        산업혁명 이후 제조업 중심의 산업구조는 인터넷과 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발달과 함께 서비스업 중심의 구조로 급격하게 진화되었다. 이성적, 합리적, 물리적 제품이나 서비스의 창출을 넘어서 감성적, 창조적, 경험적 가치 창출의 시대로 접어든 것이다. 이에 기업의 디자인 영역에 있어서도 제품이나 서비스의 기능적 혁신을 넘어서 수요자들의 감성을 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 경험디자인에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 디자인경영전략에 관한 연구에서 경험디자인 분야 또한 디자인경영의 확장의 측면에서 논의되어야 함에도 불구하고 경험디자인이라는 영역은 디자인경영을 벗어난 개별적 영역으로 인식되어지는 경향이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 의사결정이론을 기반으로 제조업 중심의 디자인경영 전략과 서비스업 중심의 디자인경영 전략을 비교, 분석해 봄으로써 현 시대에 맞는 융합적 디자인경영 전략 과 의사결정 프로세스를 고찰해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 제조업 중심의 디자인경영 전략은 기업 전략을 통한 ‘전략형성’, 사업 전략을 통한 ‘전략선택’, 기능전략을 통한 ‘전략실행’의 3단계의 ‘분석적 사고’를 중심으로 한 정형적 의사결정 단계를 통하여 디자인을 창출함으로써 기업 전략이 소비자들에게 제품이나 서비스를 통하여 전달되는 수직적, 계층적 경향을 보인다. 반면에 서비스업 중심의 디자인경영 전략은 사용자 경험에 대한 관찰을 통하여 새로운 요구를 발견하는 ‘창조적 사고’를 중심으로 한 ‘전략탐색’의 과정이 중요하며 모든 이해관계자들이 참여하는 비정형적, 수평적, 정성적 의사결정 형태를 가지고 있다. 이러한 ‘분석적 사고’와 ‘창조적 사고’, 정형적, 비정형적 의사결정 단계가 융합되어질 때 ‘디자인사고(Design Thinking)’를 통한 융합적 디자인경영 전략과 의사결정 프로세스가 구축될 수 있다. 디자인의 중요성이 점점 더 강조되고 새로운 비즈니스의 창출이 중요해진 현 시점에서 제조업과 서비스업의 융합적 디자인경영 전략 프로세스에 관한 연구는 매우 중요하며 학계나 산업에 있어서 지속적으로 관심을 가지고 연구해 나아가야할 주제임이 틀림없다. 본 연구는 융합적 디자인경영 전략 프로세스에 관한 초기 연구로써 이론적인 고찰로써의 한계를 가지며 이를 기반으로 향후 실제 기업 조사를 통한 더욱더 세밀하고 실제 적용 가능한 융합적 디자인경영 전략 프로세스에 관한 연구가 지속되어져야 할 것이다.

        Waste telecommunication equipment generated by the domestic mobile telecommunication industry is classified and distributed, not as waste electrical and electronic equipment, but as scrap iron, which can cause international problems such as violations of the agreements of the Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movement of hazardous waste and its disposal. The purpose of the study is to establish the infrastructure for the correct implementation of an export-and-import declaration by determining both the identification of hazardous materials and the composition ratio for recycling waste mobile communication equipment. In total, 16 pieces of waste equipment from three companies was collected for leaching and contest analysis: repeaters, base stations, antennae, cables, batteries, and wires. In the resultant composition ratio, 99% of a coupler and more than 80% of a repeater sample were composed of scrap metal, whereas 30 ~ 50% of a base station sample was made of printed circuit board (PCB). The lead leaching concentrations in two PCBs exceeded the standard value (13.9 mg/L and 5.5 mg/L), which means that it is necessary to control them in the transboundary movement of waste. The type and concentration of hazardous chemicals are different for each component and product, suggesting that waste mobile communication equipment has to be separated and sent out in parts.

        Genetically modified (GM) crops have been developed worldwide through the recombinant DNA technology and commercialized by global agricultural companies. Until now, GM crops have not been cultivated commercially in Korea. Commercialization of GM crops requires a compulsory assessment of environmental risk associated with the release of GM crops. This study was conducted to evaluate the frequency of pollen mediated gene flow from Bt transgenic rice (Agb0101) to japonica non-GM rice (Nakdongbyeo), indica non-GM rice (IR36), and weedy rice (R55). A total of 729,917, 596,318 and 230,635 seeds were collected from Nakdongbyeo, IR36, and R55, respectively, which were planted around Agb0101. Selection of the hybrids was determined by repeated spraying of herbicide and Cry1Ac1 immunostrip assay. Finally, the hybrids were confirmed by PCR analysis using specific primer. The hybrids were found in all non-GM rice and out-crossing ranged from 0.0005% at IR36 to 0.0027% at Nakdongbyeo. All of hybrids were located within 1.2 m distance from the Agb0101 rice plot. The meteorological elements including rainfall and temperature during rice flowering time were found to be important factors to determine rice out-crossing rate. Consideration should be taken for many factors like the meteorological elements of field and physiological condition of crop to set up the safety management guideline to prevention of GM crops gene flow.

