본 연구는 농촌진흥청의 해외농업기술개발사업(Korea Programs on International Agriculture, KOPIA)의 성과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2014년과 2015년에 종료된 태국, 볼리비아, 파라과이, 알제리, 에티오피아 KOPIA센터의 총 6개 사업을 대상으로 종료평가를 통해 사업성과를 분석하였다. 사업성과 평가를 위해 센터별 사업실적보고서 등에 대한 2차 자료 분석과 함께 센터별로 수원기관 직원, 농민 등 협력국 이해관계자들을 대상으로 구조화설문을 실시하였고, 현장방문을 통을 통해 성과를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 농촌진흥청 KOPIA센터의 해외농업기술개발사업은 수원국 농업연구기관들과의 협력을 통한 과제 선정, 기술개발, 개발기술의 농가 지도·보급 등 공동수행으로 수원국의 정책목표에 부합하는 사업 선정부터 효율적인 사업운영이 이루어지는 것으로 평가되었다. 이를 통해 예산과 투입인력 대비 높은 수준의 사업효과를 달성하고 있으며, 수원국의 농가소득 증대 및 농촌개발 기반 마련 등의 성과를 달성하였다. 나아가 한국의 발전된 농업기술에 대한 신뢰도 제고는 물론 국내 농산업체의 해외진출에도 기여할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 다만 지속가능한 사업 추진을 위해 공동기술개발 외에 농업 생산성 향상을 위한 농자재 보급 등의 지원과 함께 지도·보급 활동을 통한 사후관리 강화가 요구된다.

CO2 separation technology for carbon capture, which is one of the hot issues to reduce greenhouse gases from industrial flue gas, has been intensively investigated so far. Despite of several benefits, the membrane technology has some obstacles like large-scale module fabrication, membrane durability, need of pre-treatment or high pressure drive for its industrial application. Also, the power plant flue gas with normally 10~20% of CO2 content should be concentrated upto 99% for being compressed and liquefied to transportable CO2 by pipeline, indicating the need of high selective membrane process as well as high recovery. In this work, the possibility of membrane process for post-combustion treatment in terms of recent technology will be announced. The practically applicable process for CO2 capture also be suggested briefly.

큰느타리버섯은 에르고스테롤 및 글루칸과 같은 기능성 물질의 함량이 높아 항산화 활성 및 프리바이오틱 효과를 일으키는 버섯이다. 큰느타리버섯은 향이 강하며 단단해 기호도가 높지만 장기간 소요되는 선박수출 등에서는 선도유지 기간 확보가 필요하다. 버섯의 품질에 영향을 미치는 외부요인은 온도, 상대습도, 공기조성 및 통풍 상태가 있으며 이로 인해 버섯의 호흡량, 수분 함량, 경도, 색도, pH 및 이취 등에 영향을 준다. 큰느타리버섯의 주요 장해는 갈변, 이취, 부패가 있으며, 이를 막기 위해 상품성이 높은 품종을 개발하거나 저장성을 높이는 처리 방법이 고안되고 있다. 버섯의 품질을 유지하기 위한 방법으로는 건조, 감마선 조사, 키토산 처리와 같은 수확 후 처리 방법과 CA 저장과 MA 포장을 통한 저장 방법이 있다. 버섯의 건조는 자연건조, 열풍건조, 동결건조, 진공건조, 전자파진공건조 방법이 있으며 동결건조 방법을 사용한 버섯의 성분저하가 비교적 낮았다. 1 kGy 감마선 조사가 고선량에 비해 저장기간 연장에 효과적이었으며 오일, protocatechuic acid, 왁스 등의 친수성 colloid를 키토산에 첨가하여 코팅처리 하였을 때 경도유지, 호흡 및 갈변이 억제되었다. 큰느타리버섯의 CA 저장조건은 10℃ 이하의 온도에서 5kPa O₂ + 10~15kPa CO₂의 공기 조성이 제시되었으며 MA 포장으로는 미세천공을 갖는 PP필름을 이용한 능동적 기체조성 방법이 저장 중 품질유지에 효과적이었다.

Despite a growing interest of value capture in the phenomenon of open innovation (OI), empirical evidence documenting the link between new product development (NPD), OI practices, and market performance is scarce. Drawing on organizational learning, NPD, and OI literature stream, this paper conceptualizes a framework in which open product innovation (OPI) practices are disentangled into two types: pre-launch OPI (which occurs before a new product is launched) and post-launch OPI (which occurs after a new product is launched). Specific types of OPI practices – technology in-licensing (i.e., pre-launch OPI) and product upgrades (i.e., post-launch OPI) – during the NPD process are expected to influence market performance of new products independently and interactively. This paper empirically analyzes the secondary data related to product innovation and market performance of 536 mobile games that were developed and launched by 265 local and global firms in South Korea. The results support hypotheses and indicate that NPD projects that engage in technology in-licensing by both local and global firms lead to better market performance than NPD projects that do not engage in. Furthermore, the more product upgrades that NPD projects employ during product life cycle, the better market performance. Finally, the involvement of active product upgrades strengthens market performance of global NPD projects that develop new products internally. The results regarding the role of pre-launch and post-launch OPI mechanisms contribute to research on OI and NPD, and also inform managers as to what product innovation practices are recommended to improve market performance of NPD projects.

Ambitiously introduced by the Hong Kong government in 1998, all pre-service teachers are to attain the upper intermediate level of information technology (IT) competency in education as a qualification before entry into the teaching profession (Education and Manpower Bureau, 1998). This level focuses on the effective use of IT across the curriculum and using IT in a meaningful educational context to maximize the effectiveness of the instructional process. This article discusses how the proactive strategy of information technology competency education (ITCE) empowerment and the teaching subject study (TSS) portfolio assessment system have been successfully implemented in the post-graduate program of primary teacher education at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. It also examines how students begin to make sense of their newly acquired IT knowledge, skills, and attitudes and how they have demonstrated their competency in the use of IT. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation data were gathered and it was found that students were accomplished in gaining positive and valuable insights in the use of IT in education.
