        본 연구는 소득수준별 노년기 부부관계 만족도의 변화유형을 파악하 고, 변화유형 관련 요인을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국복 지패널 4개년도(12차, 14차, 16차, 18차) 조사에 모두 참여한 65세 이상 유배우자 1,545명을 연구대상으로 잠재계층성장모형과 다항 로지스틱 회 귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 소득수준별 노년기 부부관계 만족도 변 화유형은 빈곤층과 비빈곤층 모두 ‘고수준 증가형’,‘중수준 감소형’,‘저수 준 감소형’으로 확인되었다. 소득수준별 부부관계 만족도 변화유형 영향 요인을 확인하기 위하여 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행한 결과, 빈곤층 의 변화궤적의 영향요인은 생활만족도, 우울, 성별, 지역으로 나타났으 며 비빈곤층의 변화궤적 영향요인은 교육수준, 성별, 우울로 확인되었 다. 본 연구의 결과는 노년기 부부관계의 질적 향상을 위해서는 집단 내 이질성을 중요하게 고려해야 함을 시사하였다.

        This study investigated phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants according to cultivar and growth stage. For 1st, 2nd, and 3rd harvested rapeseed plants, total polyphenol contents were 12.56~15.85, 10.28~13.17, and 9.94~16.01 mg gallic acid equivalents/g sample, respectively; total flavonoid contents were 9.86~11.05, 10.41~13.06, and 8.18~16.64 mg catechin equivalents/g sample, respectively; total chlorophyll contents were 17.26~21.66, 19.31~24.95, and 22.16~38.39 mg/g sample, respectively; and total glucosinolates contents were 31.13~46.22, 28.51~34.72, and 22.18~30.58 mg SE/g sample, respectively. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants were 3.26~5.91 and 10.69~17.17 mg trolox equivalents/g sample, respectively. FRAP activities of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd harvested rapeseed plants were 142.88~63.93, 37.97~61.24, and 32.93~52.36 mM/g sample, respectively. Phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants were found to be high in Halla, Yuryeo, and Yeongsan cultivars. Overall, phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants tended to decrease as the harvest time was delayed. These results indicate that more research on functional ingredients and physiological activities of rapeseed plants is needed to diversify their fields of use.

        본 논문은 캐나다 주별이민자추천프로그램(PNP)의 도입과 운영 과정을 다층거버 넌스(MLG) 틀을 통해 분석하고, 그 과정에서 나타난 정치적·사회적 합의의 특징을 탐구한다. PNP는 연방정부와 주정부 간의 협력적 거버넌스 구조 속에서 각 주가 경 제적·인구학적 필요에 맞추어 자율적으로 이민자를 선발할 수 있는 제도로, 캐나다 의 연방주의 체제 내에서 이민정책의 독특한 모델을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 PNP 관련 정책자료, 법령, 그리고 선행연구를 바탕으로 사례분석을 진행하 였으며, 특히 연방정부와 주정부 간의 협력 과정 및 지역사회와의 상호작용 을 중심으로 다층적 거버넌스 구조를 고찰하였다. 또한, 캐나다의 PNP 사 례를 독일, 호주, 일본 등의 중앙집중형 이민정책과 비교함으로써, 캐나다 사례가 다른 국가에 제공하는 시사점을 도출하였다. 결과적으로, PNP는 중앙집권적 이민정책의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 연방주의적 이민모델로, 각 주가 지역 특성에 맞는 이민자 선발을 통해 경제 활성화와 인구문제 해결에 기여하였다.

        We conducted a study on excessive doping of the Cr and In elements in Bi-Sb-Te materials satisfying the Hume- Rothery rule, and investigated the resulting electrical and thermal properties. From X-ray diffraction (XRD) results, we confirmed the formation of a single phase even with excessive doping. Through analysis of electrical properties, we observed the highest enhancement in electrical characteristics at y = 0.2, suggesting that the appropriate ratio of Bi-Sb significantly influences this enhancement. Using the Callaway-von Baeyer (CvB) model to assess scattering due to point defects, we calculated the experimental point defect scattering factor (ΓCvB.exp), which was notably high due to the substantial differences in volume and atomic weight between the substituted (Cr, In) and original (Bi, Sb) elements. Additionally, we conducted a single parabolic band (SPB) modeling analysis of materials with compositions y = 0.1 and 0.2, where, despite a decrease in densityof- states effective mass (md *) during the enhancement process from y = 0.1 to 0.2, a sharp increase in non-degenerate mobility (μ0) led to an 88 % increase in weighted mobility (μw). Furthermore, analyzing zT with respect to nH revealed a 51 % increase in zT at a composition of y = 0.2. This study confirmed a significant reduction in lattice thermal conductivity with the co-doping strategy, and with further compositional studies to improve electrical properties, we anticipate achieving high zT.

