Fog can have severe impacts on human life (e.g., accidents in transportation systems) because it causes low visibility. Areas prone to fog near the sea or a river require accurate fog forecasts. In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of fog occurrence around Gumi Reservoir, a part of the inland Nakdong River. We also simulated and predicted visibility using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model. Visibility was estimated using several point measurements and several different methods: Stoelinga and Warner (SW99), Rapid Update Cycle (RUC), the Forecast System Laboratory (FSL), Decision Tree (DT), revised visibility (RVIS) and Gultepe_06 methods. The DT method showed a pattern similar to the observed fog occurrences. In this study, the Gulteppe_06 method produced the best performance under the lowest visibility situation, although there is some discrepancy in microphysics' simulated results, followed by DT and RUC.
The purpose of this study was to propose an efficient management plan for purchased land considering the hydrological, watershed characteristics and ecological functions of the target land and surrounding area based on the result of monitoring the water quality improvement effect obtained by purchasing the land in the watershed area in the Geum river system. For this purpose, this study investigated through literature review, and examined ways to apply them to this research by deriving implications from a comprehensive analysis of previous research cases. After that, the components of assessment were derived to evaluate the ecological function of the purchase land, and the ecological function evaluation model for each land and area was proposed. In order to select purchase and restoration priorities of the land, this study analyzed the ecological status of the purchased land in main watersheds and tributaries using Arc GIS ver 10.1. Through this, a process to select restoration priorities was developed. And this study constructed the integrated management process with proposing a mid - to long - term plan by integrating the purchased land valuation and restoration priority selection process. Based on this process, this study suggested an effective management plan for purchased land through the integrated ecological management system of lands purchased. It can be used systematically in appraisal valuation, land purchase system, restoration project, and follow-up management of land purchase.
본 연구는 부산을 대표하는 수변공간으로서, 인지도가 높은 7곳(해운대, 민락공원, 광안리, APEC나루공원, 다대포, 자갈치, 태종대)을 선정하여 사전 표본 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 특성이 가장 뚜렷하게 나타난 2곳(해운대, 자갈치)을 대상으로 설문조사를 다시 실시하여, 방문자가 수변공간에 대해서 느끼는 수변공간의식을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 해운대는 이용자의 81.5%(163명)가 '바다바람을 느낀다.'로 응답하였으며, 자갈치는 55.8%(111명)가 '해산물을 먹을 수 있다.' 로 응답하였다. 또 수변공간의식을 중심으로 각각 연령대별, 희망 활동별로 수변공간의 전체적인 만족도에 대한 분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구는 부산 해안지역에서 친수공간벨트를 계획하기 위해 친수공간벨트 및 이에 관련된 친수공간클러스터의 개념을 제시하고 개별 친수공간들을 워터프런트 그린웨이를 통해 체계적으로 연결시켜 친수공간벨트를 계획하는 방안을 제시하며 부산 해운대구 해안지역을 대상으로 구체적인 적용사례를 제시한다.
본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.
워터프린트는 도심 및 내륙지역과는 다른 독특한 기후특성을 가지고 있으며 이를 고려하지 않고 개발할 경우 시설물의 하자발생, 에너지 및 유지관리비용의 상승을 초래하게 됨은 물론 배후지, 도시기후에 악영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 부산지역의 10개 기상관측지점을 해안선에서 거리에 따라 워터프린트 및 내륙지역으로 분류하고 5년 간의 기상데이터를 이용하여 워터프런트의 기후특성에 대해 검토한다. 또 한 워터프런트 지역임에도 내륙지역과 유사한 기후특성이 나타나고 있는 대연지점을 대상으로 기후특성변화의 원인에 대해 검토한다.
Although there are a lot of primary factors to be able to make characters and identities in Pusan South Harbor, Badly Planned development prevented enhancing the sense of place in urban waterfront. The point in the waterfront development is how to secure amenities based on indentity and orientation; node, landmark, edge, path, district. This study aims at developing waterfront area of Pusan South Harbor and attempting to establish an identity through studying characteristics of ‘places’ in Pusan South Harbor. The place consists of two elements; orientation and identity, which can be explained the environmental totality, ‘character’ and ‘space’ respectively. The urban waterfront has strong characteristics which consists of land area, water area, and transit zone combining two areas. The place of Pusan South Harbor is analysed those four elements. We proposed objectives and criteria which can be used in enhancing the sense of this place.
