Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating CRM counts. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sloving the problem. And it make efficient customer management. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for customer. A example is presented to illustrate the model and to show a rank reversal when compared to a model that does not eliminate extreme values and eliminates the highest and lowest experts' values allocating the weights and the subjective factors.
The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has mary problems that make companies confused. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sieving the problem. And it make efficient customer management.
Hydride analysis is required to assess the mechanical integrity of spent nuclear fuel cladding. Image segmentation, which is a hydride analysis method, is a technique that can analyze the orientation and distribution of hydrides in cladding images of spent nuclear fuels. However, the segmentation results varied according to the image preprocessing. Inaccurate segmentation results can make hydride difficult to analyze. This study aims to analyze the segmentation performance of the Otsu algorithm according to the morphological operations of cladding images. Morphological operations were applied to four different cladding images, and segmentation performance was quantitatively compared using a histogram, betweenclass variance, and radial hydride fraction. As a result, this study found that morphological operations can induce errors in cladding images and that appropriate combinations of morphological operations can maximize segmentation performance. This study emphasizes the importance of image preprocessing methods, suggesting that they can enhance the accuracy of hydride analysis. These findings are expected to contribute to the advancements in integrity assessment of spent nuclear fuel cladding.
Satellite imagery is an effective supplementary material for detecting and verifying nuclear activities and is helpful in areas where access and information are limited, such as nuclear facilities. This study aims to build training data using high-resolution KOMPSAT-3/3A satellite images to detect and identify key objects related to nuclear activities and facilities using a semantic segmentation algorithm. First, objects of interest, such as buildings, roads, and small objects, were selected, and the primary dataset was built by extracting them from the AI dataset provided by AIHub. In addition, to reflect the features of the area of interest (e.g., Yongbyon, Pyongsan), satellite images of the area were acquired, augmented, and annotated to construct an additional dataset (approximately 150,000). Finally, we conducted three stages of quality inspection to improve the accuracy of the training data. The training dataset of this study can be applied to semantic segmentation algorithms (e.g., U-Net) to detect objects of interest related to nuclear activities and facilities. Furthermore, it can be used for pixelbased object-of-interest change detection based on semantic segmentation results for multi-temporal images.
It is necessary to prepare for cutting and storing waste materials in the reactor vessel internals (RVI) for successful decommissioning of the nuclear power plant (NPP). Since RVI contain massive components and relatively highly activated, their decommissioning process should be conducted carefully in terms of radiological and industrial safety. To achieve efficient decommissioning waste management, this study presents radiation level of RVI and cutting optimization was performed for intermediate level waste. As a result of the radiation evaluation, a part of the core side and the upper part of RVI were evaluated as intermediate-level waste, and other components were evaluated as very low-level or lowlevel waste. For intermediate-level waste cutting, the minimum cutting method that can be put into a container was reviewed in consideration of the size, thickness, and cutting method of the interior product. The final segmentation parts are expected to be loaded into two storage containers.
The present study aims to analyze factors of brand equity in the retail stores in Vietnam; to recognize sub-dimensions connected with the forms of brand equity and thereby study the extent of the relationship among bases of market segmentation and brand equity. The present research made a collection of data by conducting a preliminary study. Responses were collected from the customers through a structured questionnaire to buy goods and services from the retail store in Vietnam. The sample size selected for the study was 196. The study applied various statistical tools, namely, Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability checking, correlation and regression statistics with the support of SPSS Software. The brand association is treated as a vital determinant of brand equity that significantly influences the bases of market segmentation. Further, the study also recognized the fact that the majority of consumers who prefer to buy from retail stores are young and in the age-group of 18-24 years. The present study made an initial attempt to study the relationship among bases of market segmentation with the factors related to brand equity; thereby to offer a novel conceptual framework designed for retail stores in Vietnam for brand positioning.