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the aspect of tiller occurrence, growth and yield of sorghum according to planting distance and sowing date. The object of this experiment is to get basic data to inhibit non-productive tillers uneconomical and cumbersome for mechanical harvesting. Also another object was to evaluate optimum planting distance and sowing date in central district area. Total number of tillers was more in 80 ㎝ ridge than 60 ㎝ ridge and it was increased as the planting distance was wider from 15 ㎝ to 30 ㎝ on the each ridge. Ratio of effective tillers was higher in 60 ㎝ ridge than 80 ㎝ ridge and it was decreased as planting distance was wider from 15 ㎝ to 30 ㎝. The lower the planting distance, the more increased total number of tillers, whereas effective tillers was decreased as planting distance was high. Average of total number of tillers of three varieties was higher in sowing date of May 2 (1st sowing date), whereas ratio of effective tillers was the highest in sowing date of May 23 (2nd sowing date). Hwanggeumchal showed the highest total number of tillers (1.2 tillers), while Moktaksusu had the lowest total number of tillers (0.8 tillers) among three varieties. There were no significant difference between planting distance and days to heading and ripening date from seeding. Culm length increased as planting distance was high, but ear length, grains per ear and 1000 grain weight were decreased on the other hand. The highest yield of sorghum per 10a was obtained from 60×20 ㎝ planting distance among 6 planting distances.

        본 연구에서는 HMD(Head Mounted Display)를 가지고 Walk-through의 이동시뮬레이션에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 구체적으로는 VR공간 주변에 배치된 오브젝트 밀집정도(밀도)의 변화가 심리적 이동거리, 이동속도, 이동시간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 실험 조건 (저밀도, 중밀도, 고밀도)에 있어 조건간의 차이는 모두 유의미하였다. 둘째, 주변 오브젝트의 밀도가 높아질수록 이동시간, 이동속도, 이동거리가 기본조건과 비교하여 평균점이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 주변의 오브젝트가 VR공간의 이동시뮬레이션에 있어 시간, 속도, 거리의 감각을 향상 시키는 것을 확인하였다.

        Despite the expectation that small green spaces provide high cooling effects, making air temperatures drop such effect in urban areas has been less explored in comparison to larger parks and urban forests. These knowledge gap has required advanced techniques to record spatial and temporal data and analysis small green spaces cooling effects. A temperature-sensing unit with ventilated double cylinder shelter (TVC) meets the needs and is known as an advanced device to record temperature data more accurately using a T-type thermocouple with a ventilator. This device also can be useful to develop guidance to describe thermal environment with a finer scale and an experimental research design for identifying air temperature data with spatial analysis using TVC. However, how we would conduct transect survey with this device and make a thermal map based on the collected data is not well known. The purpose of the study was to find out the usage of TVCs in collecting air temperature data and was to produce a thermal map of the study site and analyze temperature mitigation effect of each green space. The processes to create a thermal map required complicating, endeavoring and time-consuming works as well as skills to use computer programs for space drawing and spatial analysis. The overview of all the processed to get a thermal map should be helpful for researchers and students. Collected air temperature data and recorded time of them were downloaded, converted to Excel file (XLS) and ready to be analyzed through ArcGIS 9. In the mean time, recorded transect routes were drawn on the site map as polylines and made into spatial points through AutoCAD 2007. The routes consisted of five routes classified into the lawn, the rain garden, the residence, the prairie, and the forest. Separately, each route was drawn because it should reflect its spatial and temporal specification as for when the measurement was conducted. The spatial points of each route created by AutoCAD were converted to shape files (*.shp) and added fields of air temperature and time data in their attribute tables through ArcGIS. This work was done in each measurement hour and day. To create a thermal map, were shape files of each measurement time and the boundary of the site required. IDW (Inverse Distance Weighted) in ArcGIS was analyzed for each measurement hour (10h, 13h, 16h and 19h (20h)). In each analysis, the spatial points of measured air temperature were calculated to get an isotherm distribution for the measurement hour which we call a thermal map. The thermal maps show the air temperature distribution at 10h, 13h, 16h, and 20h. They also can show how land covers have an impact on the change of air temperature on their point and the surrounding areas. The air temperature of the prairie raises up in the morning (21℃) and continues to be cool during the day and after sunset. Meanwhile, the lawn starts at lower air temperature and goes to hotter. The residence is kept lower in its air temperature by big trees. The rain garden and the forest seem to have more time to discuss on why they are not sure their cooling effects.

