This study aims to integrate the protection motivation theory (PMT) model and attitude to explore the factors influencing consumers’ usage behavior toward online food delivery platform services (OFDPSs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The utilitarian value and hedonic value of OFDPSs, which may influence consumers’ attitude, were also included in the integrated research model. This study collected a total of 384 participants who are with experience in using OFDPSs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan for analysis
Plastic pollution is one of the biggest environmental problems in the world. In modern society, the consumption of single-use plastics in the food service industry has increased along with the increase in food-away-from-home. The COVID-19 pandemic has attacked the consumption of single-use plastic in the restaurant industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the US has retracted the related laws and policies regarding using single-use plastic for fast food and carry-out food, and customers have increased their use of single-use plastic for fast food and carry-out food due to worries about hygiene. Even though sustainability has been a novel topic in hospitality literature, a majority of studies have focused on the consumers’ perception, attitude, or behavioral willingness toward sustainability. To fill this gap in research, finding an effective way to influence consumers’ behavioral change becomes important and necessary.
본 논문에서는 최근 가상환경을 통해 이용자간 실시간 상호작용이 용이한 것은 물론 온라인 콘텐츠도 쉽게 제공할 수 있는 메타버스(Metaverse) 플랫폼의 등장에 주목하고, 현재 교육 분야에 주로 활용되고 있는 주요 메타버스 플랫폼의 교육적 활용 상황 분석과 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해 향후 사이버대학 교육에 활용하기 적합한 메타버스 기반의 교육 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 현재 교육 분야에 주로 활용되고 있는 주 요 메타버스 플랫폼의 경우에는 정규 학습관리 시스템을 지원하지 못하는 것이 가장 큰 한계로 분석되었으 며, 전문가 인터뷰를 통해서는 교수자 및 학습자 모두가 새로운 환경에 대한 거부감을 최소화하고 학습자들 의 지속적인 활용이 가능하도록 사용성 및 편의성 등이 고려되어 메타버스 기반의 원격 교육 플랫폼이 설 계가 이루어져야 할 것으로 도출되었다. 그밖에 AR/VR 등의 실험, 체험 중심의 학습기회 강화와 학습자들 간의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 활동을 장려할 수 있는 기능이 확보될 경우 학습성과를 높일 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 분석된 요구사항 및 기능 제안 등을 토대로 본 연구에서는 기존의 사이버대학 원격 교육을 그 대로 지원하면서 메타버스 환경을 새롭게 지원하기 위한 사이트 뷰 관리 기능, 메타버스 관리 기능, AR/VR 콘텐츠 관리 기능 등이 추가된 메타버스 기반의 사이버대학 원격 교육 플랫폼 모델(MOEP4CU)을 제안한다.
The expansion of the online market is expected to change the purchasing environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in the moderating effect of each characteristic on perceived quality and purchase intention according to the group according to product involvement and purchaser age. The first step is to identify the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms through a literature review. Next, when perceived quality affects purchase intention, we verify the moderating effect according to the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms. The moderating effect is verified at the stage by dividing it into a group according to product involvement and a group according to age. The following results were confirmed throughout the study: First, perceived quality significantly affects purchase intention. Second, in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention, the influence of the moderating effect is different depending on the high-involvement product and the low-involvement product. Third, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the moderating effect of online information sources and social media platforms in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention according to age. This study intends to increase consumers' purchase intentions by identifying specific age groups and product groups of involvement and establishing strategies suitable for the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms.
해외 메신저나 랜덤 채팅앱 등의 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 디지털 성착취 범죄가 매우 증가하였으며 피해자들의 피해는 끊이지 않고 있다. 특히 이러한 디지털 성착취 범죄 는 아동・청소년을 대상으로 하는 경우도 많으며 정보통신기술의 발달로 가해자를 검거하기도 쉽지 않다. 이러한 디지털 성착취 문제는 이용자를 검거해도 새로운 플랫폼을 개발, 변형하는 식으로 반복되고 있으나 현재 국내에서는 디지털 아동성착취물이 유포되는 플랫폼이나 서비스 제공자, 운영자 등을 처벌하는 기본적인 근거는 마련되어 있으나 실제 적용된 사례는 없는 상황이다. 본 연구는 해외의 디지털 성착취물 관련 현행법과 판례 등을 소개, 분석하는 과정을 통해 향후 국내 플랫폼 처벌 방안 모색을 목표로 삼는다. 구체적으로는 미국, 캐나다, 호주 등 세 국가의 디지털 성착취물 관련 용어 정의, 관련 법령 및 적용 판례, 피해자 구제 방안 등을 제시한다. 분석 결과 실제 디지털 성착취물이 전시, 판매되는 플랫폼 자체가 처벌되는 사례는 국내에서는 없는 것으로 파악된다. 그러나 미국을 중심으로 디지털 성착취 문제에 대한 경각심이 커지면서 플랫폼을 엄격하게 제재하는 사례와 소송 자체가 증가하고 있 음을 확인할 수 있었다. 국내에서도 플랫폼 처벌과 관련한 현실적인 문제들을 고려하되, 무분별한 성착취물 유포에 대한 책임과 감시의 의무를 플랫폼으로까지 확대하기 위한 시스템적인 규제가 마련되어야 한다.
With the rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution, a paradigm shift is being demanded across society, and this change is seen in the rapid increase of learners who want online classes that can be taken relatively freely compared to traditional classes that are constrained by time and space. Cyber university’s learning method using an online platform has the advantage of overcoming the limitations of teaching-learning methods and university education in a limited space, and providing educational opportunities to people who need education anytime, anywhere. However, in cyber universities, issues have also been raised about the stability of the educational system, the quality of educational contents, and the appropriateness of educational services. Thus, in order to maximize the learning effect in cyber universities, a system that supports and manages learning participation activities of learners is required so that not only high-quality contents but also various interactions in the teaching-learning process are activated. In this thesis, based on the author’s own experience in subject development and operation, I would like to examine the effects that the interaction between instructor-tutor-learners through the role of a subject-dedicated tutor and the teaching-learning method using an online platform.
