디지털 미디어 기술의 부단한 발전에 따라 뉴미디어 예술은 당대 예술 디자인 업계에 새로운 발전 기회를 가 져왔습니다.대학 캠퍼스 시청각 경관은 캠퍼스 경관 구성 시스템의 중요한 부분으로 캠퍼스 전체의 환경 쾌적 도를 높이고 환경 교육 효과를 촉진하는 등 대체 불가한 역할을 하고 있습니다.뉴미디어아트 속 다차원 디지 털 예술은 전통적인 예술 디자인 형태에 비해 색다른 미적 감각과 시각적 경험을 선사합니다.대학 캠퍼스 조 경 디자인은 대학 캠퍼스 전반의 외적인 환경 표현으로, 사제(師弟)의 대학 첫인상을 그대로 반영하고 있습니 다.현대 과학기술의 급속한 발전으로 뉴미디어아트의 표현 형식은 더욱 다채로워지고 새로운 표현방식이 끊임 없이 생겨나고 있습니다.본고에서는 뉴미디어아트의 응용탐구부터 시작하여 새로운 시대의 캠퍼스 영상음향 경관설계의 수요와 결합하여 뉴미디어아트의 캠퍼스 영상음향(Video and Audio) 경관설계에서의 혁신과 응용 을 탐구합니다.
The aim of this project was to present a landscape design proposal for the rooftop terrace of the College of Art and Design building in Kyunghee University. The design is based on the contemporary concept of “coworking” in order to encourage multidisciplinary development of projects among students of different fields within the college. This design suggested an inclusive programming strategy for an inspiring outdoor environment. With the assumption that the successful development of a landscape project relies on the collaboration between nature and humans from different specialties, this design attempted to improve the link described above and to stimulate, through the designed setting, a living environment. The main concept was inspired by the relationship between the common honeybees (Apis mellifera), which represent social insects, and their relation with flowers. The honeycomb- shaped (hexagonal) modular unit enables various forms of the process of collaboration among the students, which provides a sense of place and an aesthetic value to the site as a whole. In addition, the site is composed of three floor levels, which are meant for different functions according to the level of intensity of activity. The first level is divided into two areas, one meant for low intensity activity (secret garden) and the second one meant for medium intensity activity (a space for meeting and conversation). The second level is designated for more diverse activities, and therefore, the intensity of activity would be higher. The third level was planned as a planting experiment zone with a medium level of activity. Considering the intention of the place to improve the physical and mental well-being of students and teachers through physical interaction with nature, this design proposal is expected to inspire other professionals who deal with similar contexts, such as, and in particular, a college environment with diverse disciplines or any type of rooftop garden in an urban context.
This study was conducted to validate the planting status of landscape plants and elements of Seoul National University of Education. Despite of long historical background of school, this type of research was seldomly conducted before as innovation strategy of university. And the purpose of this study was to offer the opportunity of design criteria of school to offer the new concept of eco-friendly design and analyzing plants species or compatibility of plants with surroundings. The natural environment was analyzed and light environment was specially investigated to compare the ability of plants. The current situation and compatibility of plants were investigated according to the site and species. So, the result of the study should be implemented as valuable resources for improving the landscape spaces and plants of school in the future. The landscape design includes the followings: a survey of the present status, a site analysis, s schematic design, and the needs of students for design development. To create the landscape spaces, we proposed school spaces by the concept of eco- friendly of nature image. The university space was designed to have educational spaces like safety, green amenity and rest areas for the students which are designed to be harmonious with other surroundings. Based on that, some of the university space was specially proposed with CAD imagination work and all the results were accomodated under the concept of new strategy of university innovation for the future.
Through the university space designed by this study, the university students ,faculties and other dwellers around university will have more opportunity of contact with nature and increase the value of university effectively.
The goals of this study is to offer the campus identity program. This campus design covers the following: a survey of the present status, a site analysis, a schematic design, and design development. To create the interior or exterior landscape, the site analysis was carried out. Based on that, we proposed campus identity program by the concept of bible symbol. Analyzing the symbols design of bible it is found out that the theme image in exterior and interior design is presented in many bible' meanings. For example, creation, trouble, resurrection, relief and so on. Through the theme garden created by this plan, we will have more opportunity of contact with campus identity program. It aims to prove the fact that campus users needs the campus identity design which connects theme garden with university image. It will improved the image of campus and opened to the public.
Purpose of this paper is to propose a green campus coexisting in human, nature and culture through making the ecological ly stable campus. The 'green campus' has the six design concepts. These are follows; Vivid campus, Blue campus using the water, Eco-campus aimed at green hand, Cultural campus, Progressive campus and Scholarly campus. These concepts are not only made with the independent role but also the in interactive relation. Campus will be changed into the huge biotope or ceo-garden through the green-hand and water system. Because of the various organism(human, trees, insect etc.), campus will be changed in form of the more vivid space. It should be expected thing this design as following points ; First, it will be improved environmental quality in Kook-Min Univ. changed into the sustainable and
environment-friendly green campus as well. Secondly, it will be energetic campus as a living space for rest and cultural activities. ThirdJy, it will be improved the image of campus and opened to the public. FourthJy, it will be grown the talented man who has both a human nature and a intelligence.
