국내·외적으로 해양오염에 관한 중요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데, 국내에서 발생한 재난적 해양오염사고인 씨프린스호 사고와 허베이 스피리트호 사고는 다시 한번 해양환경의 중요성을 인식하게 해준 사고이다. 국내에서 발생한 두 사고를 분석하여 해양오염사고 대비에 관한 문제점을 찾아내고, 이에 대한 개선여부를 살펴봄으로써 향후 발생가능한 대형 해양오염사고 대비에 필요한 사항을 제시하였다.

게임 개발에서 에이전트의 행동은 중요한 연구 분야이다. 기존의 에이전트의 설계에서의 문제점은 행동의 재사용, 환경과 상호작용이 가능한 에이전트 구조, 행동 중심의 설계에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 제안하는 복합행동 중심의 에이전트의 행동 설계방법은 시나리오 분석 및 상황 표현 단계에서 게임 참여자들간의 의사소통의 도구를 제공하고, 설계 및 구현 단계에서 추상적인 행동을 표현할 수 있고, 향후 게임의 확장 및 유사 에이전트의 설계시 시간 및 비용 절감 효과를 가져 온다. 특히, 본 논문은 게임 개발에서 게임시나리오에 대한 분석 및 이해를 가능하게 하는 행동 중심의 설계 기법을 제안하였다.

우리나라 판례는 부정경쟁방지법 제10조 제1항을 청구원인으로 하여 침해행위의 금지 또는 예방 및 이를 위하여 필요한 조치 중의 한 가지로서 그 종업원으로 하여금 전직한 회사에서 영업비밀과 관련된 업무에 종사하는 것을 금지하도록 하는 조치를 허용한다. 다만 전직 자체에 대한 금지청구는 허용되지 않고 해당직무에 종사하는 것을 금지하는 청구가 허용된다. 그러나 이러한 판례의 입장에는 다음과 같은 문제점이 존재한다. 첫 번째, 종업원의 전직을 금하는 경업금지약정의 체결은 종업원의 직업의 자유를 침해할 가능성이 있는데, 이에 대한 어떠한 법률 규정도 존재하지 않는 것이다. 이에 대하여는 입법적 해결이 필요할 것이다. 두 번째로, (ⅰ)‘ 종업원의 전직’이 부정경쟁방지법 문언상의‘침해의 우려’와 동일한 해석에 바탕하고 있는지에 대한 의문과 관련하여, 실제로 종업원의 전직 그 자체가 영업비밀 침해 우려의 대상이라는 시각은 종업원의 직업의 자유를 해칠 염려가 크기 때문에, 법문을 제한적인 범위 내에서 해석하는 태도가 옳을 것이며, 오히려 종업원의‘신의 없는 상황’등과 결합되어야 ‘침해의 우려’를 인정할 수 있을 것이다. (ⅱ) 전 직장에서 대규모의 자본투하가 이루어지는 기술개발 핵심인력의 전직의 경우 전직한 경쟁회사 등에서 서류상으로 전 직장과 관련이 없는 부서에 배치하여 놓고 실제로는 연구 등의 행위를 시키는 것을 실질적으로 규제할 방법이 없고 입증도 어려운 실무상에서 우리나라 판례는 대안을 마련하지 못한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 법적인 대안 마련이 필요할 것이다. 이와 같은 우리나라의 상황에서 미국의‘불가피한 누설 이론’은 입법론에 있어서 큰 시사점을 준다. 다만‘불가피한 누설 이론’은 미국에서도 직업의 자유와의 관계에서 그 문제점이 지속적으로 대두되었던 바, 이를 제한적 범위 내에서만 도입할 필요성이 있다. ‘제한적 불가피한 누설이론’은 (ⅰ) 영업비밀 개념의 광범위성으로 인한 종업원의 직업의 자유와의 법익균형성의 측면에서‘창작성 있는 영업비밀’에 한정하는 것, (ⅱ) 모든 직원이 동일하게 영업비밀에 접근 가능한 것이 아니기 때문에, 영업비밀에 직접적으로 접근할 권한이 있는 자에 한정하는 것, (ⅲ) 전∙현직 직장이 직접적인 경쟁관계에 있는 경우에 한하여 청구를 허용하는 것, (ⅳ) 사용자가 해당 영업비밀이 실시 중이거나 실시예정일 것, (ⅴ) 종업원이 직무발명에 대하여 특허 받을 수 있는 권리나 특허권 등을 계약이나 근무규정에 따라 그 사용자에게 승계하거나 전용 실시권을 설정한 경우에 받을 수 있는‘정당한 보상’과 유사한 보상을 사용자로부터 받았을 것 등이며, 이러한 조건이 충족되면 비례의 원칙상 상당성이 인정될 수 있을 것이다.