Since more and more consumers rely on online consumer reviews in their purchase decision making, we have observed the emergence of empirical studies on online reviews in different contexts. Such studies look at various dimensions surrounding online reviews; nevertheless, none of them actually gives a more comprehensive picture as to the rating differences across online rating platforms and/or across time, let alone explains such differences. This study aims to address these understudied but managerially relevant issues. In our empirical study, we focus on hotel ratings across platforms and across time (i.e., across identified change point in time), and explain such differences by review text associating with the ratings. We investigated San Francisco hotels that were rated on both Tripadvisor and Expedia, and utilized the General Inquirer dictionary to identify the categories of words in a review. Regressions analyses were then conducted for the explanation of rating differences. We found that rating differences, in both the cross-platform and the longitudinal cases, are substantially associated with the number of words (in a negative relationship). Furthermore, word tags identified from the review text associated with ratings also explain the rating differences. To conclude, the research reveals that for a specific service provider, online ratings may vary significantly in both the cross-platform and the longitudinal senses. It demonstrates that adopting a systematic approach and utilizing an established semantic dictionary, information extracted from review text can substantially explain such differences.
본 연구는 온라인 큐레이션 플랫폼을 이용한 외현적 정보의 제공이 현대미술에 대한 일반대중의 진입장벽을 낮추는 효과를 가지는지 알아보았다. 현대미술은 일반대중이 접근하기 난해한 장르로 여겨져 왔다. 한편, 미술 감상에 대한 연구들은 외현적인 정보의 제공이 미학적 감상 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 밝혔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작품에 대한 구체적 정보를 제공하는 것이 현대미술을 감상하는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보았으며 감상 경험을 심리학적으로 분석한 Leder et al.(2004)의 이론적 모델에 기초하여 외현적 정보가 어떠한 인지적 처리과정을 도와주는지 분석하였다. 더 나아가 최근의 전시 트렌드를 반영하여 온라인 플랫폼 환경을 적용하였다. 실험 1에서는 작품과 설명문이 제공되었고 작품에 대한 이해도, 관람의향을 보고하였다. 실험 결과, 해설이 제시된 조건에서 작품에 대한 이해도가 더 높았다. 또한, 긴 해설이 제시된 조건에서 해설 이해도와 관람의향을 작품이해도가 완전매개하는 매개모형이 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 ARS 설문을 추가하고 온라인 큐레이션의 능동적인 조작 환경을 재현했다. 실험결과, 해설이 제공된 조건들에서 관람의향, 작품이해도가 더 높았다. 예술사적 의미, 자아성찰, 창의성 등 Leder et al.(2004) 모델의 후기 단계에 해당하는 지표들 역시 해설조건에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 온라인 큐레이션 환경에서의 정보전달이 일반대중의 현대미술 작품에 대한 인지적 처리와 판단에 도움을 줄 수 있었다.

최근 국내에서의 IPTV 서비스 등장의 의미는 수동형 미디어 서비스에서 능동형 미디어 서비스로 미디어 선택의 변화가 있음을 의미 한다. 예를 들면, IPTV 서비스의 하나인 주문형 비디오(VOD: Video on Demand)로 영화나 드라마를 언제든지 시청할 수 있게 되었다. IPTV 도입배경을 수요자 측면에서 분석해 보면 방송의 개인 미디어화 강화로 분석 할 수 있다. 대표적인 예가 게임 콘텐츠이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 플래시 게임 개발을 통해서 IPTV 서비스의 개인 미디어 콘텐츠로의 개발 방향을 제시 하고자 한다.
The study examines the role of facilitating conditions and user habits in the use of technology in Online Learning Platform (OLP) in Indonesia. The adoption of online learning, persistence, and learning results in online platforms is essential for ensuring that education technology is implemented and gets as much value as possible. People who use technology and systems will embrace new technologies even more. This quantitative study is based on a survey of 254 respondents, who were active users of the technology, and considers the facilitating conditions and user habits variables. Two research hypotheses were tested using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling method. Cronbach’s Alpha, path coefficient, AVE, R-square, T-test were applied. The results showed that the factors significantly influence the Online Learning Platform technology behavioral intention. This impact is primarily associated with the availability of the resources required to use OLP technology. The availability of these resources includes supporting infrastructures such as widespread Internet access, easy access to mobile devices, and file sizes that affect access speed. The findings of this study suggest that it is necessary to introduce and increase the availability of resources for using OLP technology, and familiarize people with the technology features.
This study aims to examine the influence of attitudes on customers’ intention to participate in online fashion sharing. A framework was proposed to investigate the relationships between consumer motivation, consumer attitude, and purchase intention in the manner of adopting a fashion-sharing platform. Consumer motivations are divided into three categories: utilitarian, hedonic, and ecological. The moderating effects of product replacement cycle (PRC) on consumer attitude and purchase intention are also investigated. Data collection was developed using a web-based survey where 180 consumer respondents from South Korea participated. The results of our analysis indicate that consumers’ hedonic and ecological motivations are positively related to favorable consumer attitudes, even when consumers’ utilitarian motivation is denied. Consumer attitude is also positively related to purchase intention in the fashion-sharing platform. A moderating effect of PRC is recorded between consumer attitude and purchase intention based on high and low PRC, as well as the effect of ecological motivation and consumer attitude on high PRC. This study enhances knowledge of consumer motivational factors in a fashion-sharing platform and provides insights for service providers to help them improve their target marketing.
