이 연구는 취업 중인 발달장애인의 직업적 역량과 사업체 지원이 취업 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계를 취업 사업체 유형별로 비교하여 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이 연구를 위해 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 ‘2023 년 발달장애인의 일과 삶 실태조사’를 활용하여 2차 자료 분석을 실시하 였다. 연구대상은 현재 취업 중인 발달장애인 814명이며, 사업체 유형은 장애인직업재활시설, 장애인 표준사업장, 정부재정 공공일자리, 민간 사 업체 등 네 유형으로 구분하였다. 연구방법으로는 발달장애인의 직업적 역량과 사업체 지원이 취업만족도에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달 장애인의 직업적 역량과 사업체 지원이 취업만족도 영향요인으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 사업체 유형별로 취업만족도 영향요인이 다르게 나타났다. 이 러한 연구결과를 중심으로 발달장애인의 취업만족도를 높이기 위한 실천 방안을 제시하였다.
본 논문에서는 정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 정부지원 활동에 성장단계를 조절 변수로 활용하여 기업의 재무적 성과 또는 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 정부 기업 지원은 재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과, 정부지원 활용에 유의적 영향을 미쳤 으며, 성장단계의 조절 효과의 경우 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었다. 연구결과를 종합하면, 정부 기업지원은 기업의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 성장단계는 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과 모두에 정(+)의 효과가 있으며, 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향이 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이에 각 기업의 성장단계에 맞추어 정부 지원사업을 지원하여야 하며, 그중 쇠퇴기에 기업은 산업분야 및 기업분석을 통하여 기업의 상태에 맞추어 지원하는 맞춤형 지원을 수행할 필요가 있으며 정부 기업지원 사업의 효율성을 개선하는데 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This study is to investigate the effects of support program satisfaction in the organizational trust and the management performance for the start-up business to suggest institutes and working-level officials with an theoretical and practical implication. For this, we performed empirical analysis, in particular we examined mediation effects of the organizational trust. We surveyed a questionnaire for 247 start-up companies of incubation center. We performed reliability and correlation analyses etc. through SPSS 23 and performed structural equation model analysis etc. through Amos 23. As a result, first, pilot product, marketing, financial account, education and consulting appeared effective effects in management performance but law did not appear effective. Second, education and consulting appeared positive by mediation of the organizational trust. This means the organizational trust factor has to be considered in support programs like education and consulting.
The business process of global third party logistics company is defined as a network of logistics activities which involves the products that are manufactured in the developing countries, such as Vietnam, China and so on, and delivered to North or South American countries via intermediate stopover sites. The third party logistics company usually uses proprietary logistics information system to support the related logistics activities. However, each consignor sometimes may require different business process based on the customer type or characteristics of their products. Therefore, the third party logistics company need to modify their business process to reflect customer’s requirements, resulting in the modification of logistic information systems and additional costs. Therefore, a flexible mechanism is required to efficiently support the various types of requirements by the owners of the products. In this paper, first, we figured out various business rules related to third party global logistics activities. Second, we grouped the identified business rules into business processes, objects, relations, dependency, policy, representations, execution, and resources and further into precondition, postcondition, and invariant based on checking point in time. Furthermore, the categorized rules are classified into inter-activity and intra-activity rules based on the execution range. Third, we proposed a rule syntax to describe the defined rules into scripts which are understood by user and information system together. When each activity is executed, the rule manager checks whether there are rules related with the activity execution. Finally, we developed a prototype rule management system to show the feasibility of our proposed methodology and to validate it with an example.
This study is investigated the process of calculating the support service cost for the oversea plants which are rapidly increasing from domestic automobile companies and removing the corresponding value from the cost of the domestic production products. In order to calculate the service cost for oversea support cost, survey methods was used among various options and The rate of contribution to individual work was obtained through revision works. We conclude that about 25% of the indirect processing costs of domestic production products should be eliminated and replaced with the cost of overseas support services.
This study aims to analyze the performance of the beneficiaries of the SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) support project that has been handled online on the 'BizOK System', which is the integrated support system for SMEs in Incheon, by comparing before and after receiving support. Various performance indicators can be used, but this study used the rate of increase in sales, exports and employed manpower collected by the 'BizOK System'. Moreover, to analyze the trend of business performance by corporate feature, this study grouped the businesses into 7 categories including sales, business history, number of employees and capital. The results of this study are expected to be used in drawing implications for business support policies by utilizing them as basic data for enhancing efficiency of the support project and establishing corporate policies.
Cultural industry has grown into a pivotal part of the knowledge economy and it characteristically allows high employment of young population with high education and at the same time is a labor-intensive industry that yields high added values. For these reasons, it has been regarded as an industry that can be an answer to ever worsening problems of youth unemployment and deteriorating employment quality in the service industry sector. The Korean government has established and enacted government-level supporting policies to foster the cultural industry, especially in the 2000s. In the process, a supporting system for start-up businesses in the cultural industry was implemented to foster one-person culture businesses, focusing on the supporting system for start-up businesses established by the Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA). This study will look into possible solutions to some problems that occurred in the course of implementing supporting policies for cultural industry and will see if there could be alternatives to them.
이 논문은 해양플랜트에 필요한 인력, 화물 등을 지원, 보급, 운송하는 지원사업의 의의와 특징에 대해서 고찰하고, 현행법과 관련된 문제점을 식별하여 해운법에서 정하는 해상운송사업에 대한 개정을 통한 법의 공백을 최소화함과 동시에 해양플랜트 서비스산업 발전에 필요한 사항을 입법론적으로 제안하였다. 왜냐하면 해양플랜트 지원사업은 기존의 해운법에서 규정하고 있는 국내 외해상화물 및 여객운송사업의 범위에 완벽하게 포함되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 국내에서 해양플랜트 지원선박을 이용하여 해양플랜트에 인력, 화물 등을 지원, 보급, 운송하는 사업을 발전시키기 위해서는 기존의 법역(法域)의 범위내에서 관리할 수 있도록 해양플랜트 지원사업의 정의와 함께 해운법상의 개별 조항에 대한 명시적인 개정안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 그리고 이 논문은 향후 해양플랜트 서비스산업 전체의 활성화하는데 필요한 정책적, 법제도적 분야에 대한 추가적인 연구의 진행하는데 선행되는 기초자료로서의 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.
This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.
