With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.
With the interest on operational efficiency due to the rapid growth of food material distribution industry and food service industry, the study adopts DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model and examines to measure the technological, pure technical and scale efficiency those companies engaging in the food material distribution and food service business. As a result of analysis, the companies operating integrated business have relatively higher efficiency than those operating only food material distribution or food service companies while the result indicates that three efficiencies don’t have significant difference depending on whether affiliated companies or not. Since June 25th 1950, the beginning of the cold war (Korean war), Korean peninsula is still in a state of war. Officially South and North Korean government call a truceafter three years from the beginning day, however both countries are still having several combats in these days. So every Korean citizen male has duty for serving military duty and this lasts even after the serving regular military force, as reserved military. Although South Korea is very small country, the size of military is very large so informing all reserved military takes some time. Since this nation is confronting the enemy and considering the global potential threat, South Korean military needs expedite informing system to call up the reserved military to active duty. In this project, the current informing system has been analyzed and compared with the new method which is using social network service such as Twitter. However mobilization order is very critical. So in our new model there are two ways combined. Using twitter to inform and then use traditional ways to finish the order. This method will provide more efficient and accurate way to cover the call ups.
This paper presents an economic analysis for the travel aids service system for visually handicapped persons through RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This research estimates both cost and economic effect of the service. By using input-output analysis technique, three kinds of repercussion effects - domestic production, value added, and workers induced by the travel aids service - are also calculated. To evaluate the profitability of the service, we investigate the procedures through which the service has an effect on the interested parties and develop formulas describing the procedures. The benefit of the service have been generally obtained by measuring the willingness to pay (WTP). This paper, however, obtains the monetary value of benefit by estimating the parameters of the formulas, so that a close improvement of the service may be possible with the result of the economic analysis.
본 논문에서는 ABR(Available Bit Rate) 트래픽의 흐름제어를 방식들을 분석하고, 지연이 큰 PNNI망에서 VS/VD 스위치를 이용하여 효율적으로 ABR 트래픽을 제어하여, 공평한 전송율을 계산할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘에서는 전송률을 계산하기 위하여 정확하고 공평한 분배를 계산할 수 있는 ER(Explicit Rate) 방식의 FMMRA(Fast Max-Min Rate Allocation)를 사용하였다. 그리고, 지연이 많이 된 상태에서도 큐에 있는 셀을 서비스하고 드레인하기 위하여, VD에서 VS로 전달된 큐 길이 정보를 이용하여 전송율을 계산함으로서 공평한 셀 서비스 분배를 할 수 있었다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하였으며, 그 결과 만족할 만한 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.
최근 컨테이너물동량 증가로 인하여 선사들간의 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 따라서 운항선사들은 노선에 투입되는 자사 선박들에 대해서 운항효율성을 분석하고 대응방안을 강구할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 출발한 본 연구는 선사 입장에서의 내부적 운항효율성을 분석하고 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다. 효율성분석을 하기 위해서 본 연구에서는. 운항선사의 실제 운항자료를 바탕으로 항차를 의사결정단위로 하여 비교적 객관적이고 상대적인 효율성을 파악할 수 있는 DEA모형을 이용하여 분석을 수행하었다. 그리고 효율성 분석결과를 바탕으로 운항선사의 운영측면에서 전체적인 효율성을 높이는 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다.