        본 연구에서는 건설폐기물의 발생단계, 즉 건축물의 신축이나 해체현장에 투입하여 활용할 수 있는 이동식 혼합건설폐기물 분리・선별 장치를 개발하였으며, 이를 활용하였을 때 예상되는 건설폐기물 처리비용의 변화를 분석하였다. 이동식 혼합건설폐기물 분리・선별 장치는 1일 8시간 작업기준으로 16 ton의 혼합건설폐기물을 처리할 수 있게 설계하였다. 주요 처리시스템으로는 트롬멜을 사용하였으며, 1차적으로 무기물질과 유기물질로 분리・선별한 후, 무기물질은 다시 재활용 용도의 효율성을 고려하여 입형별로 15 mm 이하, 15~30 mm, 30 mm 이상으로 구분하여 분리할 수 있게 하였다. 유기물질 또한 1차적으로 무기물질과 분리・선별된 후 최종적으로 폐목재와 기타 가연성물질로 분리할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 이와 같은 사양을 가진 이동식 혼합건설폐기물 분리선별 장치의 제작비는 제작사별로 일부 차이가 있겠지만 1대당 약 75,000천원으로 산정되었으며 연간유지관리비는 약 101,600천원으로 책정되었다. 해체현장을 대상으로한 혼합건설폐기물의 처리 비용변화를 살펴보면, 현행 톤당 35,526원 이었으나 본 장치를 활용할 경우에는 장치 제작비 및 운영에 소요되는 비용과 재활용 처리비용까지 포함하면 51,480원으로 기존 처리방식 대비 약 45%가 증가하게 된다. 따라서 자원의 실질 재활용율을 높이고자 하는 측면에서는 오히려 현행의 매립비용의 상승이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 영국의 사례와 같이 매립비용을 고형연료화 등의 자원 재활용 비용보다 높게 책정하여 시장에서의 자원재활용율을 높이는 정책적인 지원이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구는 IP 카세트를 이용하는 이동촬영 장비의 세균오염도를 조사하여 이동촬영으로 인한 병원 감염을 예방하고 감염교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 결과는 IP Cassette 1번에서 CNS, VRE가 검출되었다. 2번에서는 CNS, 3번에서는 CNS, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 4번에서는 CNS, 5번에서는 CNS, Bacillussp., 6번에서는 Enterococcus faecium이 검출되었다. 영상판독기에서는 Enterococcus faecium, Bacillus sp., 장비 이동 손잡이에서 Acinetobacter baumannii, 조작버튼에서는 Bacillus sp., 조사야 조절 손잡이에서는 CNS, Bacillus sp., X-선 발생 스위치에서는 Acinetobacter baumannii, 바코드기 에서는 CNS가 검출되었다. IP Cassette 이동테이블에서는 Bacillus sp. Acinetobacter baumannii, 납 앞치마에서는 CNS, Bacillus sp.가 검출되었다. 방사선사가 촬영 중 착용한 의료용 장갑에서는 Acinetobacter baumannii, CNS가 검출 되었다. 따라서 IP Cassette는 사용 후에는 반드시 소독하고 재사용하며, 영상판독기, IP 이동테이블은 오염된 IP Cassette를 통해 세균이 전파될 수 있으므로 사용 후에는 소독을 실시해야 한다. 환자와 직접 접촉하는 의료용 장갑도 1회 사용 후 교체하고 촬영 시 접촉이 많은 X-발생 스위치, 납 앞치마도 철저히 소독하여 이동촬영으로 인한 감염을 예방하여야 한다.

        For the evaluation of load carrying capacity of continuous bridges, the testing target span should be selected where peak impact factor can be expected. In this paper, two and three continuous bridges with equal span length are considered and the moving vehicle load analysis is performed. All possible vehicle speeds are applied to the bridges and the peak impact factors obtained for each span are investigated. From the results, the maximum peak impact factors are developed at the middle of the first span to the direction of vehicle moving.

