PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation methodologies for spraying amount and sprayed condition of curing compound based on IoT technology when concrete pavements are constructed. METHODS : To measure the spraying amount of curing compound, a turbine type flowmeter was selected and a number of laboratory experiments were performed to verify the applicability of the selected sensor. To evaluate the uniformity of the sprayed curing compound on the concrete pavement surface, image process technologies were examined using pictures taken from the actual construction sites and from the test specimens. RESULTS : By performing experiments using water and curing compound, the selected flowmeter was verified to properly be applied to measure the spraying amount of curing compound with an acceptable accuracy. By conducting image processing using pictures of the sprayed curing compound on the concrete pavement surface, it was found that the 8 color analysis method was the best to evaluate the uniformity of the sprayed curing compound. CONCLUSIONS : From this study, it was concluded that the spraying amount of curing compound could be accurately measured using a turbine type flowmeter and the uniformity of the sprayed curing compound on the concrete pavement surface could be properly evaluated using an image processing technology.

한국어교육 현장에서 한국어교재에 제시되어 있는 여러 문법 항목들을 학습하다 보면 하나의 의미에 여러 문법 항목들이 있어서 학습에 어려움을 겪는 경우가 있다. 특히 한국어 문법에서 문법 단위는 다르지만 문법 의미가 유사한 표현들이 많아서 한국어 문법 학습에 더욱 어려움을 겪는다. 더구나 한국어교재나 한국어문법서에 잘 다루어지지 않는 복합 문법 표현의 경우 교육 현장에서도 교수-학습에 어려움을 겪지 만 교육 현장 밖에서도 학습자들이 접하는 경우가 있기 때문에 이런 복합 표현들에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양보 의미가 있는 복합 표현 ‘-다손 치더라도’, ‘-(ㄴ)다고 해도’, ‘-만 해도’, ‘-아/어 봤자’ 등을 대상으로 주어 일치 제약, 선행 용언 제약, 문장 종결 제약, 부정문 제약, 시제 제약 등의 특성을 살펴보고, 이 특성을 기반으로 양보 의미 복합 표현 문법 교육의 효율적 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

철도침목은 일반적으로 목재 및 콘크리트 침목을 많이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 목침목은 수분과 충해등으로 인해 썩기 쉽다. 게다가 짧은 수명으로 인해 교체를 자주해줘야 하지만 자원고갈로 인한 공급의 어려움이 있다. 콘크리트 침목은 중량이 무거워 시공장소에 제한이 있고 운반이 어려운 단점을 갖고 있다. 또한 균열발생이나 파손이 일어났을 때 소음이 발생하고 심한 진동으로 인해 레일의 수용저하등의 문제가 있다. 그러므로 이번 연구에서는 전통적으로 사용하던 목재 및 콘트리트 침목을 대신할 합성침목을 개발하는 것이다. 합성침목의 주원료는 폴리올과 이소시아네이트로 구성된 폴리우레탄이다. 폴리우레탄을 수지로 사용하게 되면 강도가 약해 이를 보완해야 하는데 현재까지는 유리섬유나 석탄재와 같은 원료를 사용하였다. 유리섬유 는 인체에 유해하고 침목의 폐기 시 자연에서 분해되지 않은 단점이 있으므로 이 연구에서는 자연에서 분해될 수 있는 천연보 강재를 사용하여 기계적 물성은 유지하면서 가공성 및 경제성이 우수한 합성수지 침목을 개발하는 실험을 진행하였다.

Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

We investigated that the effect of based compound on machinability of two types of PM steels. One is a copper steel which is selected as a general PM steel, and the other is a diffusion alloyed steel selected as a high strength PM steel. It is found that based compound addition improves machinability in drilling of both of the PM steels. Although the compound addition degrades the mechanical properties of PM steels, it is considered that decrease of the properties can be compensated by increasing density.
