As the size of the gaming market continues to grow, game engines like Unity and Unreal are constantly being developed and updated for multi-platform support. In particular, Unity divides the Render Pipeline to be used. Among them, the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) has the advantage of supporting various platforms while improving performance by reducing draw calls and batches at the same quality settings and reducing the load on the CPU and GPU. However, only limited global illumination is supported in the real-time 3D rendering area within URP, such as Baked GI and Enlighten GI, and Enlighten GI will be deprecated after 2024LST, so real-time global illumination is not available in URP, which may reduce the realism and immersion of global illumination in games or applications that use URP. The main objective of this research is to incorporate precomputed spherical harmonics into URP to enable dynamic GI updates in real-time. The approach proposed in this research is to compute the coefficients of spherical harmonics offline and then run them within the URP rendering pipeline, where work exists to effectively simulate dynamic lighting conditions. To demonstrate this, experiments were conducted by changing the rotation and color of the lights, and a comparative analysis was performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theory proposed in this work.
As a treaty obligation and customary international law, universal jurisdiction is crucial in the global fight against impunity. While Western countries have been at the forefront, actively expanding and developing universal jurisdiction, East Asian countries have adopted a more conservative approach, emphasizing state sovereignty. This article begins by exploring the theoretical construction, legal frameworks, and state practices of East Asian countries (China, Korea, and Japan) when exercising universal jurisdiction, highlighting the typical differences between these countries and Western countries. It is then observed that the passive universal jurisdiction system in East Asia is deficient in defending state interests or counteracting other countries’ inappropriate extraterritorial jurisdiction. Accordingly, this article advocates a more proactive approach to the application of universal jurisdiction in East Asian countries. By doing so, while assuming responsibility to prevent impunity, the state can use universal jurisdiction as a legitimate countermeasure and reprisal in reciprocal international relations.
A universal joint is a device that transmits the power of a combat vehicle engine to a cooling fan. The power of the engine is transmitted to the universal joint as it is without buffering, and play occurs at the joint between the drive shaft connected to the engine and the driven shaft connected to the cooling fan according to the usage time. Accordingly, the universal joint is periodically replaced, and the criterion for this is the degree of torsion of the universal joint. However, if the universal joint is not properly maintained during the replacement cycle, damage to the universal joint as well as damage to the surrounding power supply may occur. Accordingly, a backlash measuring device was developed to determine the limit of durability of the universal joint, and the limit of durability was derived through regression analysis of the backlash value according to the use time obtained from the accelerated life test.
본 연구는 법화경 「관세음보살보문품」을 중심으로 관세음보살의 자비 심과 그 심리치유적 요인에 관하여 고찰한 것이다. ‘관세음(觀世音)’은 세상 의 소리, 곧 중생의 소리를 관(觀)한다는 의미로서 ‘관한다’는 것은 단지 보는 것이 아니라 ‘보살핌’의 의미를 지닌다. 따라서 관세음보살은 중생이 호소하 는 고통을 보고 듣고 보살피는 구원자로서 존재한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구자는 중생의 다양한 재난을 상징하는 ‘칠난(七難)’을 실제적인 재 난이 아닌 심리적인 괴로움으로 이해하였다. 이러한 심리적인 재난 상황에 처한 중생들이 관세음보살을 칭념하고 의지하면 관세음보살과 감응하게 되 고, 보살의 자비로운 원력의 작용으로 심리적인 안정을 얻게 된다고 보았다. 천태지의는 관세음의 관(觀)을 ‘관조(觀照)’의 의미로 이해하여, 관세음보 살이 단순히 중생들의 소리를 듣고 그 소리에 따라 감응하는 것이 아니라 ‘주체인 내가, 대상인 무엇을 관조하는 것’이라는 점을 강조하였다. 이러한 천태지의의 해석에 따라 관세음보살은 외재적 초월자가 아니라 내면을 관조 하는 수행자 자신을 의미한다고 보았다. 끝으로 자비의 개념을 심리치유에 적용하여 심리치료 프로그램으로 활용 되는 ‘자비명상’의 방법과 효과를 살펴봄으로써 관세음보살의 자비가 심리치 료에 실천적 방법으로 활용될 수 있음을 이야기하였다.
Universal joint damage occurred during the operation of a combat vehicle. Damage to the internal bushing and cracks of the rubber cover occurred, and a design change was promoted based on the cause analysis and improvement measures. The failure of the bushing is due to the occurrence of expansion due to fatigue load when the rotation proceeds in the presence of the assembly clearance of the cross joint. In addition, cracks in the rubber cover are caused by the deterioration of the intermetallic rubber surface. Through this failure mechanism analysis, severe durability factors were selected and accelerated durability tests were conducted. In this paper, the final limit life of universal joints can be evaluated through accelerated endurance tests. Furthermore, the endurance life of the product before the change and the endurance life of the product after the change are compared to prove the improvement effect through design changes.

Two studies were conducted to examine the factors that affect consumers’ perceptions, attitude, and purchase intentions of the voiceovers in online advertisements.
The premature failure of the universal joint connecting the drive gear box and the cooling fan caused a deterioration in serviceability and operability. Universal joint is a device that transmits engine power to a cooling fan. Internal pin breakage and shaft separation can cause secondary damage such as cooling fan malfunction and radiator damage caused by component failure. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the damage phenomenon of universal joints caused by bundles in SPVs and to improve them. In order to verify the improvement, a single part test and a system conformance test were conducted, and durability test was conducted to confirm the improvement effect on the improved prototype. Through these, the effects of increasing the durability of the improved product were estimated.
