본 연구는 원예활동 프로그램이 노인주간보호센터를 이용하는 저소득청각장애노인의 우울감과 생활만족도, 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 설문연구 대상자는 서울시와 경기도 소재 청각장애 노인시설의 주간보호센터를 이용하는 노인으로 선정하였다. 자료분석 방법은 원예치료 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 우울감 및 생활만족도, 자아존중감의 차이를 검증하는 대응표본 T검정과 하 위요인별 대응표본 T-검정 분석을 수행하였다. 또한, 총 10회의 원예활동 프로그램을 통하여 단일집단 사전, 사후설계로 4월~6월 중에 사정, 계획, 실행, 평가 과정을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 원예활동을 통한 원예치료프로그램이 저소득 청각장애노인의 우울감 감소 및 생활만족도와 자아존중감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 원예활동 프로그램이 향후 노인 주간보호센터를 이용하는 저소득 청각장 애 노인의 사회통합 프로그램으로 적극 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다. 또한, 노인복지 프로그램의 일환으 로 청각장애노인 대상의 심리치료 프로그램으로도 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

Rapid resistance detection of resistance level is most important step to manage the resistant population in Tetranychus urticae in Korea. Residual contact vial bioassay (RCV) and quantitative sequencing (QS) methods were employed to determine the resistance level and applied to measure the resistance level of 46 field population collected from rose, strawberry and apple trees. Most populations exhibited multiple resistance pattern to various types of acaricides. Especially, the resistance levels in mites from rose cultivation area were higher than those from strawberry and apple cultivation areas. The resistance level detection would provide a useful parameter enabling the proactive action for a proper resistant population management for T. urticae.

감정평가 방식은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 원가법 및 적산법 등 비용성의 원리에 기초한 감 정평가 방식인 원가방식, 거래사례비교법, 임대사례비교법 등 시장성의 원리에 기초한 감 정평가방식인 비교방식과 수익환원법 및 수익분석법 등 수익성의 원리에 기초한 감정평가 방식인 수익방식이다 이러한 건물의 현존가치 평가는 소송에 의한 경우 법원으로부터 감정인으로 지정된 법원감 정인들에 의해서 수행되고 있다. 감정평가사들에 의해 행해지는 대출 등의 소송 외적인 목 적으로 건물의 현존가치를 평가(이하 ‘사감정’이라 한다) 하는 경우에는 많은 연구와 세부적 인 평가기준이 있다. 그러나 법원감정에서는(유익비 등을 산정하기 위한 건물의 현존가치를 평가하는 경우 등) 평가 대상과 목적에 맞는 합리적인 방법이나 기준이 없어서 사감정의 관 련규정을 준용하거나, 감정인의 주관적인 판단에 의해서 감정평가가 진행되고 있다. 그로 인하여 건물의 현존가치 평가 결과는 평가하는 감정인에 따라서 많은 차이가 나고 있다. 이 와 같이 감정에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없이 감정인 마다 각자의 기준으로 현존가치를 산정 함으로써 감정의 신뢰성 및 효율성이 떨어지게 되고 이를 증거로 채택하게 되는 재판의 결 과에 대하여 당사자의 입장에 따라서는 감정의 결과를 불신하게 되어 재 감정을 요구하거나 감정평가자를 상대로 손해배상을 청구하는 등 강한 불만을 갖는 경우가 많다. 건물의 가치평가 중에서도 소송에 관련된 특수성이 있는 유익비 등을 산정하기 위한 평가 에서도 감정기준이나 방법에 대한 연구가 부족하여 감정인에 따라서 다양한 평가방법으로 건물의 현존가치를 평가하고 있다. 건물의 가치를 평가하는 방법 중에서 복성식평가법을 적용하는 경우에는 건물의 내용연수에 따른 감가수정을 통하여 건물의 가치를 평가하게 된 다. 이러한 경우에 합리적인 건물의 내용연수의 산정이 가치평가에 중요한 요소가 된다. 특 히 법원 감정의 경우에는 건물 전체의 내용연수도 중요하지만, 각 공종별 내용연수 및 잔 존내용연수를 산정하는 방법 및 기준이 필요하다. 이러한 법원감정의 현실을 반영한 각 공종별 내용연수 및 실용내용연수 산정 방법에 대한 기준 등에 많은 문제점을 파악하고, 실무에 활용할 수 있는 각 공종별 내용연수 및 실용내 용연수 산정 방법에 대한 기준을 제시하였다

