This study presents the design of integrated safety, quality, and environmental information system based on the internet environment. Quality management system, environmental management system, and safety management system are adapted in many manufacturing and service organization respectively but those system does not work effectively. Especially safety management system and environmental management system are very similar with format and contents. Therefore, Those system must be integrated to increase effiency.

We present the development of a remote observation system runnig on world wide web (WWW). The system consists of a 30cm Schmidt Cassegrain telescope and ST-7 CCD camera. We built the controllers and drivers of the telescope and the control softwares including the network control. The self-developed techniques in the hard wares and softwares can be applied to other projects in Korea. Observers can access the system via WWW home page, to reserve observation times, to send control commands, to retrieve images and various information useful for observation. This system can be widely used by students and amateur astronomers as well as professional astronomers who need a lot of small telescope time.

The importance of information system evaluation has increased according to ICT development and this evaluation is required for objective verification. The aim of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for web-based information system and verify the availability of these evaluation indicators through applying to agricultural water integrated information system. This study finds and provides eight evaluation items and 64 indicators for a web-based information system using 3×3 Mandal-Art matrix that is a tool for creating creative ideas. These evaluation items are design, contents, navigation, stability, community, convenience, usefulness, and accuracy. Total 64 evaluation indicators were presented by deriving eight evaluation items for each using 9×9 Mandal-Art matrix. When evaluating information system using evaluation indicators, it can be identified the vulnerable items in the information system. Also, the comprehensive results of the information system could be understood when appearing a single score after weighting. In addition, it can also help to prepare a questionnaire for evaluation systematically.

하나의 콘텐츠를 여러 디바이스에서 동일하게 사용하고 싶은 편리함에 대한 요구는 디스플레이 종류에 따라 화면의 크기를 자동으로 최적화하는 웹페이지 기술인 반응형 웹을 탄생시켰다. 유행의 속도가 빠른 한국은 IT기술의 사용 속도 면에서도 세계 어느 나라보다도 빠른 변화를 경험하고 있으며, 2010년 에단 마코트(Ethan Marcotte)에 의해 소개된 반응형 웹의 기 술은 이미 한국에서 상용화 되고 있다. 하지만 반응형 웹의 제작에 대한 표준화된 가이드나 개발 모델은 아직 미비하며, 제작 면에서도 표준화된 프로세스 보다는 제작자 개개인의 역량에 의존한 개발의 성격이 강한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 반 응형 웹의 대표적 오픈 플랫폼인 부트스트랩(Bootstrap)의 사례를 기반으로 하여 반응형 웹의 그리드 시스템을 분석하고, 황금비율과 유동형 레이아웃을 중심으로 반응형 웹의 그리드 시스템 모델을 제안하였다. 늘어나는 수요와 중요성에도 불구 하고 관련 연구와 프로세스 표준화 작업이 부족한 반응형 웹의 제작환경에서, 프레임워크인 부트스트랩의 그리드 시스템은 반응형 웹 제작의 프로세스 표준화 작업에 좋은 선행연구 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 또한, 현재 서비스 중인 사이 트인 ‘클라우드 제트(Cloud Z)’에 대한 사례분석은, 부트스트랩을 사용하여 제작되는 반응형 웹 사이트가 현장에서 고객의 요구사항과 어떻게 조율되는지 대한 실제적인 사례라는 점에서 의미 있는 자료로 보여 진다.

현재 항만은 유비쿼터스 개념의 U-Port로 많이 변화되어 가면서 안전과 운영관리에 대한 자동화 시스템이 도입되었다. 이런 시스템들은 선박 입출항 및 선박의 승무정원, 컨테이너 자동화 시스템 등에 관한 각각 기준을 정하고 있으며 항만 시설물 유지관리를 포함하는 종합적인 안전관리와 적정 수준의 유지관리 여부를 수시로 점검하는 시스템은 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용하는 항만 운영시스템의 성능을 종합적으로 관리하고 수시로 점검할 수 있는 시스템으로 개선하고 항만 구조물 관리 및 제어, 자연재해 U-경보를 통한 예방 지능화등 기존 항만의 기능을 지능화 하여 극대화시키는 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크를 통하여 효율적인 운영방안을 제안한다. 이러한 서비스 제공은 유비쿼터스가 주목을 받고 있으며 기존 IT 기술과 건설 기술의 융합을 통하여 항만 건설의 미래 방향성을 보여주고 있으며, 항만 간의 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위해서 매우 중요하게 적용되는 사항이므로, RFID, RTLS 및 스마트폰, 센서등의 IT기술과 융합을 통하여 항만 전체 리드 타임 단축 및 무인 자동화 녹색 항만 시스템 구축을 하여 항만의 경제적, 시간적, 효율성을 높이는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

