The present study applied an atmospheric flow field model in Gwangyang-Bay which can predict local sea/land breezes formed in a complex terrain for the development of a model that can predict short term concentration of air pollution. Estimated values from the conduct of the atmospheric flow field were used to evaluate and compare with observation data of the meteorological stations in Yeosu and the Yeosu airport, and the effect of micrometeorology of surround region by the coastal area reclamation was predicted by using the estimated values. Simulation results, a nighttime is appeared plainly land breezes of the Gwangyang-bay direction according to a mountain wind that formed in the Mt. of Baekwooun, Mt. of Youngchui. Land winds is formed clockwise circulation in the north, clockwise reverse direction in the south with Gangyang-bay as the center.
Compared with model and observation value, Temperature is tend to appeared some highly simulation value in the night, observation value in the daytime in two sites all, but it is well accorded generally, the pattern of one period can know very the similarity. And also, wind speed and wind direction is some appeared the error of observation value and calculation results in crossing time of the land wind and sea land, it can see that reproducibility is generally good, is very appeared the change land wind in the nighttime, the change of sea wind in the daytime.
And also, according to change of the utilization coefficient of soil before and after development with Gwangyang-Bay area as the center, Temperature after development was high 0.55~0.67℃ in the 14 hours, also was tend to appear lowly 0.10~0.22℃ in the 02 hours, the change of u, v component is comparatively tend to reduced sea wind and land wind, it is affected ascending air current and frictional power of the earth surface according to inequality heating of the generation of earth surface.

본 연구의 목적은 남한과 북한간의 화물운송을 위한 해상운송과 항만서비스를 위한 협력적인 관리계획을 수립하고 한강하구와 서해 접경지역에 해상운송과 항만개발의 번영을 신속히 실현하는 방안을 제공하는 것이다. 특히 해상평화공원을 둘러싼 환경을 보존하기 위한 노력을 개발계획에 반영하는 것이다. 본 연구의 취지는 한강하구지역의 번영은 보존을 병행한 해상운송과 항만서비스의 개발을 통해서 가능하다는 것을 보이는 것이다. 수로, 지역, 비용 및 운송의 조건을 고려하여 서울 인근에 대한 항만으로 4곳의 항만대안을 제안하고 항만개발을 위한 대안 분석을 수행하였다.

In order to understand chemical characteristics and formation of dewfall in Busan, we analysed monthly distribution of dewfall, and investigated its chemical composition of dewfall. This study used the modified teflon plate (1m × 1m) at Jangyongsil science high school from June 2005 to October 2005. In order to estimate qualitatively water soluble components, IC, ICP and UV methods for water soluble ions are also used respectively. Dewfall amount of sampling periods (26 day) collected 1.29 ㎜. Distribution of water soluble ions in dewfall founded the highest concentration (81.3 μeq/ℓ for NO3-, 146.6 μeq/ℓ for SO42-, and 114.3 μeq/ℓ for nss-SO42-) during the June. pH was the lowest by 5.12 June, and October (pH 6.68) by most high and average pH was 5.46. Monthly equivalent ratio of [SO42-]/[NO3-] showed the highest value (2.94) during the September, the lowest value (1.77) during the July, and the mean value was 3.45.
In this study, climate analysis and wind sector division were conducted for a propriety assessment to determine the location of air quality monitoring sites in the Busan metropolitan area. The results based on the meteorological data(2000~2004) indicated hat air temperature is strongly correlated between 9 atmospheric monitoring sites, while wind speed and direction are not. This is because wind is strongly affected by the surrounding terrain and the obstacles such as building and tree. In the next stage, we performed cluster analysis to divide wind sector over the Busan metropolitan area. The cluster analysis showed that the Busan metropolitan area is divided into 6 wind sectors. However 1 downtown and 2 suburbs an area covering significantly broad region in Busan are not divided into independent sectors, because of the absence of atmospheric monitoring site. As such, the Busan metropolitan area is finally divided into 9 sectors.
