이 논문에서는 파랑 하중을 받는 부유식 구조체의 운동 해석에 있어서 시스템 식별 방법을 이용한 상태공간방정식 모델을 수립하 고 해석하는 방법을 제안하였다. 상태공간방정식 모델의 수립 방법으로는 주파수영역에서 하중-변위 입출력 관계에 대한 목표 전달 함수를 구하고 이에 가장 근접하는 상태공간방정식을 구하는 절차를 제시하였다. 전통적으로 부유식 구조체 운동의 시간영역 해석은 지연함수의 합성곱적분을 포함하는 Cummins 방정식을 시간적분하여 이루어진다. 상태공간방정식 모델은 이러한 시간영역해석을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 방법의 하나로서 연구되어 왔다. 제안하는 방법에서는 시스템 식별방법인 N4SID 와 전달함수의 분모 및 분자 다항식의 계수를 설계변수로 하는 최적화방법을 사용하여 목표 전달함수에 상응하는 상태공간방정식을 구한다. 제안하는 방법 의 적용성을 보이는 예제로서 단자유도 수치모델 및 6자유도 바지의 운동을 해석하였다. 제시하는 상태공간방정식 모델은 주파수영 역 및 시간영역에서 모두 기존의 해석결과와 잘 일치하고 시간영역해석에서는 계산의 정확도를 확보하면서 계산 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있음을 확인하였다.
PURPOSES : In this study, the applicability of the water content, suction, and suction stress in a resilient modulus prediction model for a subbase was reviewed. METHODS : To compare the applicability of water content, suction, and suction stress models for resilient modulus prediction, the suction stress was determined based on the soil water characteristic curve. The model parameters for each approach were derived from the measured resilient moduli. Finally, the relationships between the degree of saturation and resilient modulus were analyzed using the calculated model parameters. RESULTS : Prediction models of the resilient modulus based on water content and suction demonstrated high correlation with measured values, but overestimated the resilient modulus at saturation levels beyond the laboratory testing range. In contrast, the model accounting for suction stress effectively reduced this overestimation, likely owing to a decrease in suction stress as the suction increased. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the above results, the resilient modulus of subbase materials could be estimated through the change in the degree of saturation and the stress-dependent resilient modulus model using the suction stress proposed in this study.
냉매 오충전은 에어컨에서 빈번하게 발생하는 고장 모드 중 하나로, 적정 충전량 대비 부족 및 과충전 모두 냉방 성능의 저하를 유 발하므로 충전된 냉매량을 정확하게 판단하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지 군집화 기법을 통한 정상상태 식별을 통해 냉매 오 충전량을 다중 분류하는 모델을 개발하였다. 정상상태 식별을 위해 에어컨 운전 데이터에 대해 이동 평균 간의 차이를 활용한 퍼지 군 집화 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, IFDR를 통해 기존 연구된 정상상태 판단 기법들과 식별 결과를 비교하였다. 이후, 시스템 내 상관성 을 고려한 mRMR을 이용해 특징을 선택하였으며, 도출된 특징을 이용해 SVM 기반의 다중 분류 모델이 생성되었다. 제안된 방법은 시험 데이터를 통해 만족할 만한 분류 정확도와 강건성을 도출하였다.
본 연구는 현재 빠른 발전과정에 있는 한국 복지국가에 대한 함의를 찾고자 하는 목 적에서 덴마크 모델에 대해 분석한다. 덴마크는 의료나 연금 분야보다는 경제성장과 친 화성이 높은 사회투자성 복지지출 규모가 큰 ‘사회투자형 복지국가’로서 복지제도와 경 제성장이 선순환을 이루는 모델을 만들었다는 평가를 받는다. 또한, 덴마크 유연 안정 성 모델로 유명한 덴마크의 노동시장은 유연하면서도 적극적노동시장정책을 통해 안정 성도 일정 정도 보장한다는 점에서 좋은 노동시장 모델 중 하나로 평가받고 있다. 복지 국가와 노동시장 개혁과정에서 사회적 합의를 통해 문제를 해결하여 갈등을 최소화하기 도 하였다. 본 연구는 복지정책과 노동시장정책 측면에서 덴마크 모델의 특징과 형성 과정을 분석하고 이를 통해 한국 복지국가가 나아가야 할 방향은 무엇인지에 대한 함의 를 찾고자 한다.
