        PURPOSES : This study defines private and public service providers connected to a public data hub in a smart city and examines the information that should be exchanged between them. The information exchange scheme covers data exchange at a minimum level. METHODS : First, we reviewed the entities participating in the emergency charging service and designed the scope of information linkages between the entities. Second, we diagnosed the main information linkages according to a service flowchart. Third, we reviewed the basic information requirements linked to actors participating in the service. Finally, we derived and presented information linked to the subjects. RESULTS : In addition to the basic requirements, the number of data-exchange information sets specified was four, which was the scope of the aforementioned study. We defined and analyzed an efficient information exchange system between various actors involved in emergency charging services. Data were defined based on interactions between service users, operators, providers, and data hubs. Each set had a different scope and purpose. CONCLUSIONS : Information collected and provided by emergency charging service providers in connection with a data hub that manages urban energy was proposed.

        In the event of a radiological emergency at a nuclear facility, the exchange of information on the accident situation is very important in the response process. For this reason, international organizations such as the IAEA and the EU operate systems to exchange information in the event of a radiological emergency. In south korea, the emergency response information exchange system (ERIX) developed by KINS is operated for use by the national radiological emergency response organization. The ERIX enables the exchange of emergency response information between organizations such as the government, nuclear operators, local authorities, KINS and KIRAMS. The KAERI has developed the KAERI emergency response information exchange system (KAERIX) for the exchange of accident information and emergency response information between the emergency response organizations of the KAERI in the event of a radiological emergency. This system is web-based using HTML, runs on internal network and is only available to KAERI staff. Recently, as the need for optimizing and upgrading KAERIX has arisen, improvements have been derived. The main improvement is optimizing KAERIX for Microsoft Edge to minimize errors. At present, it is optimized for Internet Explorer, but optimizing it for Microsoft Edge mode has become essential due to Microsoft discontinuing support for Internet Explorer. Another major improvement involves adding functions in ERIX to KAERIX, such as displaying the deletion/ correction status of input information and providing notifications for important information registration. Ultimately, KAERIX will be upgraded and optimized in 2024, reflecting improvements.

        The study aims to provide some plausible explanation for why Vietnamese listed companies only stop at the level of truthful presentation of information related to accounting data through the opinion of independent auditors. The information is only at the level of compliance with the requirements of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC in form, but in essence is sketchy. What factors affect the level of voluntary disclosure of listed companies in Vietnam? In order to identify the factors affecting voluntary information disclosure on annual reports of listed companies, the study collected data on annual reports of 122 companies listed on the stock market in Ho Chi Minh City in the period 2015-2018 and uses regression analysis methods. The research presents 8 factors affecting the level of voluntary information disclosure including: Firm size, Listed time, Profitability, Solvency, Separation of board of directors and executive director, Board size, Organizational ownership and Foreign ownership. Next, the study conducted descriptive statistical analysis correlation coefficient analysis to examine the correlation and relevance of independent variables measured by the scale ratio, testing multiple linear regression model. The results of the study show that factors listed time, profitability and organizational ownership affecting voluntary information disclosure on annual reports of listed companies in Vietnam.

        선박표준 네트워크는 2005년 IMO MSC 제 81차 회의에서 e-navigation을 공동 의제로 제출되었다. 2006년 MSC 81의 WG 프로그램으로 승인된 후 2008년까지 e-navigation 구현전략을 수립하기로 결정됨으로써 선박 네트워크의 표준화 작업은 본격화되었다. 이는 선박의 안전 항해 뿐 아니라 400여종의 이기종 항해통신장비 및 기관 장비를 탑재하는 선박에서의 효율적인 정보 교환을 지원하기 위한 것이기도 하다. 그 가운데 4S 네트워크는 육상과 선박, 선박과 선박사이의 무선통신을 말하며 선박과 육상 간 통신채널을 항상 연결하도록 해주는 기본이 된다. 4S 네트워크는 이를 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 많은 활용 분야가 존재하기 때문에 향후 e-navigation이 적용되면 다양한 시장 창출이 가능할 것으로 보이나 현재 이에 대한 구체적인 기반 기술 연구나 시제품 개발은 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 육해상간 효율적이고 저렴한 통신환경을 제공하도록 하는 4S 다중매체 스위칭 서버와 육해상 정보교환 시스템을 개발하고, 구현한 시스템의 성능을 TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association) V&V(Verification and Validation) 인증을 통해 확인하였다.

        항만 및 연안 해역에서의 사고를 미연에 방지하고, 사고 발생 시에 해양환경피해를 최소화하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 해상 교통관련 정보시스템들이 운영 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템들은 설치 목적별로 또는 제작사별로 독립적으로 관리 운영되고 있어서 각 시스템별 생성 정보가 다양한 형태로 존재하는 등 상호 정보 교환이 힘든 폐쇄적인 구조로 되어 있다. 해상에서의 안전 증진을 위해서는 이러한 시스템들간의 상호 효율적 정보 교환이 필요하며 이를 통하여 해양사고 발생 시에 입체적 종합적인 대응체계가 필요하지만 현재의 시스템간 정보교환 구조로는 급증하는 해양사고에 효율적으로 대응하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 해양안전 관련시스템에서 사용되는 정보를 효율적, 유기적, 능동적으로 상호 연계하여 사용하기 위한 데이터 표준 및 교환 방법을 제안하였다.

        Increasing costs and competition in the global trade and transportation arena have led to a search for effient, cost-effective, particularly through the application of computer and information technologies. Most recently the introduction of Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) technologies in both trading and trade facili-tation activitiess have bagun to change the complextion of the international transport space. Korea as well as the other developing countries has become aware of the need to embrace EDI strate-gies in order to maintain a competitive market position with their more technologically advanced neighbou-ring and international trading partners. A way of EDI implementation, KMPA has invested large budgets in the research of the EDI since 1990. As the result of study in EDI of transport, KL-Net(Korea Logistics Network) was organized for the EDI business in cargo logistics. In spite of these KMPA's activities, the development plan of container logistics data interchange is not good and useful. So a new model of EDI in transportation is required by using the concepts of cargo data sharing. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a new way of container logistics data interchange model. This paper therefore analyze the information flow in the current container logistics and find the problem in the area to derive a new model. The followings are the results of this paper : (1) There are many problems and user's requirements in container logistics data interchange in Korea. (2) Many messages of UN/EDIFACT are able to be used in container logistics data interchange. (3) The container cargo data are stored in Container Logistics Network(CL-Net) database. And when necessary by requesting message transmission, the container logistics data interchange is possible. (4) Customs cargo clearance system and PORT-MIS can be linked to CL-Net. If the systems, however, are to introduce EDI in data interchange, the quality of user's software has to be assured.
