        본 연구는 보험설계사의 코칭역량과 일터환경특성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 을 규명하고, 대인관계의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 보험설계사를 대상으로 총 521부의 구글 설문을 수집하였고, SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보험설계사의 코칭역량과 조직성과 간의 상관관계를 살펴보면, 통계적 으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있으며, 이는 보험설계사의 코칭역량이 높으면 조직성과도 높아짐을 의미한다. 둘째, 보험설계사의 대인관계와 조직성과, 코칭 역량과 대인관계, 일터환경특성과 대인관계 간의 상관관계를 살펴보면, 대부분 의 측정 변인들 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보험설계사의 코칭역량과 일터환경특성은 조직성과에 직접적으로 긍정적 인 영향을 미치고, 대인관계의 매개를 통해서도 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 것으 로 예측되어, 대인관계는 코칭역량과 조직성과, 일터환경특성과 조직성과의 관 계를 부분 매개하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해서 보험설계사가 상담 시 사용하는 상담스킬이 코칭에서 사용 되는 코칭역량과 대단히 유사함을 규명하는 연구들이 더 진행되기를 제안한다.

        Using the developed wedding planner selection criteria scale, this study examined whether wedding planner selection criteria differ according to consumer characteristics such as demographic characteristics and wedding preparation behaviors. The main survey for this study was conducted via the Internet with 295 consumers aged 20-30 living in the Seoul metropolitan area. The data collected from the survey processed and analyzed using the statistical programs SPSS 21.0 t-test. Analyzing how wedding planner selection criteria differ according to consumers’ demographic characteristics and wedding preparation behaviors, results shown for the wedding planner selection criteria were all four points on average except for individual characteristics and important sub-factors regardless of the consumers’ characteristics, and various results were derived depending on the consumers’ characteristics. This study has various practical implications in that it verified the difference in wedding planner selection criteria according to consumer characteristics and determined how much money consumers were willing to play for wedding planners. It is recommended that future studies take various approaches to investigate how wedding planner users are satisfied with or place importance on wedding planner services and conduct empirical using the selection criteria developed in this study to compare influential variables that affect behavior intention and willingness to pay according to consumer type.

        As the types of wedding ceremonies become diversified, and consumers’ needs become more selective, greater importance is given to wedding planners’ roles in the wedding industry, and consumers require differentiated types of wedding service. As a preliminary qualitative study in this field, an ethnographic study was conducted to identify factors valued by consumers when selecting a wedding planner in the wedding planner market, which has rapidly grown in recent years. An in-depth interview was performed with eight participants in terms of wedding planner utilization type and consumers’ understanding of wedding preparation with a wedding planner. The collected data were analyzed through taxonomy, component analysis and decision table analysis; for validation, professional wedding planners were asked to review the items valued by consumers in selecting a wedding planner. Four factors - expense characteristic, wedding planners, wedding consulting companies, and customer characteristics - were identified, along with eight sub-factors (capability, service attitude, technical communication, personal factors, wedding planner encounter paths, spouse’s satisfaction status, and companies). Out of these, price (within budget), wedding planners’ capability, wedding planners’ service attitude are expected to be meaningful in further research because they were found to be attributes commonly valued by every respondent. This study is significant in that it has made a new approach to understanding wedding planner selection attributes through ethnographic research and identified new wedding planner selection attributes.

        In this paper, we propose a case study to treat planning and scheduling in factory of supply chain. In fact, the planning and the scheduling of a factory are not easily solved because of constraints of facility resources, material requirements, allowed planning times, and so on. However many packages are developed by vendors in Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS) aspects to solve these problems. We, therefore, analyze problems of an electronic company and apply the tool, Factory Planner(FP), to solve problems.

        Path planning is an important problem to solve in robotics and there has been many related studies so far. In the previous research, we proposed the Heterogeneous-Ants-Based Path Planner (HAB-PP) for the global path planning of mobile robots. The conventional path planners using grid map had discrete state transitions that constrain the only movement of an agent to multiples of 45 degrees. The HAB-PP provided the smoother path using the heterogeneous ants unlike the conventional path planners based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm. The planner, however, has the problem that the optimization of the path once found is fast but it takes a lot of time to find the first path to the goal point. Also, the HAB-PP often falls into a local optimum solution. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an improved ant-inspired path planner using the Rapidly-exploring Random Tree-star (RRT*). The key ideas are to use RRT* as the characteristic of another heterogeneous ant and to share the information for the found path through the pheromone field. The comparative simulations with several scenarios verify the performance of the improved HAB-PP.

        The aim of this study is to establish resident-participative primary design of integrated rural development project with master planner by setting principals of open competition and transparent decision-making about village-to-village or business-to-business unit enterprise in Onui area, Hong-seong Gun. For effective processing, software projects such as residents education and rural landscape planning are simultaneously conducted for enhancing project understanding and comprehensive development plan including related post project. Above all, competition teams for individual project were organized to establish the resident-participative primary design using survey tables of residents demand. In 6 months resident-participative processing of primary design, continuous education and visiting to advanced area are conducted in team unit. Strengthened ability of team unit can be used in management and maintenance after project development. To do this, residents with the same opinions gathered as one competition team and identified business plans such as village asset, business location, size, program, and method for land securing. Favorable decision-making process by residents who are audience in project presentation of competition team has conducted. After selecting competition teams, continuos consulting are operated for establishing operation and management for developed or remodeled facilities through repetitive education and visiting advanced area. In this process, unit project suggested by competition team are completed. Preliminary selection was conducted by experts who were entrusted by residents. After residents agreement of project main stream such as major facilities and location, final detailed cost of projects are work out. Suggested process in this study which choose the final project by residents would improve residents' voluntary participation in integrated rural development project through open competition in establishing primary design.

        The Mobile robots are increasingly being used to perform tasks in unknown environments. The potential of robots to undertake such tasks lies in their ability to intelligently and efficiently search in an environment. An algorithm has been developed for robots which explore the environment to measure the physical properties (dust in this paper). While the robot is moving, it measures the amount of dust and registers the value in the corresponding grid cell. The robot moves from local maximum to local minimum, then to another local maximum, and repeats. To reach the local maximum or minimum, simple gradient following is used. Robust estimation of the gradient using perturbation/correlation, which is very effective when analytical solution is not available, is described. By introducing the probability of each grid cell, and considering the probability distribution, the robot doesn’t have to visit all the grid cells in the environment still providing fast and efficient sensing. The extended algorithm to coordinate multiple robots is presented with simulation results.