한국은 2000년을 기점으로 국내 복지국가에 대한 논의와 연구가 활발히 진행 되고 있는 상황이다. 대부분의 연구 주제는 한국이 복지국가가 되기 위한 조건이 무엇이며 그 전략이 무엇인가에 대한 것이다. 그러나 많은 연구들이 한국은 이미 복지국가라는 것을 상정한 상태로 논의를 하고 있거나 한국의 목표가 유럽의 복지국가라는 전제하에서 논의되고 있는 상태다. 즉, 복지국가의 유형이나 성격 논쟁 등 대부분의 연구가 유럽 의 복지국가로 수렴 되어지는 결론을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 과연 한국의 여러 제한된 시스템 속에서 ‘유럽의 복지국가 모델이 합리적인 대안이 될 수 있는가’ 또, 한국의 복지 철학과 정치 시스템을 바탕으로 ‘유럽의 복 지국가 모델을 적용하는 것이 가능한가’ 라는 문제의식을 갖게 한다. 본 고는 거시적인 관점에서 복지국가론을 비판하고 한국이 나아가야 할 국가모델이 복지국가에만 있는 것이 아니라 다른 발전된 미래 모델에도 있다는 것을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 먼저 에스핑 앤더슨의 ‘복지국가 유형 분류’를 이용하여 유럽 복지국가의 모델을 설명하고 복지국가의 성공 요인을 다섯 가지로 논하였다. 그리고 한국과 유럽의 정치구조를 비교한 후 한국이 지향하는 복지국가 형태에 따른 저해 요소들에 대하여 설명하고, 새로운 국가모델로 공진 국가, 생태 국가, 혁신국가, 소강 국가, 지식 국가를 제시하였다. 결론적으로 본고는 한국의 프레임 속 복지가 과연 완벽한 복지 시스템인가를 생각해보고, 미래 한국의 발전을 위해 복지국가 이외의 새로운 국가모델을 제시해 본 시론적 성격의 논문이다.
This study is aimed to take a stock assessment of blackthroat seaperch Doederleinia seaperch regarding the fishing effort of large-powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery. For the assessment, the state-space model was implemented and the standardized catch per unit effort (CPUE) of large powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery which is necessary for the model was estimated with generalized linear model (GLM). The model was adequate for stock assessment because its r-square value was 0.99 and root mean square error (RMSE) value was 0.003. According to the model with 95% confidence interval, maximum sustainable yield (MSY) of Blackthroat seaperch is from 2,634 to 6,765 ton and carrying capacity (K) is between 33,180 and 62,820. Also, the catchability coefficient (q) is between 2.14E-06 and 3.95E-06 and intrinsic growth rate (r) is between 0.31 and 0.72.
Introduction
Kotler (2015) warned that, if we only pursue economic growth and revenue/profit expansion, we will end up with overconsumption and wastes, bringing serious damage to our planet. He advocated the transition from the growth-oriented economy to the steady-state economy. Steady state economy is defined as an economy that maintains desired sufficient level of throughput with the lowest feasible flows of matter and energy from production to consumption (Kotler, 2015). As Kotler mentioned, this idea is somewhat utopian as most companies are still living in the growth-oriented economy. The purpose of this research is to extend Kotler’s idea by conceptualizing a more concrete model to visualize the marketing in the steady state economy. The model consists of five major elements; customers, stakeholders, employees, suppliers and community. The authors also present twelve propositions that explain promoting factors for the marketing in the steady state economy based on the multiple case studies conducted in Japan.
Literature review
The steady-state economy itself is actually not a new idea in economics. For example, typical classical economists (e.g., Adam Smith and John Stewart Mill) advocated the transition to the steady-state economy after saturation of economic growth. Neo-classical economists have also postulated the concept of steady state economy with regard to the law of diminishing returns (Tellis, 2008). Many previous studies have continuously put efforts on developing theories and practices to meet with economic, social and environmental needs simultaneously, since Kotler and Zaltman (1971) proposed the concept of social marketing. Although social marketing is closely related to marketing in the steady-state economy, its ethical egotism remains a problem (Crane and Desmond, 2002). Lerman and Shfrin (2015) and Gopaldas (2015) claim positive marketing which creates value for the firm, its customers, and society at large. In short, these concepts suggest the possibility that individual, self-seeking, and short-run behaviors can be consistent with aggregate, altruistic, and long-run behaviors. Besides above exceptions, however, most marketing researchers have evaded the question: What is marketing in the steady-state economy? The purpose of our study is to develop a conceptual framework to analyze “steady-oriented” companies and their marketing strategies based on the case studies in Japan.
