        이 연구는 대학생들의 병역의식에 미치는 안보교육의 영향관계를 분석 하는 것이다. 2022년부터 2023년 3개 학기에 걸쳐서 안보관련 교양과목 을 수강한 212명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 안보교육과 병역의식에 대한 설문조사 방법을 시행하였다. SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 독립표 본 t-검정, 상관분석, 왜도와 첨도, 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 수행 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 안보교육을 수강하기 전 대학생들의 병역의식 수준은 저조하였다. 둘째, 안보교육 수강 후 대학생들의 병역의식 수준이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 셋째, 안보교육은 병역의식에 통계적으로 유의미 한 관계와 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해서 징병제 국가인 한국에서 병 역의무 대상자들의 병역의식 고취를 위한 중요한 근거자료를 제공하고, 군 복무의 당위성을 확보할 수 있는 국방 및 교육정책 수립과 논의에 시 발점이 될 것으로 사료된다.

        디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 해상환경은 빠르게 변화할 것으로 예상된다. 자율운항선박의 경우 국내ㆍ외 많은 국가에서 기술개 발 중이며, 국제사회는 이를 운용하기 위한 논의도 시작되었다. 선박의 변화는 해상교통 환경의 변화를 야기하며, 육상지원시설에 대한 변화도 촉구한다. 본 연구는 항행지원시설의 사이버 보안 체계 개선을 위해 해상교통관제 인원의 사이버 보안 관리 인식을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해상교통관제 중심으로 사이버 보안 관리 현황을 살펴보고, 해상통관제 인원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조 사 분석은 IPA 방법론을 활용했으며, 분석결과 보안담당 경험이 있는 인원과 경험 없는 인원의 사이버 보안에 대한 인식차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 더불어 사이버 공격 탐지 및 차단 관련 기술적인 조치가 가장 우선적으로 시행되어야할 사항으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 항 행지원시설에 대한 사이버 보안 관리 체계 개선을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다.

        With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

        As the importance of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in the military increases, Republic of Korea Army (ROK Army) developed Army Knowledge Portal. Although the members in the military are encouraged to use the portal, few members currently use it. This study was conducted to find variables to predict the user’s intention to use the portal, which contributes to activating the use of Army Knowledge Portal in the army. On the basis of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), ten variables such as perceived ease of use, general information security awareness, information security awareness, expectation for external rewards, expectation for relationships, sense of self-worth, attitude toward compliance with security policy, attitude toward knowledge sharing, intention of non-combat knowledge sharing, and intention of combat knowledge sharing were considered as independent variables. 105 participants on active duty who currently use or have experience to use the portal participated in this study. The results indicated that general information security awareness and information security awareness increases compliance with the information security policy. In addition, the attitude toward knowledge sharing is enhanced by expectations for relationship and sense of self-worth. Based on the results, the authors propose the need for policy alternatives to reinforce the reward system and security policy, which activates the use of Knowledge Portal Service for ROK Army.

        IT security service provides customers with the capability of protecting the networked information asset and infrastructures, and the scope of security service is expanding from a technology-intensive task to a comprehensive protection system for IT environment. To improve the quality of this service, a research model which help assess the quality is required. Several research models have been proposed and used in various service areas, but few cases are found for IT security service. In this work, a research model for the IT security quality has been proposed, based on research models such as SERVQUAL and E-S-QUAL. With the proposed model, factors which affect the service quality and the best quality measure have been identified. And the feasibility of using quantitative measures for quality has been examined. For analysis, structural equation modeling and various statistical methods such as principal component analysis were used. The result shows that satisfaction is the most significant measure affected by the proposed quality factors. Two quality factors, fulfillment and empathy, are the main determinants of the service quality. This leads to a strategy of quality improvement based on factors of emotion and perception, not of technology. The quantitative measures are considered as promising alternative measures, when combined with other measures. In order to design reliable quantitative measures, more work should be done on target processing time and users’ expectation. It is hoped that work of this research will provide efficient tools and methods to improve the quality of IT security service and help future research works for other IT service areas.

        IT security service protects their networked information asset and infrastructures using experts’ knowledge. To improve its service quality, by exploring quality factors and assessing the quality level, an approach based on a research model is required. Several research models have been proposed and used in various service area, but few cases of IT security service are found. In this work, a research model of service quality has been proposed, based on the existing research models such as SERVQUAL and E-S-QUAL. The factors which affect the quality of IT security service and the best quality measure including quantitative measures have been identified. By comparing them, the feasibility of using quantitative measures for quality measures has been addressed. For analysis, structural equation modeling and various statistical methods were used. The result shows that, among the three quality measures, satisfaction is the most significantly affected one by quality factors. The quantitative measures show positive correlation with other perceived quality measures. The analysis of the result provides several suggestions which can be used in measuring and improving the quality of IT security service. Emotional factors such as empathy are as important as the swiftness of service, which leads to a strategy of quality improvement based on customer satisfaction, not solely on technology only. And, in order to design reliable quantitative measures, standards such as rational target processing time should be first established. The work of this research will provide efficient tools to improve the quality of IT security service and help the quality research for other service areas.

        최근 XML(Extensible Markup Language)이 인터넷 표준으로 자리 잡아가고 있는 가운데 원격 서 비스를 지원하는 XML 기반 SOAP 프로토콜은 개발자들에게 급속도로 인기를 얻고 있다. SOAP(Single Object Access Protocol) 통신은 방화벽에 제약을 받지 않지만 SOAP 기반 웹 서비스를 안전하게 구현하기 위한 표준 정보보호 모델은 아직 없는 상태이다. 따라서 인터넷 분산 환경에서 기업간 제품정보 공유 및 교환 할 때에 제품 정보보호를 위해서는 사용자 인증, 데이터 무결성 및 기밀성 보장, 송수신에 대한 부인 봉쇄, 접근제어 등 다양한 보안 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상에서 XML을 기반으로 하는 협업적 제품거래의 안전한 제품정보 공유/교환을 위하여 XML 전자서명, XML 암호화 기술, XACL(Extensible Access Control Language) 기술을 이용하여 웹 서비스 정보보호 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 웹 서비스 정보보호 서비스 모델은 인터넷 분산 환경에서 기업간 제품정보(부품정보)를 서로 공유/교환함에 있어서 안전한 정보보호 서비스를 목적으로 한다.

        The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise’s satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security’s online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province’s Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach’s Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province’s Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.