        청주와 증평에서 채집한 섬서구메뚜기(Atractomorpha lata)의 발생과 온도(20°C, 25°C, 30°C)에 따른 령기별 발육기간, 성충수명, 산란수 및 부화율 등을 조사하였다. 섬서구메뚜기는 5월 말부터 부화약충이 나타나기 시작하여 7월말부터 성충이 출현하고 8월 중순에 성충의 밀도가 가장 높았다. 청주와 증평에서 채집된 모든 령기에 대한 야외개체의 암수 비율은 각각 0.49와 0.45로 유사하게 조사되었다. 섬서구메뚜기 암컷은 6령까 지의 약충기를 거쳐 성충이 되지만 수컷은 5령 약충기만으로 성충이 되었다. 령기별 약충의 발육기간은 온도가 높아질수록 짧았으며 암컷이 수컷보 다 모든 온도에서 더 길었다. 성충의 수명은 온도가 높아질수록 암수 모두 감소하였고 암컷과 수컷 모두 20°C에서 각각 158.9일과 127.3일로 가장 긴 기간 동안 생존하였다. 온도가 높아질수록 산란전기는 짧아졌으나, 산란수는 반대로 증가하였다. 그러나 난괴당 산란수는 온도별 큰 차이를 보이 지 않았다. 섬서구메뚜기의 알은 30°C이상에서만 부화하여 52.0% 부화율을 보였다. 본 연구결과는 섬서구메뚜기를 방제하기 위하여 발생과 발육 에 관한 기초자료로써 활용가능 할 것으로 생각된다.

        This study compared the climatic conditions and fruit quality of the ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin. This variety is expanding to inland areas due to climate change and global warming. The main producing area of ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin is Jeju Island. In the inland areas where ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarin is grown, the average temperature is 12.9-13.9℃, which is 3-4℃ lower than the temperature in Seogwipo (16.9℃) on Jeju Island. In these inland areas, there are frequent critical minimum temperatures (below –3℃) in January or February, making the open field temperatures unsuitable for growing ‘Shiranuhi’ mandarins. However, farmers in these areas have managed to mitigate this risk by maintaining an average temperature of 18.3℃ inside plastic houses, which are actively heated from December to March. The earliest full bloom of ‘Shiranuhi’ was recorded in Jindo, Jeollanam-do on April 10. The earliest harvest date was observed in Seogwipo, Jeju on January 9, which indicates the shortest maturity period of 272 days. The cumulative temperature inside the greenhouse was highest in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do at 5,755℃. Buan, Jeollabuk-do (5,517℃) and Seogwipo, Jeju (5,518℃) had nearly identical temperatures. Significant differences in fruit quality were observed between the inland areas and Jeju Island. These differences were observed in fruit length, summit length, firmness, and the CIE b* value of the peel. The climate differences seem to have a greater influence on the factors that determine the fruit shape among the fruit quality characteristics. The yield per tree was higher in Seogwipo, Jeju (38.3kg) compared to the inland areas (30 to 34kg). Inland areas predominantly featured medium to small fruits (251-300g), while Jeju Island had a higher proportion of larger fruits (over 350g).

        High-rise buildings are equipped with TMD (Tuned Mass Damper), a vibration control device that ensure the stability and usability of the building. In this study, the seismic response control performance was evaluated by selecting the design variables of the TMD based on the installation location of the twisted irregular building. To this end, we selected analysis models of 60, 80, and 100 floors with a twist angle of 1 degree per floor, and performed time history analysis by applying historical seismic loads and resonant harmonic loads. The total mass ratio of TMDs was set to 1.0%, and the distributed installation locations of TMDs were selected through mode analysis. The analysis results showed that the top-floor displacement responses of all analysis models increased, but the maximum story drift ratio decreased. In order to secure the seismic response control performance by distributed installation of TMDs in twisted irregular buildings, it is judged that the mass ratio distribution of TMDs will act as a key variable.