웹 게임은 웹 브라우저를 통해 게임을 즐길 수 있도록 해주는 게임의 한 종류로써 편리한 접근성 및 대용량의 게임데이터를 다운로드가 필요하지 않는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 웹 게임은 최근 모바일 기기의 발전과 웹 2.0 시대를 맞아 새로운 성장의 기회를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹 게임에 사용자의 직관적인 조작이 가능한 멀티모달 인터페이스 및 모바일 기기를 연동할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 시스템을 제안 한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 게임의 인터페이스로써 멀티모달 인터페이스인 Wii를 사용하였으며, 여러 사용자들이 일반 PC 및 UMPC와 같은 모바일 기기를 통해서도 게임을 즐길 수 있는 구조를 설계 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템을 평가하기 위해 기존의 방법으로 웹 게임을 즐길 때와 멀티모달 인터페이스를 사용하는 경우에 따른 성능 평가 및 사용자 평가를 하였으며, 실험 결과 모바일 기기에서 멀티모달 인터페이스를 사용한 경우에 게임 클리어 시간 및 에러가 감소하는 결과를 얻었으며 사용자들의 흥미도 또한 가장 높게 나왔다.

Recently 'Rural Amenity Resources Survey' has been launched to preserve unique and various attributes of rural amenity resources in rural areas. While vast amounts of field data are being collected, there has been insufficient means to share and analyze the data among users. This article addresses crucial issues on why more systematical approaches of building an information system to retrieve and represent information more efficiently. In this work, we have developed an alternative 'Rural Amenity Resources Information System' using Web-GIS and ontology, and later examined its applicability.

원격지에 위치하여 접근이 곤란한 지역에 위치한 토목구조물의 구조건전성을 모니터링하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전원과 통신방법의 선정이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 장기간 사용하지 않은 원격지 터널의 균열 원인 분석을 위하여 FEM해석을 수행하였고, 다양한 하중과 온도변화에 따른 구조물의 균열 진전여부를 장기간 모니터링 할 필요가 있다고 판단하였다. 따라서 최근 휴대전화에서 널리 사용되고 있는 무선 CDMA통신기법을 이용하여 균열의 원격모니터링을 수행하였고 그 결과, 이 시스템이 접근 곤란한 구조물의 장기모니터링에 매우 유용함을 확인하였다.

This study is to develop a web-based integrated system for flow of agricultural products based on recent researches with engineering approach. The system stands on the basis of web for accessibility and usability. Three parts of the system consist of analysis of regional shipping characteristics using tank model, estimation of pallet load efficiency with Monte Carlo Simulation, a long term prediction of market price with reliability analysis. Besides a decision support module for selecting optimal shipping market is added through synthesizing techniques and spatial analysis using GIS and applied to Chinese cabbage of Pyeongchang in 2004.

현재, 웹 기반 기술 및 네트워크 기술의 발달로 인해 실질적이고 다양한 서비스를 원하는 이용자들이 늘어나고 있다. 그중에서 게임을 포함하는 웹 및 모바일 컨텐츠 분야에 대한 관심은 급격히 증가하고 있다. 대부분의 컨텐츠들은 컨텐츠의 이용에 대한 결과로 포인트나 E-Money로 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 포인트 시스템은 포인트를 활용할 수 있는 컨텐츠나 관련 서비스가 부족한 실정이어서 유명무실하게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서 여러 컨텐츠에서 제공하고 있는 포인트 시스템을 통합하고 이러한 포인트를 이용하여 게임에 접목할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템을 시뮬레이션하기 위하여 웹상에서 간단한 게임 및 기타 부가적인 컨텐츠 시스템을 제작하였다. 또한, 모바일 기기로 웹상에서 발생하는 결과를 전송받는 시스템도 구현하였다.
