        Recently, due to the change to SASB(Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) and GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021, the paradigm for non-financial information disclosure is changing significantly, with the number of ESG topics and indicators that must be disclosed by industry from an autonomous material topic selection method. This study revealed that the number of compulsory topics in the oil and gas industry by GRI standards 2021 is up to 2.4 times higher than the average number of material topics disclosed when domestic companies publish sustainability reports using GRI Standards 2020. In the oil and gas industry, I analyzed the similarities and differences between the GRI standards 2021 and the ESG topics covered by SASB by environmental, social, economic, and governance areas. In addition, the materiality test process, which is different in GRI standards 2021, is introduced, and the issues included in the following 10 representative ESG-related initiatives are summarized into 62 and suggested improvement plans for materiality test used in the topic pool.

        Copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) are considered of great importance due to their high catalytic and antimicrobial activities. This study focuses on the preparation and characterization of CuNPs, and on their antibacterial/antifungal activities. A copper salt (copper sulfate pentahydrate) as precursor, starch as stabilizing agent, and ascorbic acid as reducing agent were used to fabricate CuNPs. The resulting product was characterized via different techniques such as X-ray diffractrometry (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to confirm its characteristic properties. Employing the Scherrer formula, the mean crystallite sizes of copper (Cu) and cuprous oxide (Cu2O) nanocrystals were found to be 29.21 and 25.33 nm, respectively, as measured from the main X-ray diffraction peaks. The functional groups present in the resulting CuNPs were confirmed by FTIR. In addition, the engineered CuNPs showed antibacterial and antifungal activity against tested pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains.

        본 논문에서는 유지보수를 위한 구조물 인상 시 위험도 분석을 수행하여 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 스마트 자동 인상 시스템을 개 발하였다. 쌍대비교행렬 분석 기법을 활용하여 위험도를 분석할 수 있는 정량적 위험도 분석 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이를 자동 인상 시스템과 연계하여 구조물 인상과 동시에 실시간으로 위험도 분석을 하였다. 자동 인상 시스템의 구성요소 중 거리측정센서로 구조 물 인상 시의 변위를 측정하고, 측정된 변위는 정량적 위험도 분석 프로그램에 입력되어 위험도를 분석한다. 개발한 스마트 자동 인상 시스템의 성능을 확인하기 위해 실제 교량을 대상으로 실험을 수행하였으며, 구조물 인상과 동시에 위험도 분석이 가능한지를 확인 하였다. 스마트 자동 인상 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 인상실험 시 검증된 LVDT(linear variable differential transformer)를 함께 설치하였으며 거리측정센서와 LVDT로 측정되는 변위로 최대 인상량과 구역별 단차를 분석하였다. 인상장치의 동시 작동에 대한 성 능을 통계적 분석방법인 분산분석(analysis of variance) 방법을 이용하여 성능을 검증하였다.

        Based on the nonlinear static analysis and the approximate seismic evaluation method adopted in “Guidelines for seismic performance evaluation for existing buildings, two methods to calculate strength demand for retrofitting individual structural walls in unreinforced masonry buildings are proposed.” The displacement coefficient method to determine displacement demand from nonlinear static analysis results is used for the inverse calculation of overall strength demand required to reduce the displacement demand to a target value meeting the performance objective of the unreinforced masonry building to retrofit. A preliminary seismic evaluation method to screen out vulnerable buildings, of which detailed evaluation is necessary, is utilized to calculate overall strength demand without structural analysis based on the difference between the seismic demand and capacity. A system modification factor is introduced to the preliminary seismic evaluation method to reduce the strength demand considering inelastic deformation. The overall strength demand is distributed to the structural walls to retrofit based on the wall stiffness, including the remaining walls or otherwise. Four detached residential houses are modeled and analyzed using the nonlinear static and preliminary evaluation procedures to examine the proposed method.

