This study investigated the surface pit corrosion of SS420J2 stainless steel accompanied by intergranular crack. To reveal the causes of surface pits and cracks, OM, SEM, and TEM analyses of the microstructures of the utilized SS420J2 were performed, as was simulated heat treatment. The intergranular cracks were found to have been induced by a grain boundary carbide of (Cr,Fe)23C6, which was identified by SEM/EDS and TEM diffraction analyses. The mechanism of grain boundary sensitization occurred at the position of the carbide, followed by its occurrence at the Cr depleted zone. The grain boundary carbide of (Cr,Fe)23C6 type precipitated during air cooling condition after a 1038 °C solid solution treatment. The carbide precipitate formation also accelerated at the band structure formed by cold working. Therefore, using manufacturing processes of cooling and cold working, it is difficult to protect SS420J2 stainless steel against surface pit corrosion. Several counter plans to fight pit corrosion by sensitization were suggested, involving alloying and manufacturing processes.

본 연구는 기업이 보유한 브랜드 강화역량, 최고경영자 역량, 글로벌 학습역량이 수출규모에 어떤 영향을 미치 는지를 한국패션의류기업들을 대상으로 분석하고 있다. 2007년부터 2014년까지 한국 패션기업들의 기업-연도 패널 데이터를 대상으로 연구한 결과, 브랜드 강화 역량 측면에서 디자인특허 역량이 높고 해외 제품상 수상 경 험이 있으면 기업의 수출규모가 높게 나타났다. 또한 최고경영자 역량 측면에서 최고경영자가 패션관련 전공자이 거나, 해외경험이 있는 경우 수출규모가 높게 나타났고, 글로벌 학습역량 측면에서 해외 제휴 수가 많은 경우 수 출규모가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 패션의류산업의 산업적 특성을 고려하여 성공적인 수출규모증대 전략을 도출 하기 위해 필요한 기업 내부역량을 중점으로 의미 있는 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

저장조에 위치한 사용후핵연료는 가혹한 원자로 조건에 의해 구조적 건전성이 와해되므로 외력에 취약하다. 따라서 운반 및 취급 중 사고 상황이 고려되어야 한다. 극단적인 경우, 핵연료 취급 중 사고로 인해 핵연료 저장조에서 핵연료집합체 낙하 가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 사고 상황 하에서 연료봉 파손 등을 평가하기 위해서 수조에 충돌할 때 발생하는 충돌력을 분석 할 필요가 있다. 이는 핵연료가 수조 바닥에 충돌할 때의 속도를 입력으로 하여 평가될 수 있다. 연료봉이 핵연료 중량 및 부 피의 대부분을 차지하고 있으므로, 연료봉 다발은 수중 항력을 예측하는데 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 3×3 의 짧은 연료봉 다발을 모델로 사용하여 수중에서 낙하할 때 받는 수력을 계산하였고, 이를 전산모사와의 비교를 통하 여 검증하였다. 본 방법론을 사용후핵연료 건전성 평가에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The effect of a sputter deposition sequence of Cu, Zn, and Sn metal layers on the properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) was systematically studied for solar cell applications. The set of Cu/Sn/Zn/Cu multi metal films was deposited on a Mo/SiO2/Si wafer using dc sputtering. CZTS films were prepared through a sulfurization process of the Cu/Sn/Zn/Cu metal layers at 500˚C in a H2S gas environment. H2S (0.1%) gas of 200 standard cubic centimeters per minute was supplied in the cold-wall sulfurization reactor. The metal film prepared by one-cycle deposition of Cu(360 nm)/Sn(400 nm)/Zn(400 nm)/Cu(440 nm) had a relatively rough surface due to a well-developed columnar structure growth. A dense and smooth metal surface was achieved for two- or three-cycle deposition of Cu/Sn/Zn/Cu, in which each metal layer thickness was decreased to 200 nm. Moreover, the three-cycle deposition sample showed the best CZTS kesterite structures after 5 hr sulfurization treatment. The two- and three-cycle Cu/Sn/Zn/Cu samples showed high-efficient photoluminescence (PL) spectra after a 3 hr sulfurization treatment, wheres the one-cycle sample yielded poor PL efficiency. The PL spectra of the three-cycle sample showed a broad peak in the range of 700-1000 nm, peaked at 870 nm (1.425 eV). This result is in good agreement with the reported bandgap energy of CZTS.