Research methodology
In order to answer the above question, we adopt qualitative heuristic approaches (Kleining, 1994), because our question has not been addressed enough in previous studies mentioned above. First, we collected primary and secondary data from various information sources including company websites, press releases, online business journals, academic case studies, public seminars, presentations at academic meetings and so on (Yin, 2014). As stated by Eisenhardt (1989), we used a theoretical sampling to identify the informants for our multiple case studies. We intentionally chose companies from different industries, locations, length of history, manufacturing technology, etc. Based on the review and data collection, we developed a basic framework and series of theoretical propositions (Yin, 2014). For our study, we selected Japanese companies respecting “sanpo-yoshi” [good for three parties] philosophy. It is a belief that business should be good for sellers, buyers, and society. In fact, positive marketing is similar to this concept of “sanpo-yoshi” which is based on the family precepts of “Ohmi region merchants” in the Edo period (1600-1857) (Ogura, 1991; Usami 2015). Our selected “sanpo-yoshi” oriented companies aim for a harmonious relationship with all the concerning stakeholders and community (see Appendix for the list of selected companies). Figure 1 identifies five key parties covered in the “sanpo-yoshi” management and shows bilateral relations between the company and the five parties. First, “sanpo-yoshi” oriented companies try to build good long-term relationships not only with their customers by selling high-quality products at fair prices, but also with suppliers by buying a stable volume of products at fair prices. In addition, some companies provide their loyal customers with special experience concerning their own brands and their suppliers with technical assistant. In return, customers feel strong loyalty to the brand and suppliers offer a stable supply of high- quality raw materials at fair prices. Moreover, “sanpo-yoshi” companies take an active interest in their employees and the community where they operate because their confidence contributes to sustainable development of the companies. Shareholders for short-term returns, however, are unlikely to give heavy weight to social activities by their investee companies. Therefore, companies whose stocks are unlisted or occupied by long-term shareholders are more favorably inclined toward “sanpo-yoshi” management.
Research propositions
Based on the case studies of “sanpo-yoshi” companies in Japan, we argue that the enforcement of marketing in the steady-state economy can be tied to three factors: (1) management factors, (2) competitive factors, and (3) financial factors. Within these factors, twelve research propositions are developed for testing in the future research (Eisenhardt and Gaebner, 2007). These factors and propositions are summarized in Figure 2. Management factors are divided into two subcomponents: decision-making and employment factors. First, decision-making factors basically mean that the independence of management from the investors seeking short-term profits enables the management to enforce steady-oriented marketing. The most feasible method is corporate governance by founders or his/her family, although it is not a requirement. For instance, Kagome Co., Ltd. ended the family business operation in 1996, and around 180,000 individual “fan shareholders” accounting for 55.4% (Nikkei, 2017) are supporting the management with a long-term perspective. Second, employment factors indicate that the companies are likely to enforce steady-oriented marketing when they maintain high labor productivity and excellent human resources. In particular, it is more important for companies having many female employees with accumulated experience and know-hows to prevent those employees from quitting the job because of pregnancy or child rearing. Competitive factors are associated with the conditions of the steady state economy surrounding the companies. If the companies have maintained high market share in a mature market for many years, they can afford to enforce “sanpo-yoshi” oriented marketing for sustainability. In terms of financial factors, equity ratio shows the soundness of management, which has positive effects on the enforcement of marketing in the steady state economy. Moreover, ROE measures a company’s profitability by revealing how much profit a company generates with the money which its shareholders have invested. Finally, payout ratio provides valuable insight into a company’s dividend policy. Higher payout ratio indicates that the company is sharing more of its earnings with the shareholders.
Implications
The findings of this research contribute to the academics by providing a new framework for the marketing in the steady state economy. Further research can empirically test the proposed model in various countries to investigate if this framework is culturally specific to Japan or not. This research also provides practical implications for managers. For sustainable business and better society, companies should keep their eyes on the five elements presented in our research. Thus we can take the very first step for the marketing in the steady state economy.
상태 기반 페리다이나믹 모델은 일반적인 재료 구성 모델을 구현할 수 있고 비국부 영역 내에서 연결된 모든 결합의 변형을 통해 각 절점의 재료 응답이 결정되기 때문에 체적 및 전단 변형을 모두 표현할 수 있다. 따라서 상태 기반 모델은 복잡한 동적 취성 파괴 현상(분기균열, 2차 균열, 계단균열, 균열 유착 등)을 해석하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 평면응력 탄성체에 대해 2차원 상태 기반 페리다이나믹 모델을 적용하고 에너지해방율과 페리다이나믹 에너지 포텐셜로부터 손상 모델을 구성하였다. 페리다이나믹 파괴 해석 모델을 통해 취성 유리 재료에 대해 균열 면에 평행한 압축 응력파가 균열 분기 패턴에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 실험을 통해 관찰된 동적 균열 진전 및 분기 패턴에 대한 주요 특성들이 페리다이나믹 해석을 통해 확인되었다. 또한 강한 인장 하중 하의 계단균열과 이차균열 등이 상태 기반 페리다이나믹 시뮬레이션을 통해 잘 모사가 되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
The Chicago Convention in 1944 made important contributions to aviation safety improvement, building an aviation safety monitoring system for its signatory countries. As ICAO is now on the verge of changing its supervision system from self-reporting to preventive Continuous Monitoring Approach(CMA) in 2013, we also expect our own safety system to make a progress accordingly. The government is pushing ahead with plans to build an integrated safety management system at government level that satisfies international standards and reflects domestic features. To this end, this report proposes the most effective system-building model, by analyzing the current status of the system that is in use and meets the requirements of international aviation agencies.