        The Expanded Guide Circle (EGC) method has been originally proposed as the guidance navigation method for improving the efficiency of the remote operation using the sensory information. The previous algorithm is, however, concerned only for the omni-directional mobile robot, so it needs to suggest a suitable one for a mobile robot with non-holonomic constraints. The ego-kinematic transform is a method to map points of R2 into the ego-kinematic space which implicitly represents non-holonomic constraints for admissible paths. Thus, robots with non-holonomic constraints in the ego-kinematic space can be considered as “free-flying object”. In this paper, we propose an effective obstacle avoidance method for mobile robots with non-holonomic constraints by applying EGC method in the ego-kinematic space using the ego-kinematic transformation. This proposed method shows that it works better for non-holonomic mobile robots such as differential-drive robot than the original one. The simulation results show its effectiveness of performance.

        지난 1980년대 이래 규제완화, 개방화, 세계화 등의 신자유주의 사고가 확산하면서 국제자본이동 이 크게 늘어났고, 신흥국은 높은 거시경제 취약성과 경기순응성에 노출되었다. 이에 대응하여 신흥 국들은 자본유출입을 규제하는 자본이동관리정책을 실시하였고, 특히 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 거시건전성 정책의 필요성이 높아지는 가운데 2010년대 들어 IMF 등 국제사회가 긍정적 견해를 표명 한 이후 동 정책이 효과가 있다는 분석이 많아지고 있다. 한국도 이와 같은 거액의 자본이동에 대응하여 1990년대 이래 여러 가지 미시건전성 조치를 실시 해 오고, 2010년대 들어서는 선물환포지션 한도제, 외환건전성부담금 도입 등 거시건전성 정책을 도 입하여 경제 불안정을 해소하는데 효과를 거둔 것으로 평가받고 있다. 그러나, 한국은 아직도 높은 대외 의존적 경제체제를 유지하고 있어 세계 경제의 충격에 취약하 고, 금융·외환시장이 외국투자자들의 영향을 많이 받고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 한국은 향후 기초경제여건 강화, 대외 모니터링시스템 구축, 적정 외환보유액 유지, 국제 사회와의 긴밀한 협조 및 중장기적인 원화 국제화를 도모하여야 할 것이다. 주 제

        최근 실시간으로 모션블러(motion blur)를 위한 연구들은 픽셀당 여러개의 시간 색상을 계산 한 후 평균내는 방식으로 샘플의 수가 적을 경우 아티펙트(artifacts)나 노이즈(noise)가 발생하 는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서 이동궤적 근사 다면체 (motion trail)를 이용한 실시간 모션블러 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문의 알고리즘에서는 현재 프레임과 이전프레임의 삼각형으로 이동궤적 근사 다면체를 만들고 전후 관계(front-to-back) 정렬방법과 시공간차원의 비트연산(bitwise operation)을 적용하여 여러 물체가 겹치는 순간의 가시성 문제를 해결했다. 결과적으로 가려지지 않은 이동궤적 근사 다면체만을 그리기에 매끄 러운 블러 효과를 얻는다.

        Flight of an autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) generally consists of four steps; take-off, ascent, descent, and finally landing. Among them, autonomous landing is a challenging task due to high risks and reliability problem. In case the landing site where the UAV is supposed to land is moving or oscillating, the situation becomes more unpredictable and it is far more difficult than landing on a stationary site. For these reasons, the accurate and precise control is required for an autonomous landing system of a UAV on top of a moving vehicle which is rolling or oscillating while moving. In this paper, a vision-only based landing algorithm using dynamic gimbal control is proposed. The conventional camera systems which are applied to the previous studies are fixed as downward facing or forward facing. The main disadvantage of these system is a narrow field of view (FOV). By controlling the gimbal to track the target dynamically, this problem can be ameliorated. Furthermore, the system helps the UAV follow the target faster than using only a fixed camera. With the artificial tag on a landing pad, the relative position and orientation of the UAV are acquired, and those estimated poses are used for gimbal control and UAV control for safe and stable landing on a moving vehicle. The outdoor experimental results show that this vision-based algorithm performs fairly well and can be applied to real situations.

        The localization of the robot is one of the most important factors of navigating mobile robots. The use of featured information of landmarks is one approach to estimate the location of the robot. This approach can be classified into two categories: the natural-landmark-based and artificial-landmark-based approach. Natural landmarks are suitable for any environment, but they may not be sufficient for localization in the less featured or dynamic environment. On the other hand, artificial landmarks may generate shaded areas due to space constraints. In order to improve these disadvantages, this paper presents a novel development of the localization system by using artificial and natural-landmarks-based approach on a topological map. The proposed localization system can recognize far or near landmarks without any distortion by using landmark tracking system based on top-view image transform. The camera is rotated by distance of landmark. The experiment shows a result of performing position recognition without shading section by applying the proposed system with a small number of artificial landmarks in the mobile robot.