캐나다 온타리오주 코발트지역에는 시생대의 화산암을 부정합으로 피복하고 있는 원생대의 휴로니안 퇴적암 내에는 황화물이 농집된 광화작용이 발달한다. 황화광물들은 원생대에 발달했던 퇴적분지에 쌓인 기저역암 내에 농집되어 있다. 황화광물은 기저역암과 Coleman 역암에서는 파편형태로, 퇴적암 전체에서는 광범위한 산점상 형태, 그리고 Ag-Co-Ni-As 탄산염맥 주변의 산점상 형태 등으로 산출된다. 황화광물 파편들의 형태가 모가 나있고 사암과 이질암에서 점이적 퇴적구조를 나타내고 있는 것으로 보아 황화광물들이 기계적 운반작용에 의해 이동된 후 퇴적암 내에서 광화작용을 이루었음으로 시사한다. 한편, 탄산염맥 근처에서 발견되는 산점상 광석광물들은 열수작용에 의해 형성된 것으로 추정된다. 기반암인 시생대 화산암에 발달한 대규모의 화산성 황화물 광상이 퇴적암에 존재하는 광석광물의 공급원이었음을 알 수 있다. 사암 및 이질암에 존재하던 광석광물들은 후기에 관입한 휘록암에 수반된 열에 의해 재결정작용을 받았다.
The concept of RIS(Regional Innovation System) has widely been used in discourse and policy issues in Korea. But most studies of RIS concern on BT or IT industries combining with diverse regional agencies in urban areas. Some other studies were concentrated on general ideas or concept of the RIS. The purposes of this study are (1) to suggest a analytical method to select specialized industry in local autonomy, (2) to analyze the relationship between specialized industry and gross sales of agricultural products and stock farm products, (3) to analyze the relationship between gross sales of agricultural products and stock farm products and GRDP, and (4) to construct a model of RIS that fits particularly for rural areas. This study particularly accentuates that a specialized industry is more meaningful when it can raise GRDP, which eventually can give positive effect of RIS on regions.
Stonewall in Jeju has been regarded as the one of the most esthetic landscape in rural regions. In addition, they have been played as a useful facility to protect houses or crops from strong winds, but also to indicate the boundary of ownership. In the recent research, stonewall has been appointed as the one of important components in rural landscape. Thus, stonewall in Jeju retains intrinsic and real value by many usages in rural regions. However, in spite of it's value, stonewall has been abandoned without any concerns and political measures. Now stonewall is urgently needed to be dealt by a certain political measure for protection. Therefore, the depth of concerns and systematic management measures for protection should be discussed and made, otherwise the destruction of these natural valuable structures will be continued. In this sense, the purpose of this paper, first of all, is to examine the status of stonewall in jeju. And then, with the result of this examination, political measures and suggestions to protect stonewall are proposed. Several areas such as Sungsan, Sinchon, and so on in Jeju are selected as the sample areas for this study, and examination are carried with a wide range of literature reviews and the GIS technology for data collection and analyses.
The purpose of this study is to develop rural population model adapting cohort survival method with sift-share effects. Administrative district in this study is below Myun: about 2,000 population. Population data of rural area in 1990, 1995, and 2000 by age cohort were selected for applying developed model. Damping coefficient from population data was calculated as 7% and results applying this coefficient in rural population data below the error from 12% to 1.06%. In detail, most of cohorts fitted with developed model except from 15 to 29 age groups. Application result of small population area; DaesulMyun revealed that main factor of population change is not natural change but migration.
본 연구는 한우의 지역별 유전적 다양성 및 집단간의 유연관계를 평가하기 위하여 경기, 강원, 충남, 충북, 전남, 전북, 경남 그리고 경북 8개 지역에서 비교적 지역간의 이동이 적은 번식우를 대상으로 공시축을 선발하여 분석을 실시하였다. 각 microsatellite marker의 평균 대립유전자의 수는 7.5개로 검출되었다. 관측된 대립유전자의 이형접합율을 보면 전북(CEB)과 전남(CEN)에서 가장 높게 나타났지만 기대되는 이형접합율은 전체 평균보다
We focus on the improvement of accuracy of sea surface wind over complex coastal area during the warm season. Local Analysis Prediction System (LAPS) was used to improve the initial values in Mesoscale Meteorological model (MM5). During the clear summer days with weak wind speed, sea surface wind simulated with LAPS was compared with the case without LAPS.
The results of modeling with LAPS has a good agreement mesoscale circulation such as mountain and valley winds on land and in case of modeling without LAPS, wind speed overestimated over the sea in the daytime. And the results of simulation with LAPS indicated similar wind speed values to observational data over the sea under influence of data assimilation using BUOY, QuikSCAT, and AMEDAS. The present study suggests that MM5 modelling with LAPS showed more improved results than that of without LAPS to simulate sea surface wind over the complex coastal area.