목적 : 본 연구는 동작관찰 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 목적 있는 활동 과제와 관련된 상지 운동기능에 미치는 영향 을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 13명의 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 실험군과 대조군으로 무작위 선정하였다. 실험군은 동영상을 통해 목적 있는 활동 과제의 수행 동작을 관찰한 후 동작을 반복적으로 모방 연습하였고, 대조군은 전통적인 작업치료를 시행 하였다. 훈련은 주 3회, 회당 30분, 3주간 실시하였다. 상지 운동기능 평가는 울프운동기능과 장악력 및 파악력을 시행하였고, 각 군의 전후 차이는 윌콕슨 부호순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed-ranks test)과 두 군 간의 비교는 맨 휘트니 검정(Mann-whitney u test)으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 훈련 후, 대상자의 상지 운동기능은 두 군 간의 유의한 차이를 보였고, 특히 실험군은 훈련 후에 유의한 증진을 보였다. 실험군의 장악력과 외측집기는 훈련 후에 유의한 증진을 보였다. 결론 : 동영상을 통한 동작관찰은 같은 동작을 집중적이고 반복적으로 연습하는 전통적인 작업치료 접근보다 상지 운동기능 회복의 긍정적인 효과를 이끌어 주었다. 따라서 동작관찰 훈련을 작업치료 중재 유형의 한 전략으로 제안하고자 한다.

While a broad consensus exists over the necessity of reforming the Security Council, the disagreement among the different groups of member States prevails in great part due to the enlargement and category of membership and the working methods. Such divergence in views attributed to the stalemate in the debate over the Security Council’s reform. However, the recent discussion has gained momentum since the launch of the intergovernmental negotiation at the UN level. The key issues surrounding the UN Security Reform include the size of an enlarged Council, categories of membership with proper regional representation, the veto, working methods and relations with the General Assembly. It is essential not only to properly assess the content of the different proposals to bring out the most‘ sensible’solution, but the attitude of the five permanent members should also be closely examined. In any case, the potential changes in the structure of the Security Council would ultimately require a unanimous decision of the 5P States. This article aims to review the historical development of the Security Council’s reform debate and concentrate on the most contentious questions by analyzing the content of the relevant proposals to test the feasibility of each option.

