IEC 60300의 국제 규격은 시간종속성 경영 시스템의 규격으로써 제 1부는 시간종속성 경영 프로그램, 제 2부는 시간종속성 프로그램 구성요소와 업무, 제 3부는 응용지침 표준의 13개의 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이 규격은 제품의 초기 단계서부터 폐기 단계까지 수명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 운영의 효율성, 시간, 비용의 제약 하에 위험을 최소화하고 안전성을 최적화하기 위한 지침을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 2003년 규격 제정을 목표로 개정중인 IEC 60300-1과 IEC 60300-2의 2001년 11월 CDV를 참고로 IEC 규격의 개정방향에 대한 연구를 하려한다.

우리나라 기후조건하에서 액상발효 우분의 시용시기(봄, 가을, 봄/가을 분시)와 시용수준(0, 50, 100, 200 k g N h a − 1 )을 달리 했을 때 토양중의 N O − 3 함량에 대하여 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 액상발효 우분의 시용시기는 토양중 N O − 3 함량에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 2. 액상발효 우분의 시용수준 증가는 N O − 3 함량을 증가시켰지만 평균 3.6 m g l − 1 에 불과하였다. 3. 토양의 층별 N O − 3 함량은 0~20cm 깊이에서는 분뇨시용 수준과 비례하여 증가하였고 그 함량도 평균 28.9 m g l − 1 에 달하였지만, 40~60cm층에서는 시용 수준에 관계없이 7.5 ∼ 8.3 m g l − 1 으로 매우 낮았다.

This study analysed national data of manpower supply for physical therapists in Korea. Based on the comparative analysis results of the future demand and supply, as of May 1998, it is estimated that there was already an oversupply of physical therapists in Korea. This oversupply is expected to continue even though there would be an increase in hospital beds, rehabilitation facilities for the elderly, and nursing homes. Thus it would be desirable to cut down the number of students admitted to physical therapy schools each year. Our estimation shows that the Ministry of Health and Welfare must take measures to reduce the supply of physical therapist as soon as possible.

The aim of the paper is to analyse the extinction law in the giant H II region NGC 3603. The ratio R is found to be greater than 5.0. In front of the cluster the reddening law is found to be normal. We have obtained a distance of ~5.3 Kpc which is significantly smaller than those adopted so far.