        Dynamic responses of nuclear power plant structure subjected to earthquake loads should be carefully investigated for safety. Because nuclear power plant structure are usually constructed by material of reinforced concrete, the aging deterioration of R.C. have no small effect on structural behavior of nuclear power plant structure. Therefore, aging deterioration of R.C. nuclear power plant structure should be considered for exact prediction of seismic responses of the structure. In this study, a machine learning model for seismic response prediction of nuclear power plant structure was developed by considering aging deterioration. The OPR-1000 was selected as an example structure for numerical simulation. The OPR-1000 was originally designated as the Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plant (KSNP), and was re-designated as the OPR-1000 in 2005 for foreign sales. 500 artificial ground motions were generated based on site characteristics of Korea. Elastic modulus, damping ratio, poisson’s ratio and density were selected to consider material property variation due to aging deterioration. Six machine learning algorithms such as, Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), were used t o construct seispic response prediction model. 13 intensity measures and 4 material properties were used input parameters of the training database. Performance evaluation was performed using metrics like root mean square error, mean square error, mean absolute error, and coefficient of determination. The optimization of hyperparameters was achieved through k-fold cross-validation and grid search techniques. The analysis results show that neural networks present good prediction performance considering aging deterioration.

        This study identifies the possibility of alignment discrepancies during mortar firing when using inactive fuzes, which make it impossible to visually observe impact points. To address this issue, we studied a quality assurance method for Sight Alignment after firing. To establish a baseline, we analyzed the pre-firing Sight Alignment and the impact group status during firing for 00 mortars and 000 shells. Based on this analysis, we derived the alignment position information range after firing for 36 mortars, distinguishing between 68% and 95% confidence interval. Finally, considering data characteristics, inspection time requirements, and non-conforming data, we selected the Sight Alignment range after firing based on the 95% confidence interval. This study is expected to contribute to the development of quality assurance methods for munitions by serving as an example of quality assurance in the mass production stage of mortars.

        This study is to deal with a failure phenomenon that occurred during a vibration test on an Inertial Navigation System mounted on a self-propelled howitzer. Vibration occurs naturally due to the operation characteristics of self-propelled howitzers, The study describes a case of failure that occurred during the durability verification process. It explains the function and configuration of the INS(Inertial Navigation System) and describe how the failure occurred through understanding the phenomenon. Based on the occurrence phenomenon, an in-depth cause analysis was conducted and fundamental improvement measures were presented to prevent recurrence. It is expected that this study will aid as a reference for problem solving when similar failures occur in the future.

        본 연구는 베트남인 유학생이 실제 대학 생활 부적응으로 인해 겪고 있는 문제점을 토대로 대학 생활 이해 향상을 위한 PBL 기반 대학 생활 문화 수업의 구체적인 절차 및 수업 방안을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 PBL의 개념 및 절차, 교육적 효과 등 이론적 배경을 살펴보 았고 이를 토대로 PBL의 문제를 개발하였다. 개발된 문제는 한국 대학 수업 환경과 운영 방식, 한국인과의 관계 형성, 목표어 의사소통 능력 향 상 등을 목표로 설정되었고 실제 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 학습이 이루 어질 수 있도록 PBL의 수업 절차를 제시하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 실제 대학 생활에서 겪고 있는 학습자의 ‘문제’를 PBL의 ‘문제’로 개발하 여 수업 절차를 마련하였고 실제 교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육 방 안을 마련하였다는 점에서 의의를 들 수 있지만 실제 수업에 적용하여 외국인 학습자의 한국 대학 생활 이해 능력 향상을 측정하지 못하였다는 점에서 한계를 가지고 있다.

        본 논문은 언어민족주의의 개념과 유럽과 한국을 중심으로 다양한 국 가의 언어정책을 어떻게 형성했는지 분석한 글이다. 본고는 프랑스, 이탈 리아가 21세기에 민족주의적 언어정책을 도입하는 데 대한 의미를 분석 하였다. 본고는 이러한 정책의 이면에 있는 사회정치적 동기와 국가 정 체성 및 문화 보존에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 문헌 고찰과 사례 연구를 통해 언어민족주의의 개념을 바탕으로 프랑스와 이탈리아의 언어 보호법 및 한국의 언어 정책과 K-Culture 확산 전략을 비교 분석 하였다. 분석에 따르면 유럽 국가들은 자국어 침해를 방지하기 위해 보 호조치를 취하는 반면, 한국의 접근방식은 문화 수출을 활용하여 한국어 의 글로벌 확산을 도모하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 국가정체성 과 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 요구 사이의 균형을 맞추는 적응형 언어정책의 필요성을 강조한다. 언어민족주의가 문화적 정체성을 보존하려는 국가들 에게 여전히 중요한 도구이나, 방법과 결과는 지역마다 상이하다. 한국의 사례는 국제적으로 언어 사용을 장려하는 데 있어 문화적 영향력의 잠재 력을 제시하고 있다.