본 연구는 미국 정부차원의 체계적인 아동학대 관련정책과 그에 따른 아동보호지원시스템에 관하여 살펴보고, 이를 통해 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 도출하여 아동학대와 관련한 정책 수립 및 아동보호지원에 관한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 미국은 1974년 아동학대 예방법을 시작으로 아동학대와 관련한 여러 가지 법을 제정 또는 개정을 통해 국가차원의 관심을 보였다. 이같이 아동학대 관련법에 입각한 아동보호 서비스가 이루어지고 주정부와 지역사회 민간 기관과의 협력체계를 유기적으로 구축하여 체계적인 아동학대 개입이 이루어지고 있다. 그리고 미국에는 신고의무법이 있어 아동학대 사실이 의심되면 신고의무자는 의무적으로 기관에 신고하고, 정부기관에서는 조사와 개입의 단계를 거쳐 아동을 보호한다. 또한 치료서비스를 통한 아동과 가족의 회복을 통해 원가정으로 돌아갈 수 있는 길을 만들어 나가고 있다. 위 연구를 통해 우리나라에 주는 시사점은 아동학대와 관련하여 국가적 차원의 다양한 정책적 지원과 다양한 아동보호 지원시스템의 지원이 필요하며, 신고의무자들이 자발적이고 적극적으로 신고의무를 다하도록 면책의무와, 의무불이행, 허위신고 등에 있을 제재조치를 마련하는 노력이 우선적으로 이루어져야 하겠다.

An emphasized analysis and reviews on the progress of pesticide managements for the past 10 years through the statistics in Korea are summarized in this continued studies in connection with the fundmental aspects and direction of advanced pesticide industry and improved plantprotection policies for 1980's. Remarkable development and changes are observed in the plant species and varieties, plantation practices and production techniques as well as pest infestations and controls in the last decade, but no normal achievement and operations are recognised on the pesticide management and marketing system especially. Realistic plant protection adminstration and pesticide regulations in accordance to the industrial modernization and pest management advancement must be adjusted in accordance with national economic progress and desirable agricultural structure for 1980's. Special considerations are stated on the strengthening of research and inspection program for the quality products and control with the efficacy and safety use of pesticides. More serious attentions are noted on the over production and flooded stocks under struggled market demands and sales competitions with lethal financial difficulties by producers. Through the status analyzed for the last decade, the integrated past management and cooperative basic control pattern under positive self-forecasting system by farmers are also urged for the effective and economic pest control measures. The problems and solutions discussed here ell the advanced pesticide management as well as the cooperation on the self-ordered quality control and market managing systems in 1980's as it is a desired projection for the further improvement. Most of outstanding and necessary statistics and data in the past decade are also summarized here for references in connection with the previous report.

This paper intends to reveal that Eliot’s life has a good influence on his poems, especially appearing in Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats which was published in 1939. But a version of it was announced by Faber and Faber, as “Mr. Eliot’s Book of Pollicle Dogs and Jellicle Cats as Recited to him by the Man in White Spats,’ in the spring of 1936. Therefore we need to feel out the period from before and between 1936 to 1939, when Eliot suffered fromdomestic problems ashe tried to divorce his wife Vivienne, and Vivienne herself was confined to the mental hospital Northumberland House in 1938. So this paper deals with his personal experiences (or situations and accidents) happening through his unhappy marriage, especially the emotional conflicts between him and his wife Vivienne in Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.

A practical and efficient disposal method for chemical dechlorination of PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) in transformer oil was evaluated. The transformer oil containing PCBs was treated by the PEG 600 (polyethylene glycol 600) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) along with different reaction temperatures(25, 50, 100 and 150oC) and times(30, 60, 240 and 480 min). The best disposal efficiency of PCBs in transformer oil was attained under the experimental conditions of PEG 600 (2.5 w/w%)/KOH (2.5 w/w%)/150oC/4 hrs, showing completely removal of all PCBs containing 3-9 chlorines on two rings of biphenyl. In studying the reaction of PEG/KOH with PCBs, it confirmed that the process led to less chlorinated PCBs through a stepwise process with the successive elimination of chlorines.