익산시는 KTX역세권, 국가식품클러스터, 고도지정 등에 의한 대규모 도시개발 사업으로 인해 도시경관의 급격한 변화가 예상되므로 종합적인 경관계획을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 익산시에 내재되어 있는 경관자원을 도출하여 자원의 보존, 연계방안을 설정하고, 둘째, 시가지 환경개선과 지역특색을 강화하기 위한 종합적이고 바람직한 경관계획을수립하며, 셋째, 주민과 함께하는 경관계획 실행 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.연구는 도농통합시 익산의 중심시가지인 15개 동지역을 대상으로 현장조사를 통해 경관자원을 도출하고 자원의 가치및 중요도를 펑가한 후, 계획의 방향을 설정하였다. 경관유형은 자연경관, 시가지경관, 가로 및 철도경관으로 구분하였다.자연경관에서는 배산, 탑천, 대간선 수로의 보존 및 녹지의 네트워크화 방안이 모색되었다. 주거지, 상업지, 공업지및 KTX 역세권에 대해서는 주요 지역에 대한 특정경관계획과 건축물 및 외부공간을 중심으로 한 디자인 가이드라인을설정하였다. 가로 및 철도경관에서는 하나로, 송학로의 선형공원화를 통해 녹지 네트워크를 강화하였으며 철도변 경관저해요소 제거방안을 제시하였다.계획의 실행은 경관사업과 병행하여 주거지 경관정비는 주민 주도형 경관협정을, 탑천, 폐선부지, 하나로의 공원화사업은용도지구 지정을, 배산, 역세권, 대학로는 지구단위계획을 수립함으로서 규제 및 인센티브가 상호 보완적으로 나타날수 있게 하였다.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of action-observation training on arm function in people with stroke. Fourteen chronic stroke patients participated in action-observation training. Initially, they were asked to watch video that illustrated arm actions used in daily activities; this was followed by repetitive practice of the observed actions for 3 times a week for 3 weeks. Each training session lasted 30 min. All subject participated 12 training session on 9 consecutive training days. For the evaluation of the clinical status of standard functional scales, Wolf motor function test was carried out at before and after the training and at 2 weeks after the training. Friedman test and Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze the results of the clinical test. There was a significant improvement in the upper arm functions after the 3-week action-observation training, as compared to that before training. The improvement was sustained even at two weeks after the training. This result suggest that action observation training has a positive additional impact on recovery of stroke-induced motor dysfunctions through the action observation-action execution matching system, which includes in the mirror neuron system.

인터넷이 비약적으로 발전하면서 해킹 역시 발달하기 시작했다. 그러나 해킹은 인터넷 세상에서 중요하고 비중 있는 위협이 되고 있다. 이 글에서는 “해커”를 범죄의도를 가지고 권한 없이 컴퓨터 시스템에 접근하는 컴퓨터 사용자라고 정의하기로 한다. 이 글은 해킹에 대한 법적 대응에 관한 것이다. 해킹은 범죄의 일종으로서, 형사 법률에 의하여 제재를 받는다. 그러나 해킹을 범죄화 하는 것에 대한 논란은 있다. 비범죄화 하게 되었을 때 서비스 사용자들에게 자율 규제의 기회를 줄 수 있어, 피해를 일으키지 않은 해킹을 제재하는 것이 최선의 정책은 아니라는 것이다. 해로운 해킹을 막는 것으로 온라인 서비스 제공자에게 불법행위 책임을 지우거나 계약상 책임을 지우는 것이 있다. 온라인 서비스 사용자에게 해를 입힌 해커를 찾아내어 책임을 묻는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 따라서 온라인 서비스 사용자들은 온라인 서비스 제공자를 상대로 민사소송을 제기할 수 있다.

In the rapidly changed 21st century when the flow speed of information is so fast and the quantity of information is too much increasing, personal appearance and characteristic image-formation is highly evaluated. Nowadays personal appearance is very essential to competition and may be considered the non-linguistic expression of selfimage. The beauty action of the youth is shown to follow the object which youth want to rely on or long for and it is affected by the influence of the sociocultural elements. The purpose of this study is to identify the corelation between appearance and beauty action according to the sociocultural elements of the juveniles concerning appearance and to make an inquiry into how they pursue beauty in the restrictive bound compared with the adults. As their restrictive beauty action, the practical reflection percentage of hair-style, management of face, hand and nail control will be investigated and analyzed. Furthermore this basic material of this survey was used for the development of beauty article, cosmetics and education program. With the findings of the beauty articles in which the growing generation have a deep interest, this study provided the basic materials to the customer analysis and also the reference materials to the beauty marketing.