        We presented foundational findings regarding the occurrence and acoustic characteristics of the finless porpoise through passive acoustic and visual surveys conducted on the southern coast of Korea, specifically at Hadong Jungpyeong Port. Over a survey period spanning from July 8 to August 16, 2023, totaling 40 days, we observed peaks in the number of clicks produced by this species on July 15, July 24, August 4, August 11, and August 16. The highest count, totaling 18,924 clicks, was recorded on July 15th, while the lowest count, at 3,888 clicks, occurred on August 8th. Examining the acoustic characteristics throughout the diurnal cycle, we found that the peak activity in terms of DPM (detection positive minute for one hour), DP10M (DPM for ten minutes), and overall number of click sounds was observed between 05:00 and 08:00, with a secondary peak occurring from 17:00 to 18:00. The quietest period was noted between 23:00 and 02:00. Furthermore, there was a significant increase in the number of clicks from sunrise, with the maximum count of 21,581 clicks recorded at 6 AM. This count gradually decreased until noon, experienced a slight increase thereafter, peaked again at sunset, and then declined. The dominant frequency mode of this species was 126 kHz, with a concentration ranging from 112 to 136 kHz. The average duration of a click sound was 127 ㎲, with approximately 16 sinusoids (cycles) within each click sound and an average cycle length of approximately 7.9 ㎲. These findings from our study are anticipated to serve as foundational data for the development of a Korean pinger and acoustic warning system.

        This study investigated the physical, thermal, rheological, and binding properties of faba bean protein concentrate (FBC) and FBC-anionic gum mixtures. The anionic gums used in this study were sodium alginate (NaA), low-methoxyl amidated pectin (LMA), l-carrageenan (lCA), and gellan gum (GLG). The study found that FBC successfully incorporated the minced textured vegetable protein (TVP), but the formed TVP block had a fragile and soft texture. The water absorption index decreased in FBC-NaA and FBC-LMA mixtures but increased in FBC-lCA and FBC-GLG mixtures. The water solubility index decreased by adding NaA, LMA, and lCA, excluding GLG, to FBC. Adding anionic gums to FBC decreased solubility, while the swelling power was reversed in FBC-anionic gum mixtures, except for the FBC-LMA mixture. The addition of anionic gums to FBC increased melting onset and peak temperatures compared to FBC. The G′ value of FBC and FBC-anionic gum mixtures increased with temperature, indicating their thermogelling characteristic. The hardness of hamburger patties prepared with minced TVP and FBC or FBC-anionic gum mixtures generally tended to increase upon reheating, refrigeration, and reheating after refrigeration. The study concluded that the FBC-anionic gum mixtures have significant potential for binding different types of TVPs, highlighting its practical application.

        This study investigated the impact of hydrolyzed plant proteins on the physical, thermal, and rheological properties of rice flour (RF) for protein fortification for the elderly and general food systems. Faba bean protein concentrate and chickpea flour were first treated with polysaccharide hydrolyzed enzymes (control; CTFP and CTCF, respectively) and subsequentially with protease hydrolyzed enzymes (hydrolyzed protein material; HZFP and HZCF, respectively). The addition of CTFP and HZFP enhanced the swelling power of RF, whereas the CTCF and HZCF exhibited the opposite trends. Adding all controls and hydrolyzed protein materials to RF increased the solubility and gelatinization temperature and decreased the gelatinization enthalpy. The HZFP addition successfully developed the pasting viscosity of RF, whereas the others did not. The RF-HZFP mixture had a higher peak viscosity than RF but lower trough, breakdown, final, and setback viscosities. These findings suggest that the controls and hydrolyzed protein materials studied here could be used as sources for protein fortification of foods, particularly for the elderly, with minimal changes in textural and rheological characteristics, thereby contributing to the development of nutritious and palatable food products.

