This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) on change management activity and business performance. In particular, mediating effect of change management activity on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and business performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and change management activity. Second, there was also a positive relationship between change management activity and business performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma and business performance. Finally, change management activity was partial mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) and business performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on business performance.
This Purpose of this paper is to suggest the effects of success factors of six sigma on the management performance. This dissertation deal with key factors that led to successful implementation through existing literature. Therefore, this major success factors of six sigma revealed performance of cost reduction and improving quality. This study is empirical analysis the effects of six sigma performance of cost reduction and improving quality)on the management performance(profitability, growth, market value). The results of this study, six sigma quality performance turns out to have positive(+) effect on the all management performance.
Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in my case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and resource. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.
The ultimate objectives of the six sigma activities are to raise quality of products to the level where customers can be satisfied and to improve marketing efficiency through cost reduction. Recently, many businesses have been struggling to find out the most successful way to implement the six sigma to produce better results. This study is significant in a way that it provides readers with an actual evidence of efficiency and effectiveness of six sigma activities in marketing performance for the first time. The major data of this study can be divided into two categories ; First, secondary data research method was utilized to find out the effects of six sigma management on the quality and marketing performances, theoretically and empirically. Second, test of established hypotheses relevant to the effects of six sigma management on the quality and marketing performance based on the propositions drawn from existing literatures, and test hypotheses statistically. This study of six sigma looked into benefits in manufacturing industry in terms of improving quality, cutting cost and decreasing defection product-defect rate. In addition, the study has verified that how the quality performances can affect the marketing performances, such as enhancing corporate image, sales increase and customer satisfaction. The author believes that this study will help many businesses acquire best methods to increase sales and profits. And, business manager will be able to understand where to focus as they proceed with the six sigma project and improve corporate competitiveness.

Information systems introduction and application are increasing suddenly from the enterprises while approaching the information age. It requires to manage the IS performance and understand quality of information systems for obtaining the competitive power of the enterprise through IS. Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in information industry as well as manufacturing processes. This study provides a framework for managing performance of information systems which are used to obtain competitive advantage.