        물과 지방에서 발생하는 화학적 이동의 인공물을 확인하기 위해 다양한 MRI parameter를 적용하여 실험하였다. MRI의 1.5T와 3.0T에서 parameter와 bandwidth 및 부호화 변화에 따른 영상을 스캔하여 SNR, CNR을 비교하였다. MRI 영상에서 물과 기름의 화학적 이동의 인공물의 발생을 확인할 수 있었고, 3.0T보다 1.5T에서의 영상이 인공물이 비교적 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Bandwidth의 폭이 넓어짐에 따라 인공물이 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 MRI검사에서 화학적 이동의 인공물을 감소하기 위해서는 주 자장의 세기가 약하고, bandwidth의 폭을 넓히는 것이 적절할 것으로 생각된다.

        Elemental mercury has a very high volatility allowing easy dissipation from water or soil into air. To better understand how the kinetics of diffusion of elemental mercury through a medium, which is soil in this study, a mercury diffusion column experiment was done. The correlation between temperature and equilibrium concentrations of mercury in standardized soil samples and a pure mercury standard were determined. Total mercury concentrations were analysed using CVAFS. The effect of time and soil depth to the kinetics of mercury diffusion were determined. Differences in mercury concentrations at different sampling probes were observed during the first few gas phase analyses. Equilibrium was reached through the column after 72 hours.

        The subject of this experiment is to supply basic data to inhibit non-productive tillers which are uneconomical for mechanical harvesting and to evaluate optimum planting density and sowing date in central district. Total number of tillers and effective first and second of tillers according to different planting density was higher in 80 ㎝ ridge than 60 ㎝ ridge in proso millet. The wider between plant distance on the ridge, the more increased total number of tillers and effective first and second of tillers. The highest effective tillers (91.7 %) in the first tillers was obtained from the second sowing date (23 May) among different sowing date and next is in the order of 3 rd (13 June, 89.8%) > 1 st (2 May, 85.6%) > 4 th (4 July, 85.2%). The percentage of effective tillers in the second tillers was decreased in the order of 2 May (53.7%), 23 May (40.7%), 13 June (22.2%), 4 July (0%) as the sowing date was delayed. There was no significant difference in days to heading and days to ripening according to different planting density. Although culm length was increased as planting density was increased, whereas number of tillers, stem diameter, ear length, grains per ear and 1000 grain weight was decreased. In the growth and yield characteristics of proso millet according to different sowing date, days to heading and days to ripening, culm length, stem diameter, ear length, grains per ear and yield per 10a were decreased. After the sowing date of 13 June, the reduction of growth and yield characteristics were higher because of excess-moisture injury.

        This study was investigated to find the effects of sowing time on growth and yields of cowpea grown in a southern region of South Korea. Experiments were carried out in Naju, Jeonnam Province (Latitude 35° 04' N, Longitude 126° 54' E) during 2013 and 2014. The intermediate-erect type strains used in this study were Jeonnam1 and Jeonnam2 (Okdang). Sowing time was performed between middle-April and middle-August at intervals of one month. The days from sowing to emergence was significantly higher in the middle-April sowing (12 days) time but there was no significant differences other sowing dates (5 to 3 days). The days from sowing to first flowering were shorter for sowing dates between middle-April and middle-July because sowing time was delayed and then were lengthened again at middle-August sowing; the days were longest at middle-April sowing (around 62 days) and were shortest at middle-July sowing (35 days). The days from first flowering to harvesting were short for the sowing dates between middle-April and middle-July (17 to 15 days) but were relatively long for middle-August sowing date (24 days). Stem length was relatively long for the middle-May and middle-June sowing dates. Peduncle length was relatively long for the middle-April sowing date. Main-stem node number was highest for the middle-July sowing. Branch number per plant was highest in the middle-April sowing. Seed yields were highest for the middle-April sown Jeonnam1 and the Jeonnam2 (Okdang) strains showing, 199 and 211 kg/10a, respectively, and then followed by sowing in middle-July, 191 and 195 kg/10a, respectively.

        Generating motion of center of mass for biped robots is a challenging issue since biped robots can easily lose balance due to limited contact area between foot and ground. In this paper, we propose force control method to generate high-speed motion of the center of mass for horizontal direction without losing balancing condition. Contact consistent multi-body dynamics of the robot is used to calculate force for horizontal direction of the center of mass considering balance. The calculated force is applied for acceleration or deceleration of the center of mass to generate high speed motion. The linear inverted pendulum model is used to estimate motion of the center of mass and the estimated motion is used to select either maximum or minimum force to stop at goal position. The proposed method is verified by experiments using 12-DOF torque controlled human sized legged robot.