In this paper, the situation of energy efficiency standards and MEPS (Minimum Energy Performance Standard) for motors and diffusion states are analyzed. For this purpose, a new methodology is used, which was proposed in the existing study, using diffusion models and learning curves. The existing diffusion models could not explain affects from new appliances' penetration during the diffusion. But a mixed diffusion model with learning curves or learning ratio is studied to explain this penetration.

Replacement problems can be classed as either deterministic of stochastic. Deterministic problems are those in which the timing and the outcome of the replacement action are assumed to be known with certainty. Before proceeding with development of replacement models it is important to note that preventive replacement actions, that is, ones taken before equipment reaches a failed state, require two necessary conditions: (1) The total cost of the replacement must be greater after failure than before. (2) The failure rate of the equipment must be increasing. Equipment is subject to failure. On failure, one of two possible actions can be taken : repair or complete replacement of the failed equipment. In this paper, we proposed optimal overhaul, repair, replacement maintenance model with two-state.
The state-of-art third generation wave prediction model WAM was applied to the Korean seas for a winter monsoon period of January 1997. The wind field used in the present study is the global NSCAT-ERS/NCEP blended winds, which was further interpolated using a bi-cubic spline interpolator to fine grid limited area shallow water regime surrounding the Korean seas. To evaluate and investigate the accuracy of WAM, the hindcasted wave heights are compared with observed data from two shallow water buoys off Chil-Bal and Duk-Juk. A detailed study has been carried with the various meteorological parameters in observed buoy data and its inter-dependency on model computed wave fields was also investigated. The RMS error between the observation and model computed wave heights results to 0.489 for Chil-Bal and 0.417 for Duk-Juk. A similar comparison between the observation and interpolated winds off Duk-Juk show RMS error of 2.28 which suggest a good estimate for wave modelling studies.
인간의 적응적인 마음상태는 긍정적/부정적 사고의 상호작용에서 자기 고양적인 방향으로 편향된 비대칭성을 가정한다. 본 논문에서는 긍정적/부정적 인지, 정서의 균형에 대한 심리 수학적 모형인 SOM 모형을 감성판단 영역에 적용하여 보았다. ,iOM 모형은 개인이 긍정적, 부정적 감성의 이분법적 판단에 있어서 평균적으로 6B의 비율을 유지한다고 제안하며, 이러한 비율은 고대수학의 .6)0 ,.182의 황금분할비와 일치하는 것이다. 32명의 일반성인을 대상으로 한 분석결과, 긍정적/부정적 감성단어에 대한 자기 관련성 평정의 SOM 비율은 .62(SD=.On)로 나타났으며, 우연회상 과제수행의 SOM 비율은 .18(SD=.34)로 이론적 기준과 유사하게 나타났다. 또한 상관분석에서 개인의 10M 비율은 긍정적/부정적 감성단어에 대한 평정과도 유의미한 상관관계를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 인지적 균형비의 의미와 감성과학 분야의 적용 가능성에 대해 제안하였다.
The key objective of this study was to evaluate trophic state and empirical water quality models along with analysis of fish trophic guilds in relation to water chemistry (N, P). Trophic state index (TSI), based on total phosphorus (TP) and chlorophyll-a (CHL), ranged between oligotrophic and hypereutrophic state, by the criteria of Nürnberg(1996), and was lower than the trophic state of total nitrogen (TN). Trophic relations of Secchi depth (SD), TN, TP, and CHL were compared using an empirical models of premonsoon (Pr), monsoon (Mo), and postmonsoon (Po). The model analysis indicated that the variation in water transparency of Secchi depth (SD) was largely accounted (p < 0.001, range of R2 : 0.76–0.80) by TP during the seasons of Mo and Po and that the variation of CHL was accounted (p < 0.001, R2 = 0.70) up to 70% by TP during the Po season. The eutrophication tendency, based on the TSITP vs. TSIN:P were predictable (R2 ranged 0.85–0.90, p < 0.001), slope and y intercept indicated low seasonal variability. In the mean time, TSIN:P vs. TSICHL had a monsoon seasonality in relation to values of TSIN:P during the monsoon season due to a dilution of reservoir waters by strong monsoon rainfall. Trophic compositions of reservoir fish reflected ambient contents of TN, TP, and CHL in the reservoir waters. Thus, the proportions of omnivore fish increased with greater trophic conditions of TP, TN and CHL and the proportions of insectivore fish decreased with greater trophic conditions.