        증기운 폭발의 폭압을 예측하거나 위험성 분석을 위하여 다양한 폭압 산정법이 존재하지만 대표적으로 경험적 방법인 TNT 등가량 환산법과 멀티에너지법을 주로 사용한다. 멀티에너지법은 환경적 요인을 고려한 폭발강도계수를 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 분석 을 통하여 점화원 강도를 세분하고 강도분류를 확장하여 개선한 폭발강도계수 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 개선한 폭발강도계수 가이 드라인의 합리성 검증과 기존 Kinsella 가이드라인과의 비교를 위하여 실제 추정 폭압과 대조가 가능한 4가지의 증기운 폭발 사례를 적용하였다. 결과적으로 기존 Kinsella 가이드라인은 실제 추정 폭압에 비하여 광범위하거나 부정확한 폭압 산정 결과를 나타내는 것 으로 확인하였다. 반면, 개선한 폭발강도계수 가이드라인은 명확한 점화원의 강도 선정이 가능하고 분류의 확장을 통하여 더욱 세분 화된 계수 값의 선정이 가능함에 따라 실제 사례와 비교적 유사한 폭압 산정이 가능하다.

        Recently, the demand for more precise and demand-oriented customized spatial information is increasing due to the 4th industrial revolution. In particular, the use of 3D spatial information and digital twins which based on spatial information, and research for solving social problems in cities by using such information are continuously conducted. Globally, non-face-to-face services are increasing due to COVID-19, and the national policy direction is also rapidly progressing digital transformation, digitization and virtualization of the Korean version of the New Deal, which means that 3D spatial information has become an important factor to support it. In this study, physical objects for cities defined by world organizations such as ISO, OGC, and ITU were selected and the target of the 3D object model was limited to buildings. Based on CityGML2.0, the data collected using a drone suitable for building a 3D model of a small area is selected to be updated through road name address and building ledger, which are administrative information related to this, and LoD2.5 data is constructed and urban space. It was intended to suggest an object update method for a 3D building among data.

        In this study, according to the staking method of the fire hose in the indoor hydrant system, the number of kinks when the fire hose is deployed was measured and analyzed to examine how the staking method of the fire hose affects the kink when the hose is deployed. The fire hose staking method was classified into three types: donut-type, accordion-type, and hose hanger-type, and the walking speed and number of kinks were measured by repeating the experiment 5 times for male and female students. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Among the three types of fire hose staking methods, the donut-type staking method had an average of 92 times for male students and 86 times for female students on average. (2) The accordion-type and hose hanger-type staking methods showed similar results with an average of one or two kinks for both male and female students. (3) Regardless of the staking method, it was found that in general, male students with high walking speed had more kinking than female students with slow walking speed.

        K0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (KBT) thin films were prepared by sol-gel processing for future use in piezoelectric generators. It is believed that the annealing temperature of films plays an important role in the output performance of piezoelectric generators. KBT films prepared on Ni substrates were annealed at 500 ~ 700 oC. Tetragonal KBT films were formed after annealing process. As the annealing temperature increased, the grain size of KBT films increased. KBT thin films show piezoelectric constant (d33) from 23 to 41 pC/N. The increase of grain size in KBT films brought about output voltage and current in the KBT generators. Also, the increase in the displacement of specimens during bending test resulted in increases in output voltage and current. Although KBT generators showed lower output power than those of generators prepared using NBT films, as reported previously, the KBT films prepared by sol-gel method show applicability as piezoelectric thin films for lead-free nanogenerators, along with NBT films.

        이 논문에서는 박스형 전력구의 지진응답해석에 사용되는 응답진도법의 보수성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 25가지 전력구 단면과 각 전력구에 대한 2개의 지반조건을 고려한 총 50개 예제를 선정하였다. 응답진도법의 보수성을 평가하기 위해 동적 지반-구조물 상호 작용을 고려한 정밀해석법에 의한 응답과 비교하였다. 비교결과, 정밀해석 응답에 대한 응답진도법에 의한 응답의 비로 정의한 응답 비의 평균이 1.0에 근접하며, 응답비의 표준편차도 5% 이내로 매우 작아서, 응답진도법에 의한 해석이 정밀해석법과 일관됨을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 응답진도법에 의한 응답에 하중계수 1.1을 적용하면 전력구의 보수적인 내진설계가 가능할 것으로 나타났다.

