The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.

시간과 지리, 문화, 제도, 언어의 장벽을 넘어 초월적 선교가 가능한 오늘날 그 기회와 방법은 너무도 많지만, 그에 적합한 선교의 혁신이 절실히 필요하다. 새로운 선교 패러다임을 받아들여 첨단 과학 기술의 발달과 그에 따라 급변하는 시대적 상황을 올바로 이해하고 그에 적합한 선교사 교육 훈련으로 대처해야 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 스마트 선교훈련 시스템의 중요성과 특성들을 알아 볼 뿐만 아니라, 이 방법이 선교 현장에서 스마트하게 활용 될 수 있는 지 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구는 새로운 선교사 교육 패러다임으로서의 스마트 선교사 훈련이 어떻게 세계 선교의 효과를 높일 수 있는지 검토하고, 혁신적 IT 방법을 활용한 스마트 선교전략들을 소개하면서 Semi-O2O 미션 퍼스펙티브의 유의미한 훈련 효과 및 그 이점을 검토하였다. 인공지능이 아닌 인간 선교 사역자의 노력을 중심으로, 아날로그와 디지털을 균형 있게 조화시켜 온-오프라인 등의 여러 채널들을 오가며 그 장점을 극대화 하여 이 모든 것을 선교지에 적용하는 훈련이다. 이 연구를 통해 온라인과 오프라인 세계 사이의 차이점을 인식 하고 상호 통신 및 상호작용을 활성화하기 위해 두 세계를 자유롭게 통합하거나 각각을 개별적으로 구분하여 탄력적으로 활용 하면 글로벌 선교에 도움이 됨을 발견하였다. 또한 첨단 과학기술과 관련하여 그에 적합한 퍼스펙티브 쉬프트를 통한 지성, 감성, 진정성을 담은 혁신적 IT 선교사 훈련이 선교 사역의 효율성을 높여 줌을 알게 되었다. 이 접근법은 앞으로도 파송 전 선교사 훈련에 큰 도움이 되어 시대적으로 더욱 스마트한 선교가 가능하게 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 피트니스웨어가 갖추어야 할 요건과 스마트 피트니스웨어의 수용 정도 및 기능 수요를 고찰하고, 이를 기반으로 퍼스널 트레이닝 효과 향상을 지원하는 피트니스용 스마트 스포츠의류의 상품기획 및 디자인 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전문 피트니스 트레이너를 심층 인터뷰하고 그 응답 자료에 대해 범주분석을 실시한 결과 5개의 범주와 13개 주제어를 도출하였다. 또한 일반 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 스마트 피트니스웨어의 수용 정도와 상품개발에 필요한 기능 수요를 탐색하였다. 그 결과 전반적으로 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이보다는 운동의 관여도 및 운동관련 문화와 관련된 특성에 따라 스마트 피트니스웨어의 수용 정도에 차이가 있는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 스마트 피트니스웨어에 대한 기능 수요에 대한 차이점으로는 전문 트레이너의 경우 운동 효과의 과학적 향상에 중점을 두는 반면 일반 소비자는 운동 시 지속성을 고려한 기능을 중요시 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 종합하여 ‘심박 센싱, 근육 활성도 센싱, 부위별 운동 동작 각도 또는 자세 센싱, 운동량 센싱 등의 기능 탑재’, ‘전문가 라인과 일반 라인별 컨셉 및 컨텐츠 개발’, ‘압박 의류 형태로 디자인’, ‘운동지역에 따른 상품개발의 차별화’ 등의 상품기획 및 디자인 방향을 제시하였다.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to explore the introduction and activation of smart training for the effective training of vocational ability development of companies in the 4th industrial revolution era, we analyze the present status of smart training introduction and related difficulties and propose concrete activation plan. Research design, data, and methodology – Through the online survey, we tried to confirm the recognition of corporate about smart training. Questionnaires include what are the benefits, expectations, and difficulties of smart training, etc. The survey was conducted from August 21, 2017 to September 4, 2017. A total of 69 companies participated in the questionnaire. The questionnaire results were analyzed through frequency analysis and contents analysis. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we found out the cause of inhibition of smart training activation and suggested activation strategies. Results – The main reason for the provision of smart training is the expectation of the training performance and the recognition that it is possible to provide training in a flexible manner. The effectiveness of smart training operation was evaluated as a high level of contribution to the development of creative training course and the capacity of training institute. As a result of checking factors that hinders the activation of smart training, the most important reason is that the time and cost burden of the training institutes is excessive. The lack of expertise in the design of smart training courses and the burden of employers and trainees. Conclusions – In order to activate smart training, it is necessary to find solutions to the obstacles at the internal or external level of training institutions. The internal barriers to the training organization are lack of internal competence for preparation and course management. In this regard, we need to consider providing consulting, best practices or guidance in the process of designing and operating smart training. On the other hand, as an external obstacle factor, it is necessary to provide incentives to participate in smart training. In addition, further research is needed on strategies that can lead to participation in smart training from the viewpoint of employers and learners.

교원연수는 교사의 전문성 계발의 방법으로 가장 보편적인 수단이 될 수 있으며, 현장에 적합한 연수과정을 개발하기 위해서 역량기반의 교육과정 개발(competency-based curriculum)이 효과적으로 적용되고 있다. 그러나 시간과 비용이 들고, 급변하는 환경에 민감하지 못하는 등 역량기반의 교육과정 개발의 단점을 극복하기 위해서는 보다 다양한 현장 상황에 적합한 대안적인 개발 방법론이 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 스마트교육을 위한 교원연수과정 개발 사례를 통해 모듈 개념을 활용한 역량기반 교원연수과정의 개발 방법론을 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 우선 스마트교육의 개념을 정리하고 역량 모델의 범위를 규명하였다. 그리고 문헌분석, 행동사건인터뷰, 설문조사 및 전문가 검토를 통해 스마트교육에 필요한 4개 범주 9개의 교원역량 모델을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 역량을 기반으로 연수모듈을 개발하였다. 역량기반의 연수모듈은 연수내용의 기초 단위로 레고(Lego)블럭과 같이 연수과정을 구성하는 작은 조각이다. 이를 기반으로 7개의 연수과정안을 도출하였다. 연수과정은 목적과 상황에 따라 연수모듈을 재조합하여 더욱 다양하게 개발될 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해 연수의 합의된 공동의 목표 달성과 현장 맞춤형 연수를 지원함으로써 일관성과 다양성, 공유와 맞춤의 연수효과가 기대된다.

인지능력은 뇌가 담당하고 있는 기능을 의미하며, 실생활과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 인간이 노화하면 뇌의 기능이 저하되며, 그것은 인지능력의 상실을 의미한다. 하지만 뇌의 가소성이라는 특성으로 훈련을 통해 뇌 기능의 회복과 저하를 도모할 수 있다. 이러한 훈련 작업을 두뇌 훈련 또는 인지능력 훈련이라고 한다. 인지능력 훈련은 주기적으로 해주어야 한다. 하지만 인지 능력 훈련은 반복적인 수행을 요구하기 때문에 사용자는 일반적으로 따분함을 느끼기 쉽다. 본 논문은 스마트디바이스 기반의 기능성 게임을 제안한다. 제안하는 기능성 게임은 인지능력 훈련을 반복적으로 수행할 수 있도록 게임적인 요소를 활용하여 사용자의 참여와 집중을 유도하였다. 수집된 데이터의 분석을 통하여 주의력과 인지적 유연성의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었다.