        Obesity, a global health concern characterized by excessive fat accumulation, necessitates the discovery of anti-obesity compounds. Rottlerin, known for its anti-cancer effects as a mitochondrial uncoupler, has been a subject of interest. However, its impact on reducing intracellular lipid accumulation remains a gap in our understanding. This study aimed to fill this gap by dissecting the mechanism of rottlerin in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. We treated differentiated 3T3-L1 cells with 0-20 mM of rottlerin for 48 hours to assess its capability to induce lipid accumulation. Notably, we observed no cytotoxicity associated with the treatment of rottlerin up to 20 mM, indicating its safety at these concentrations. Lipid accumulation, measured by oil Red O, was downregulated dose-independently by rottlerin. We also found that key lipogenic enzymes, including SCD1 and DGAT1, were decreased. The transcription factor of lipogenic genes, SREBP1, was reduced by approximately 80% with rottlerin. LRP6, a crucial link between de novo lipogenesis mechanism reactions and Wnt signaling, was also degraded by around 70%. Interestingly, the downstream regulation of LRP6, b-catenin, and TCFL2 was diminished by rottlerin. Our data indicate that rottlerin alleviates adipocyte lipid accumulation by suppressing the LRP6/β-catenin/SREBP1c pathway. These findings underscore the potential of rottlerin as a safe nutraceutical for combating obesity.

        본 연구는 돼지 간 거리(PD), 돈사 내 상대 습도(RRH), 돈사 내 이산화탄소(RCO2) 세 가지 변수를 사용하여, 네 개의 데이터 세트를 구성하고, 이를 다중 선형 회귀(MLR), 서포트 벡터 회귀(SVR) 및 랜덤 포레스트 회귀(RFR) 세 가지 모델 기계학습(ML)에 적용하여, 돈사 내 온도(RT)를 예측하고자 한다. 2022년 10월 5일부터 11월 19일까지 실험을 진행하였다. Hik-vision 2D카메라를 사용하여, 돈사 내 영상을 기록하였다. 이후 ArcMap 프로그램을 사용하여, 돈사 내 영상에서 추출한 이미지 안 돼지의 PD를 계산하였다. 축산환경관리시스템(LEMS) 센서를 사용하여, RT, RRH 및 RCO2를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 각 변수 간 상관분석 시 RT와 PD 간의 강한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다(r > 0.75). 네 가지 데이터 세트 중 데이터 세트 3을 사용한 ML 모델이 높은 정확도가 나타났으며, 세 가지 회귀 모델 중에서 RFR 모델이 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다.

        The low participation of women in clinical trials of pharmaceuticals raises ethical issues that hinder accurate assessment of the safety and effectiveness of medicines by gender. Historically, clinical trials have been conducted primarily on men, and the thalidomide scandal further excluded women from participation. Despite policies to encourage women’s participation since 1986, women’s participation in clinical trials of pharmaceuticals remains low and needs to be improved. Given the lack of research on women’s physical characteristics and hormonal changes, increasing women’s participation in clinical trials of pharmaceuticals is essential to develop safe and effective medicines and improve public health, and improvements are needed to ensure equitable health outcomes by gender.

        현대 건설산업 분야에서 철근콘크리트는 반영구적인 재료로 인식되어 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 콘크리트의 노후화 및 수분 용해 현상 등으로 생긴 균열을 통해 강재의 부식이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 부식은 철근콘크리트의 거동과 구조물의 내구성을 저하시키기 때문에 근본적인 원인인 강재를 대체할 필요가 있다. 최근 건설산업에서 복합재료는 높은 강도, 낮은 중량, 부식에 대한 우 려가 없어 주목받고 있는 재료이다. 복합재료는 섬유와 기지재료로 사용되는 수지에 따라 재료의 특성이 달라지게 되며 이중 탄소섬유 를 활용한 복합재료 CFRP은 복합재료 중 가장 뛰어난 성능을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뛰어난 성능을 보여주는 CFRP와 경제 성을 고려하여 탄소섬유와 유리섬유를 혼합한 CFRP Hybrid를 사용하여 강재의 대체품으로 사용가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 재료의 특 성을 비교하기 위하여 ASTM 규정에 따라 인장시험과 압축시험을 수행하고 반복하중에 대한 저항을 확인하기 위하여 인장반복시험과 압축반복시험을 수행한다. 이때 측정된 응력, 영구변형 등을 그래프로 도식화하고 강재와 비교분석을 진행하였다.