The extension of MFN clauses to dispute settlement under BITs is one of the most controversial areas in investment treaty law. Currently, the area is divided into two streams of case law. The award in Tze Yap Shum v Peru and other recent Chinese investment arbitral awards did not side the Maffezini stream. The question on which stream works the best for China is complicated and essentially a balancing exercise. This article examines the question from a Chinese perspective and adopts the analytical framework of the New Haven School. It identifies the issue of comparability of more preferential treatment as the key criterion in determining the question. It reviews the previous case law and assesses the economic, social and cultural factors shaping the Chinese investment policy. From there, the article seeks to discover if the current law helps fulfil China’s policy goals and proposes recommendations accordingly.
Based on statistics of 7,629,399 characters from South Korea’s three largest newspapers in simplified Chinese corpus from the year of 2017 to 2019, we, with the help of a webzip of Chinese research helper and word segmentation software, found that the total number of font shapes was 5582 and that of None Universal Standardized Chinese Characters was 997, the latter of which contained traditional ones, variant and old glyphs, characters of dialects, wrong uses, names of people, places and objects, terminology and swearing, characters with overseas origin, and so on. A systematic and comprehensive survey of None Universal Standardized Chinese Characters helps to solve the problems of information switching and language communication between home and abroad. The comparative study can explore the feasibility, method and scope of cooperation between home and abroad in characters, which has a strong reference value not just for the standardization of Korean educational characters including machine-used Chinese characters and those for examination but for making language policy.
The purpose of this study was to develop a workwear design that takes into account the characteristics of people with severe developmental disabilities who can engage in vocational activities. The aim was to identify needs according to the specific characteristics of people with severe disabilities to design work clothes and develop products according to universal design guidelines. This research method was conducted through representative interviews from a company employing people with severe disabilities in Daegu to determine the requirements for workers-related work clothes, and then applied universal design guidelines to perform appropriate design. The results of the study show that the hygiene and warmth of clothing are important for people with developmental disabilities. Therefore, the use of bright materials is required. Second, people with brain lesions often have low body temperature due to difficulties with blood circulation, for which warmth is a required factor. Third, people with severe developmental disabilities should not be differentiated in comparison to people without disabilities, therefore, it was important to use nondiscriminatory designs. Accordingly, it was more efficient to modify and supplement clothing designed for non-disabled people with hidden functions to suit specific characteristics, rather than to develop specialized clothing. These demands were found to conform to what is referred to as a universal design concept, through which three nondiscriminatory shirt designs and two easy-to-use pants were designed.
사상초유의 대통령 탄핵을 경험한 한국사회에서 인터넷은 소통의 새로운 방식이자 공간의 확장으로 여겨진다. 그러나 중국의 인터넷 공간은 한국과는 사뭇 다른 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 표현의 자유보다는 ‘인터넷 주권’이 우선시되기 때문에 국가 안보를 위협하는 요소들은 모두 검열과 차단의 대상이 되고 있다. 인터넷 만리장성(Gr eat Firewall of China)의 구축, 구글·페이스북·트위터 등 글로벌 인터넷 기업들의 퇴 출과 중국 IT 기업의 부상은 중국 내 인터넷 통제가 더욱 견고해지고 치밀해지는 과정을 여실히 보여준다. 이와 동시에 중국정부는 경제발전에 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 인터넷 산업을 발전시키기 위해 적극적인 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 정부의 지원에 힘입어 중국은 모바일 결제 시스템, 공유경제 시장에서 타의 추종을 불허하는 성장세를 보이고 있다. 본고는 중국의 사례를 통해 인터넷 공간이 국가권력에 의해 어떻게 재영토화되는 지와 공간이론으로 설명하기 힘든 중국식 가상공간의 확장을 살펴보고, 중국을 포함 한 전 세계적 가상공간이 보편성을 획득하기 위해 갖추어야 할 선행조건에 대해 고민해보고자 한다. 아울러 서구 철학사와 물리학사에서 논의되어온 절대적 공간 개념 및 상대적 공간 개념이 중국의 인터넷 공간에서도 적용 가능한지를 짚어봄으로써 중국의 인터넷 공간이 지니는 특성에 대해 논의하고자 한다.
유니버설 조인트는 두 회전 축 사이에서 힘을 전달하는 구성 요소이며, 구동축과 피동축이 나란히 정렬되지 않아도 나란히 정 렬되지 않아도 동력전달이 가능하게 하며 각도 변화가 있는 전동축에서도 효율적으로 동력을 전달시키는 부품으로서 자동차의 동력전달 장치에서 많이 적용되고 있다. 차량의 경량화를 위해 고강도 알루미늄의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 알루미늄 6061 재질을 사용하여 유니버셜 조인트 샤프트를 성형하기 위해 환봉 압출, U-Shape 성형, Spline 성형 등에 대한 단조 해석 연구하였다. Bar Extrusion 성형 시 23.3Ton, U-shape 성형 시 62.2Ton, Spline 성형 시 3.2Ton, 총 Cycle Time 226sec의 성형 조건을 산출하였으며, 이를 적용하여 알루미늄 유니버셜 조인트를 제작하였다. 비틀림 시험을 통해 토크값은 평균 425.8(N・m), 비틀림 각은 평균 171.6° 의 실험값을 통해 기존 제품에 비해 단조 제품이 12.0∼14.4%의 비틀림 성능의 향상을 보였다.