위암발증 원인을 밝히기 위하여 농촌지역 일반 주민들의 Helicobater pylori의 감염율과 생활습관 및 영양섭취 상태와의 상관관계를 검토하기 위하여 강원도 춘천시 인근 농촌 지역 주민들을 조사하였다. 조사 대상자는 40대 이상인 지역 주민 183 명으로 남자 81명, 여자 102명에 대하여 설문조사와 식사량 조사, 혈액 생화학적 분석 및 혈청 ELISA법에 의한 Helicobater pylori의 감염 정도를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조사 대상자의 학력은 74.3%가 국졸이하였고, 월수입은 80.3%가 100만원 이하였다. 2. 조사 대상자의 직업은 75.3%가 농업에 종사하였으며, 가족형태는 62.8%가 핵가족이었다. 3. 출산 자녀수는 75.9%가 2명에서 5명의 자녀를 출산하였고, 음주자는 46.4%이며 매일 술을 마시는 사람이 12%였다. 흡연자는 21.9%였으며, 비흡연자는 78.1%였다. 4. 평균신장은 157.4㎝였고 여자의 평균 신장은 151.9㎝, 남자의 평균 신장은 164.4㎝였고 남녀간에 유의차가 있었다(p<0.001). 5. Helicobater pylori의 감염율은 총 조사대상자중 64.5%였으며, 남자가 65.4 %, 여자가 63.7 %였다. 감염율은 흡연자, 학력 수준이 낮을수록, 월수입이 적을수록, 출산 자녀수가 많을수록, 50대의 연령에서 많은 것으로 나타났다. 6. Helicobater pylori의 감염 음성자와 양성자 간의 영양소 섭취실태를 보면 음성자가 에너지, 총지질(p<0.05), 동물성 지질(p<0.05), 철분 섭취량(p<0.001), 비타민 A의 섭취량(p<0.01), 비타민 C 섭취량(p<0.05)에 있어서 유의적으로 높은 섭취량을 나타내었다. 그러나 칼슘 섭취량은 음성 인자가 낮았다.

We developed an Automatized Differential Photometry System (ADPS) to achieve high time resolution and high efficiency in the photometric observations of short period variable stars. This ADPS has been introduced to the CCD camera system attached to the 6lcm Reflector at Sobaeksan Astronomy Observatory. Several new algorithms were devised for the controlling the telescope. the star recognition in a CCD frame and the aperture photometry, etc..As the result, the differential photometric observation was fully automatized without any manual control, and much faster data acquisition could be achieved over the conventional photoelectric differential photometry.

We developed a real-time CCD photometric program for IBM PC compatibles. This program can perform several functions necessary for CCD photometry such as telescope control. filter rotation, CCD camera control and data acquisition, two-dimensional image processing, simple aperture photometry and automatic differential photometry. The image processing of a spiral galaxy M51 observed with the SNU 61cm reflector shows a well developed spiral structure. Simple aperture photometric results of 14 stars in open cluster NGC 6871 almost accorded with those from IRAF/APPHOT. And we could confirm the light variation of eclipsing binary EM Cep by simultaneous automatic differential photometry of 7stars in NGC 7160. Due to the excellence in the precision and efficiency of automatic differential photometry using CCD. this program is very useful for the study of small amplitude δ δ Sct type variables and of the photometric stability of B ∼ ∼ F type stars.

스테핑모터를 이용하여 간단하면서도 안정성이 좋은 망원경 구동장치를 제작하였다. 스테핑모터의 제어 구동회로는 +5V의 단일전원으로도 정전류 구동에 가까운 효율을 얻을 수 있도록 설계되었다. 이 회로는 적은 수의 값싼 TTL IC 소자들로만 이루러져 있어 손쉽게 만들 수 있고 컴퓨터에 의한 제어가 쉽다는 강점이 있다.

낱별의 광전측광 관측을 위하여 두 가지 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 하나는 자료수집 (data aquisition), 자료의 표시, 통계처리, 오차추정, 대기상태의 모니터링 등을 다루는 실시간(實時間, real time) 측광제어 프로그램이고, 다른 하나는 하룻밤 관측의 도중 또는 관측 종료 직후에 수집된 자료 전체를 입력 파일로 만들어 주면 대기소광계수 결정과 표준계 변환 및 오차 추정을 해 주는 자료분석(資料分析, data reduction) 프로그램이다. 두 프로그램은 모두 임의의 다색측광계(多色測光系)에 대해서 입력 과일에 필터의 갯수, 색지 수의 정의 등 필요한 자료만 써주면 수행 가능하도록 일반화되어 있다.
