The purpose of this action study was to identify problems of pre-service English teachers within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, initiate appropriate actions, and measure impacts. As the lack of teacher training and practice was noted as a problem, actions of providing long-term training and online teaching practice were initiated. Eighteen pre-service English teachers took an ICT course to receive training and taught students online. Their responses in regular group conferences, a final conference, and a survey questionnaire were analyzed through observing and reflecting. They perceived all topics and contents covered for the training as very useful. They also reported online teaching practice enabled them to improve various abilities such as managing Zoom classes, creating video content, managing an app, etc. Finally, they experienced difficulty, particularly in keeping students motivated, and holding online mentoring. However, working collaboratively enabled them to become more responsible. Actions initiated in this study were confirmed to be successful. Implications for the future are presented.

정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 선박과 육상 간의 정보교환은 더욱 빠르고 편리해졌으나 선박정보에 대한 접근이 용이해져 사이 버보안 공격에 대한 우려도 커지고 있다. 선박이 사이버 공격의 피해를 입게 되면 복구하는데 막대한 비용과 시간 손해가 발생하며, 해사 산업계는 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 지정하여 보안관리 업무를 담당할 것을 요구하고 있다. 공격의 피해를 줄이고 효과적인 대응을 위하여 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 위한 전문적 교육과정이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정과 법제정비 필요성 제시에 있으며, 이를 위해 국내외 동향 및 사고사례, 주요 사이버보안 교육과정을 조사하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 선박 사이버보안 책임자에게 필요한 표준교육과정을 개발하였고 관련 법제정비의 방향성을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과는 향후 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정을 개설하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

공공정원이 현대도시의 새로운 영역으로 등장하며 시민가드너 양성교육이 확대되는 현상에 주목하여, 시민가드너 교육 참가자, 참여의향자, 일반시민으로 집단을 구분하여 도시정원에 대한 이미지와 효과 및 공동체성을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였으며, 교육 의의 및 활성화 방안을 함께 고찰하였다. 24개 형용사 어의구별척도를 이용한 도시정원 이미지 평가 결과, 자연과의 관계를 나타내는 “친숙한, 정서적인” 등의 어의변수와 정원활동에 대한 태도를 나타내는 “상호교류적인, 적극적인”, 그리고 공간적 평가와 관련된 “확장적인, 자율 적인” 이미지에서 상대적으로 높은 평가치를 보였다. 교육참 가자는 “자율적인, 지속적인” 등의 어의변수를 높게 평가하여, 도시정원의 형태나 디자인보다는 유지관리와 지속성을 중시함을 알 수 있었다. 주성분분석에 의한 요인분석 결과로부터 교육참가자 집단의 요인적재값을 중심으로 요인별 특성을 파악하면, 잠재적(Potential) 차원의 1 요인은 “도시정원의 공공적 역할과 공동체성”, 평가적(Evaluative) 차원의 2 요인은 “공공조경으로서의 차별성”, 활동적(Active) 차원의 3 요인은 “미적 체험성”으로 명명할 수 있었다. 도시정원 효과에 대해 교육 참가자일수록 사회적, 환경적 측면을 중요하게 인식하고 있었고, 공동체의식지표 평균값(3.4)은 잠재참가 집단(3.31)과 일반시민 집단(2.69)에 비해 높게 나타났다는 점에서 공공성 인식 상의 차이를 볼 수 있었다. 시민가드너 교육이 정원식물 지식 습득의 의미를 넘어 평생교육이나 공동체 활동으로 인식 된다는 점에서 지속가능성을 위한 교육의 체계화 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

소말리아를 포함하여 서아프리카 및 동남아시아지역에서는 여전히 선박의 안전과 선원의 생명을 위협하는 해적공격이 발생하고 있다. 우리나라는 국적선의 해적공격으로부터 국민의 재산과 생명을 보호할 목적으로 지난 2016년 12월 27일 국제항해선박 등에 대한 해적행위 피해예방에 관한 법률(이하 “해적피해예방법”이라 한다.)을 제정하였다. 동 법률은 위험해역을 항해하는 선박에 승선하여 선박의 안전운항 경비 업무를 수행하는 해상특수경비원의 승선을 법적으로 허용하고 있다. 또한 이들이 효과적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 교육훈련을 이수하도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제해사기구의 문서 및 해상특수경비원의 제도를 도입한 외국의 교육제도 분석 등을 통해서 국내법으로 시행되는 해상특수경비원의 교육과정을 개발하여 제시하고자 한다.

In Peru, according to the Census of Students (ECE) carried out by the Ministry of Education at 2016 (MINEDU), there are sustained differences between learning goals in rural and urban schools. There are more than 20 thousand educational robotic kits distributed nationwide. It requires trained teachers to develop their digital competence and integrate these resources into the teaching-learning process. In this context, a virtual course was designed and executed, showing rural teachers how to plan learning sessions that integrate Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in their pedagogical practice. The course was validated with 2500 registered teachers. In the first court, 300 did not log into the virtual classroom, 500 did not to complete the course, 1170 remained active, 534 successfully completed the course and 473 gained a certificate through the virtual platform. In the second court, there are 667-registered teachers. The conclusions of the experience indicate that it is possible to implement strategies for electronic learning aimed at rural teachers in a sustainable and cost - effective way using ICT, which spontaneously create virtual communities of collaborative learning, which support the process allowing implementation the "Knowledge Management". This experience will allow us to make recommendations for rural education policy in Peru (Fernández Morales, Iriarte Gómez, Mejía Solano, & Revuelta Domínguez, 2017).

이 연구는 사례중심대학의 보육교사 양성과정별(유아교육과, 사회복지과, 언어재활과)로 진입동기와 전문성 등 교직관의 차이를 알아보는 연구이다. 이를 위해 보육교사양성과정별로 보육교사직을 지원하는 동기와 재학생들이 생각하는 보육교사직을 질문내용으로 하여 의견을 수집하였다. 또한 이를 위한 분석방법으로 빈도분석, 백분율, 독립2표본, t-검증, One-way ANOVA, Turkey 사후분석 등으로 조사하였다.

In this paper, we survey and analyze the characteristics of the special health and safety education in the construction industry, and provides a few solutions. In particular, the implementation of special safety and health education conducted a study to target the construction site of heavy chemical plant many domestic. If you look at the results of research and analysis, problems of special health and safety education that are currently being conducted in many cases, the proportion of respondents who do not know the special safety and health education is very high, workers of the scene, this education it is possible to know that the proportion of respondents answered to have the experience that are submitted to the work while not subject to are operated poorly in the field of special health and safety education high. Finally, improve the quality of the most important education has to be done on a priority basis that fixing the safety education system systematically in line with the actual situation in the field and the use of specialized external agency.