Present study was designed to characterize the concentrations of major roadside air pollutants in Daegu and to compare with those of Seoul and Busan. Evaluated were the exceedance frequence of mean concentrations of target compounds(CO, NO2, O3, PM10, SO2) and the relationship for time variation. Two air pollution monitoring stations(one roadside station and one residential station) in Daegu were selected for this study. In addition, one roadside monitoring station from each of Seoul and Busan was chosen for the comparison of Daegu monitoring stations. The data analyzed in the current study were collected from 1998 to 2000 by Daegu Regional Environmental Management Office. The roadside concentrations of NO2 and PM10 and the exceedance frequency of ambient air standard levels in Daegu were higher than those of Seoul and Busan. Except O3, the roadside concentrations of all target compounds showed following three distinguished patterns; first, possibly due to increased traffic density, the concentrations increased from 0500 to 0900(LST), second, the concentrations decreased from 0900 to 1700(LST) possibly due to the increased wind velocity and decreased traffic density, and finally, increased traffic density, the concentrations increased again from 1700 to 2100(LST). An implication was that major air pollution sources shifted from residential area to road-area during rush hours.
본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.
본 연구에서는 엘니뇨가 북서태평양 지역의 태풍 발생에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 태용의 발생 빈도와 강도를 분석했다. 태풍 자료는 기상청에서 발행한 태풍백서와 기상연보에서 지난 54년간 북서태평양에서 발생한 태풍의 빈도, 우리나라에 영향을 미친 태풍의 수와 중심최저기압을 이용하였고 엘니뇨는 미국해양대기관리처(NOAA: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)에서 제공하는 해수면 온도를 이용하였다.
엘니뇨 기간동안 북서태평양지역의 태풍 발생 빈도와 우리나라에 영향을 미치는 태풍의 수 및 강도를 분석한 결과, 엘니뇨가 발생한 다음 해에 북서태평양 지역에서 발생하는 태풍의 발생 빈도가 많아지는 경향을 보였다. 또한 엘니뇨 기간과 우리나라에 영향을 미치는 태풍의 수와의 관련성을 찾기 어려웠으며 엘니뇨 기간 동안 우리나라에 영향을 미치는 태풍의 강도가 강해지는 경향을 보였다. 즉, 엘니뇨는 북서태평양의 수온을 상승시키기 때문에 엘니뇨가 발생하면 이 지역에서 강력한 태풍이 발생할 가능성이 높았다.
본 연구는 1998년부터 2004년까지 65개의 지상관측소와 309개의 AWS 지점의 일 최고 기온, 일 최저 기온, 일교차 자료를 이용하여 한반도의 기온 분포의 특성을 분석하고 인자 및 군집분석을 통하여 지역구분을 시도하였다. 우리나라 기온의 공간 분포는 기온 자료에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 일 최고 기온은 고도가 높은 산지를 제외하고 남부지역으로 갈수록 높은 기온 분포를 보이며, 일 최저 기온은 지형과 해양의 영향을 많이 반영하며, 일교차는 해양과 대륙의 분포에 의한 공간 패턴을 보인다. 인자분석을 통해 고유값 1.0이 넘는 3개의 인자와 이를 바탕으로 군집분석을 하여 5개의 지역으로 구분하였다. 이러한 지역구분은 국지 예보 구역 설정을 위한 연구와 국지규모에서의 기후 시나리오 작성 및 기후변화 영향평가를 위한 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.
In this study, characteristics of fog at Mokpo as the west coastal area of Jeonnam were investigated, using statistical analysis of observed fog and meteorological data. Higher frequency of the fog occurrence at Mokpo was showed in spring(32%) and summer(34%) due to the seasonal high atmospheric pressure. Regional characteristics as radiation cooling, advection of fog and water vapor from surrounding sea and Yeongsan lake, and frontal fog had major effect on the coastal fog at Mokpo on the meteorological conditions of north-west/south wind and calm(0~2m/s). Also, as the results of analyzing data of before and after the construction of Yeongsan dam, the frequency of annual mean fog days increased 41%, specially increased 178% in autumn. The increase of fog days mainly resulted from evaporation during colder seasons and from temperature inversion during warmer seasons over the water surface of Yeongsan lake. The construction of Yeongsan dam had a little effect on the meteorological conditions concerning fog occurrence, because Yeongsan dam which only supplies the water for use do not always carry out outlet of the cold water. In addition, the sea fog at Heuksando located in offshore had not effect on the occurrence of fog at Mokpo.