        사회기반 시설물의 노후화에 대응해 이상 징후를 파악하고 유지보수를 위한 최적의 의사결정을 내리기 위해선 디지털 기반 SOC 시설물 유지관리 시스템의 개발이 필수적인데, 디지털 SOC 시스템은 장기간 구조물 계측을 위한 IoT 센서 시스템과 축적 데이터 처 리를 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 구조물의 다물리량을 장기간 측정할 수 있는 IoT센서와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 을 위한 서버 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발 IoT센서는 총 3축 가속도 및 3채널의 변형률 측정이 가능하고 24비트의 높은 해상도로 정밀 한 데이터 수집을 수행한다. 또한 저전력 LTE-CAT M1 통신을 통해 데이터를 실시간으로 서버에 전송하여 별도의 중계기가 필요 없 는 장점이 있다. 개발된 클라우드 서버는 센서로부터 다물리량 데이터를 수신하고 가속도, 변형률 기반 변위 융합 알고리즘을 내장하 여 센서에서의 연산 없이 고성능 연산을 수행한다. 제안 방법의 검증은 2개소의 실제 교량에서 변위계와의 계측 결과 비교, 장기간 운 영 테스트를 통해 이뤄졌다.

        This paper proposes a mathematical model that can calculate the luminescence characteristics driven by alternating current (AC) power using the current-voltage-luminance (I-V-L) properties of organic light emitting devices (OLED) driven by direct current power. Fluorescent OLEDs are manufactured to verify the model, and I-V-L characteristics driven by DC and AC are measured. The current efficiency of DC driven OLED can be divided into three sections. Region 1 is a section where the recombination efficiency increases as the carrier reaches the emission layer in proportion to the increase of the DC voltage. Region 2 is a section in which the maximum luminous efficiency is stably maintained. Region 3 is a section where the luminous efficiency decreases due to excess carriers. Therefore, the fitting equation is derived by dividing the current density and luminance of the DC driven OLED into three regions, and the current density and luminance of the AC driven OLED are calculated from the fitting equation. As a result, the measured and calculated values of the AC driving I-V-L characteristics show deviations of 4.7% for current density, 2.9% for luminance, and 1.9% for luminous efficiency.

        To improve the shortcomings and expand the advantages of the single-roll melt drag method, which is a type of continuous strip casting method, the melt drag method with a molding belt is applied to AZ31 magnesium alloy. By attaching the forming belt to the melt drag method, the cooling condition of the thin plate is improved, making it possible to manufacture thin plates even at high roll speed of 100 m/min or more. In addition, it is very effective for continuous production of thin plates to suppress oxidation of the molten metal on the roll contact surface by selecting the protective gas. As a result of investigating the relationship between the contact time between the molten metal and the roll and the thickness of the sheet, it is possible to estimate the thickness of the sheet from the experimental conditions. The relationship between the thin plate thickness and the grain size is one in which the thinner the thin plate is, the faster the cooling rate of the thin plate is, resulting in finer grain size. The contact state between the molten metal and the roll greatly affects the grain size, and the minimum average grain size is 72 μm. The thin plate produced using this experimental equipment can be rolled, and the rolled sample has no large cracks. The tensile test results show a tensile strength of 303 MPa.

        In this study, algorithms for analyzing the torsion of buildings under earthquake excitation are developed. The algorithm and formulations to account for the torsional angle are verified by analyzing the seismic acceleration time history data. The method was applied to the reference buildings to examine their operation and usability. The reference application demonstrated that the noise-canceling scheme successfully overcame various obstacles in the field measurements. The developed method is expected to be used as a tool to support a loss assessment system for determining the direction and priority of disaster response in the event of an earthquake.

        There is an increasing need for complex and large projects to be carried out quickly. As the duration, size, and cost of the project increase, concerns about project failure are also rising. Finding factors that hinder the performance of an effective project and eliminating them in advance or controlling and managing them more effectively can be a more direct way to secure the success of the project. Previous studies have identified compositional dimensions that are classified according to attributes, covering the various obstacles that affect the success of the project through existing literature. It is a follow-up to previous research. Using DEMATEL techniques, we would like to propose to explore the appropriate measures that an entity and organization can take by identifying the causality between factors through cross-impact analysis of project disabilities and even presenting factors that may arise when they are identified. As a result of the analysis, according to the indicators to evaluate the importance, 8 factors were found to be relatively important factors, excluding the factors that Failure of project feasibility analysis and Technical environment change. In addition, 5 factors were found to be causative factors; Technical environment change, Unclarity project plan, Strategic consistency error, Inaccuracy of requirement definition, and Failure of project feasibility analysis. In contrast, the remaining 5 factors were found to be the result factors; Lack of benefits realization, Negative attitude of top management, Stakeholder conflict, Difficulty of process management, and Disturbance of communication.

