of removing these substances, a research of method using native microbes of polluted soil was progressed and among these, bio-degradation possibility under aerobic condition was evaluated. All of the experiments were progressed based on batch experiment of lab scale and analyzed by GC-FID using HS-SPME technique. The result of bio-degradation experiment based on MTBE and other additives(ETBE, TAME) was observed below 1 mg/L, which initial concentration were 100 mg/L for each method. And through production of by-product and CO2, partial mineralization was confirmed. Degradation velocity of each additive was promptly represented in the order of TBA>ETBE>MTBE>TAME. Through this study, bio-degradation possibility of native microbes of oil polluted soil, MTBE and other gasoline additives was confirmed and it was considered that the result could be used for basic experiment data in removing oil pollutants of soil.

        The MOE (Ministry of Environment) had classified 4 types of solid fuels as RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel), RPF (Refuse Plastic Fuel), TDF (Tire Derived Fuel) and WCF (Wood Chip Fuel) in Korea at 2012. However, the MOE has reclassified, the solid fuels with SRF (Soild Recovery Fuel) and Bio- SRF. Since the qulity standard for SRF has moderated, it is easier and more economical to recycle the waste. In this study, investigation for the generating, collecting, transporting, and treatment system of bulky waste in Seoul were performed. Moreover, experiments conducted to the analysis of collected bulky waste for assessment of SRF. According to the report of waste -meter-rate system in 2010, amount of bulky waste from to Dongdaemun-Gu is similar to average emissions in Seoul, and have an important facilities of transshipment for bulky waste, so that is the reason to select Dongdaemun-Gu for this research. According to process of Dongdaemun-center, bulky waste is classified into four-case, as metals, sponges, woods, and inclusion. Because the potion of inclusion is the difficult material to recycle, the entire quantity generated has been incinerated in Dongdaemun-Gu. the incinerating cost for inclusion was about 300 million won in 2012. Thus, inclusion from bulky waste was taken the target material to apply for SRF. So selected as inclusion that was incinerated to apply the SRF fuel standard. This research was analyzed the change in characteristics related to bringing location and period in order to evaluate the potential of energy of bulky waste in seoul. As a results of evaluation, there is not any differences related to changes of location and period. In addition, the results of conformity assessment of quality standards. Assessment items were satisfied with quality standards without moisture content. Moreover, low caloric value that is the primary factor to apply SRF was about 4,000 Kcal/kg Which is the homogeneous energy to utilize as fuel. However, taking steps as shield system for control of increasing moisture content by rainfall would be required.

        Waste deposit & refund system was performed in order to recycle the waste since 1992, and this system developedinto the EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) system since 2003 in Korea. Many products and packaging materialsare recycled by this system, and government published the ‘EPR Practical Manual (2007)’ to estimate the actual recyclingrate. According to styrofoam-buoy (SB) included EPR item in 2010, SB does not practical to estimate the recycling rate,EPS (Expanded Poly-Styrene) was recycled only. So in this study, SB recycling rate also includes ‘EPS+parts’ was toestimate through the field investigation. As a results, parts portion of SB are 3.49% when manufactured, and 2.03% whenrecycled. And process loss, contaminant content, parts portion and yield of EPS ingot are 0.00%, 64.28%, 0.71% and35.01% in SB recycling, respectively. In the future SB recycling rate is calculated by adding the EPS ingot productionand parts recovered.

        The results which are from naturalness assessment and visual assessment was examined to accomplish a classification, a conclusion, a comparison and an analysis. Also statistical test was examined to identify applicability of the survey to other rivers according to the result of visual assessment. As a result of naturalness assessment and visual assessment, evaluation rate of Geumho river is the highest rank of the grade as 2.5. Also t-test was examined to apply items of visual assessment at other rivers through differences in means of river naturalness rates from which visual assessment results. Most of differences in means of river naturalness rates are significant. Thus assessment criteria can be applied to other rivers to find out unique characteristics because each item has independent characteristics.

        Recently, durability of concrete structure is getting more attentions in advanced countries. It is important to evaluate the durability qualitatively since it is the case that design strength does not correspond to durability. Therefore, there has been an attempt to evaluate the quality of concrete structures in European and Japan. The target of this project is to establish an inspection method and a verification system of concrete quality based on the knowledge accumulated in the previous researches.

        심각한 손상, 결함, 재료적인 열화현상 등이 발견되지 않은 교량들은 대부분 설계하중에 대한 안전성을 확보하고 있으나, 주기적으로 시행되는 안전진단에서 건전성이 충분히 입증된 경우조차 대부분 재하시험을 수행하고 있다. 재하시험 필요 여부에 대해서 관련 세부지침에서는 정성적인 기술에 머무르고, 일부 연구들이 응답보정계수 산정 등 내하력 평가에 대한 개선 방안들을 제시하고 있으나, 재하시험의 적정성에 대한 연구는 미미하다. 본 연구는 안전진단에서 재하시험의 관행적 수행에 대한 기존의 의문에 대해 검토하고, 기설 콘크리트 교량들의 상태평가와 내하율 산정 자료 등에 대한 통계 분석을 토대로 재하시험 수행 여부를 포함하는 합리적이고 정량적인 절차적 안전진단 대안을 제시하였다.
