This study aims to investigate basic requirements for adopting the Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology to CO2 monitoring system of building maintenance. This study is progressed to emphasis to utilize BIM building information to estimate amass of CO2 on the maintenance stage. This research deals with the anti-washout underwater concrete applied for cast-in-place piles constructed by RCD(Reverse Circulation Drill). The anti-washout underwater concrete exhibits a compressive strength larger than 35 MPa and a slump flow of 600 mm. It is also a high fluidity anti-washout underwater concrete with an intended mass of suspended solid smaller than 150mg/ℓ. And then, we evaluated the quality performances and the fludity characteristic of the developed high fludity anti-washout underwater concrete in this study.

This paper reviewed on the minimum strength of concrete in cold climates from the viewpoint of durability. The results show that the minimum strength to prevent early frost damage recommend to 21 MPa.

FRP hybrid bar, a type of the reinforcing bar, is combined with the FRP or steel core and FRP cover. FRP braided hybrid bar is a type of the FRP hybrid bar having the FRP braid as FRP cover. To estimate the axial behavior of FRP braided hybrid bar, the behavior of FRP braid in axial direction of the bar should be calculated. In this paper, to estimate the stiffness of FRP braid in axial direction of the bar, the approximate analytical solution was proposed.

To evaluate the efficiency of the FBG sensors encapsulated into 7-wire strand, a field test for the UHPC girder bridge was performed using both FBG sensors and the conventional strain gages. Variations of prestressing forces from FBG sensors are compared to the values from the strain gages after this test.

This study carried out test construction of fiber reinforced lean concrete for composite pavement system. Sensors were installed in order to measure temperature, humidity, and strain at 3cm and 12cm depth from surface. Domestic port facilities has increased rapidly since the late 1980s. Therefore, future maintenance demand will increase significantly. However, because of the limited budget, the maintenance budget will not increase significantly. In this study, maintenance prioritization method was proposed by Delphi study for the efficient use of the maintenance budget.

To design the program that can effectively support the port facilities management system for to reduce maintenance costs, to ensure the safety and to extend the age of the facilities(docking facilities, counter facilities, pavement etc.) by effective repair at the optimum time is the purpose of this study. The program was designed by considering the business processes of the system. The program was divided into the database and the operating programs, and composed of a total of five modules.

In this paper, evaluated on the effect of high temperature history on the resistance to freeze-thaw of concrete. As a result, The concrete subjected to high temperature history at 50℃ and 70℃ showed good of the resistance to freezing and thawing.

In this paper, a finite element analysis to design hybrid reinforcing polymer bars was presented. Two different types of hybrid FRP bar were considered in finite element modeling. To offer the necessity and validity of finite element modeling for the hybrid reinforcing polymer bars, shape and material properties were assumed. Input conditions for analyzing the hybrid reinforcing polymer bars using FEM were verified. Using the results of the finite element analysis, the hybrid reinforcing polymer bars were optimally designed and the results are presented in this paper..

In USA and Europe, a study for precast modular road system has been performed over the last 20 years to construct the road rapidly and to reduce traffic congestion during repair and rehabilitation of deteriorated concrete pavements. This precast modular road system could be applied to exclusive bus lanes and roads in industrial area.