        An investigation is performed to clarify the manufacturing conditions of pure magnesium and AZ31 magnesium alloy thin plate using the melt drag method. By the melt drag method, suitable for magnesium molten metal, pure magnesium can be produced as a continuous thin plate with a thickness of 1.4 mm to 2.4 mm in the range of 5 m/min to 20 m/min of roll speed, and the width of the thin plate to the nozzle outlet width. AZ31 magnesium alloy is able to produce a continuous sheet of thickness in the range of 5 m/min to 30 m/min in roll circumferential speed, with a thickness of 0.6 mm to 1.6 mm and a width of the sheet matching the nozzle outlet width. In the magnesium melt drag method, the faster the circumferential speed of the roll, the shorter the contact time between the molten metal and the roll, and it is found that the thickness of the produced thin plate becomes thinner. The effect of the circumferential roll speed on the thickness of the thin plate is evident in the low roll circumferential region, where the circumferential speed is 30 m/min or less. The AZ31 thin plate manufactured by the melt drag method has a finer grain size as the thickness of the thin plate decreases, but it is currently judged that this is not the effect of cooling by the roll.

        In this study, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of twisting in the preparation of waterproofing in the process of unfolded donut-type staking method fire hoses in indoor hydrant system. The central pull-out method caused more twisting than the rolling method, and there was no significant difference in the number of twists according to the pull-out method in the case of male and female students. It was found that the time it took to untwist and prepare waterproofing was much shorter for male students. The angle valve and hose are connected, and the time to untwist and prepare for waterproofing after withdrawing the fire hose with the hose and nozzle connected was shorter than the unconnected state. In the rolling method, when a hose connected with two 15 m fire hoses was used and the angle valve-hose was connected, but the hose-nozzle was not connected, the least kinking occurred. The time to untwist and prepare for waterproofing was also the shortest. As a result, in the withdrawal method of the donut-type loaded fire hose in the indoor hydrant system, it is a rolling method rather than a central withdrawal method. With the angle valve and hose connected, unfold the fire hose with the hose and nozzle connected, if a large number of people unwind the twisted hose, the time to prepare for waterproofing can be shortened.

        이 논문에서는 박스형 전력구의 지진응답해석에 사용되는 응답변위법(Response Displacement Method, RDM)의 보수성을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 25가지 전력구 단면과 각 전력구에 대한 2개의 지반조건을 고려한 총 50개 예제를 선정하였다. 응답변위법에 의한 해석은 다음과 같은 세 가지 방법을 적용하였다: (1) 단일코사인방법, (2) 이중코사인방법, (3) 부지응답해석법. 그리고 이들 응답변위 법의 보수성을 평가하기 위하여 지반-구조물 상호작용을 고려한 동적해석법으로 구한 응답과 비교하였다. 비교결과, 설계지진력을 결정하는 방법 중에서 부지응답해석법이 가장 변동폭이 작았으며, 이중코사인방법이 가장 보수적인 결과를 보였다. 마지막으로 이중 코사인방법을 적용할 때, 응답변위법에 의한 부재력이 동적해석에 의한 값보다 클 확률이 80% 이상이 되기 위한 지반강성 보정계수 C값으로 기능수행수준에서 0.9, 붕괴방지수준에서 0.7을 추천하였다.

        분자동역학에서의 원자들의 유도전하를 계산하기 위해서는 유도전하를 미지수로 하는 선형방정식을 풀어야 하는데 원자들의 위치가 변화할 때마다 필요한 계산이므로 상당한 계산비용이 요구된다. 따라서 효율적인 유도전하 계산 방법은 다양한 시스템을 해석 하기 위해서 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 constraints가 존재하는 Lagrange 방정식의 해에 대한 선형 시스템, 즉 saddle point를 가지는 문제를 해결하기 위해서 Uzawa method를 도입하였다. Uzawa 매개변수가 수렴 속도에 영향을 미치는 단점을 극복하고 행렬 연산의 효율성을 위해서 Schur complement와 preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) 방법을 통해 계산의 효율성을 극대화하는 가속 Uzawa algorithm을 적용한다. 두 금속 나노입자가 전기장에 놓여진 분자동역학 수치모델을 통해서 제시된 방법이 유도전하계산의 수렴성, 효율성 측면에서 모두 향상된 결과를 도출함을 확인하였다. 특히 기존의 가우스 소거법에 의한 계산보다 약 1/10으로 계산비용이 절 감되었고, 기본 Uzawa method에 비하여 conjugate gradient (CG)의 높은 수렴성이 입증되었다.