A major purpose of management or occupational safety is a significant decrease in safety accidents. With this view, the establishment of occupational safety culture and the building of occupational communication network stand out as being more important than the past. This study has analysed the positive effects of occupational safety communication on safety consciousness and action of the employees in workplace. And it is confirmed that the occupational safety communication in workplace is the essential mechanism, through which the workers internalize safety consciousness and act safely. The safety consciousness and action of the employees are formed in safety culture, which is not only legal regulations, but a daily communication network in workplace. In these sense, the building of the occupational safety communication network is decisive for the establishment of safety culture. For these reasons, this study makes the proposition that a firm promotion of occupational communication network is necessary, which connects the safety culture and a effective safety management in workplace.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of action observational physical training (AOPT) on manual dexterity and corticomotor facilitation in stroke patients. Ten hemiparetic patients participated in this study. Each subject was asked to participate the three conditions; base condition (Base), physical training (PT), AOPT. Participants were asked to observe the action in the video that a therapist moved the blocks during the AOPT conditions. Corticomotor facilitation was determined in three conditions by monitoring changes in the amplitude of motor-evoked potentials (MEPs) elicited in hand muscles by transcranial magnetic stimulation. MEP responses were measured from the first dorsal interosseous after participants attended to three conditions. For the manual dexterity, Box and Block test (BBT) was used. The results of present study were summarized as follows: MEPs amplitude significantly tended to be larger than PT and Base condition. The scores of BBT in the AOPT condition were also significantly larger than other conditions. In conclusion, this finding of present study indicates that physical training for observation of an action is beneficial for enhancing a dexterity of paretic arm in stroke patients.

This study aims to examine how collaborative action research has contributed to a teacher’s professional development. It built a framework from the teacher identity perspective, aimed at deriving further insight into the effects of collaborative action research as a professional development program. It is a case study of a Korean primary school English teacher who conducted collaborative action research to improve the quality of teaching English writing. The qualitative data were collected from teaching logs, written accounts and semi-structured interviews, then analysed. The study found that the teacher experienced growth in teacher identity based on his capacity building through collaborative action research. The factors affecting the growth of teacher identity are positive attitudes to address vulnerability in teaching English, participation in the collaborative action research, continuous reflection and establishing ownership during the research. Theoretically, this study suggests the development of teacher identity perspective and its application to design, execute and evaluate teacher education programs for in-depth understanding. Practically, it provides implications for English teacher education.

The acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibition of 12 plant-derived insecticidal compounds (anethol, anisaldehyde, 3-carene, 1,8-cineol, ethyl-cinnamate, linalool, magnolol, ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate, p-methoxycinamic acid, safrol, terpinen-4-ol, and α-terpineol) towards adult mosquitoes were examined by using Ellman method. Result were compared with those of dichlorvos, a potent AChE inhibitor. 3-Carene strongly inhibited AChE (IC50, 5.78×10-4 M), although the inhibition of the compound was lower than dichlorvos (IC50, 1.45×10-4 M). These results indicate that 3-carene acts as an AChE inhibitor, although an involvement of other insecticidal mechanism(s) might not be ruled out.

Viruses employ host translational machinery to synthesize their own proteins while negatively controling host protein translation. Endoparasitoid wasp (Cotesia plutellae) parasitizes young larvae of the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) larvae and possesses at least 27 genome segments. Two viral genes (CpBV15α and CpBV15 β) were obtained from cDNA library of the parasitized larvae showing no homology with any known polydnaviral genes. The parasitized larvae did not produce storage protein 1 (SP1) among at least three polypeptides (SP1, SP2, and SP3) at the stage of polydnaviral CpBV15β synthesis. When CpBV15β protein, which was expressed in Sf9 cells, was incubated with fat body isolated from nonparasitized larvae, SP1 synthesis was markedly inhibited. In vitro translation of mRNAs from nonparasitized larvae using rabbit reticulocyte lysate with CpBV15β significantly resulted in inhibition of SP1 synthesis, suggesting a negative role of CpBV15β in host protein synthesis.
