        Electricity is generated by the combined reactions of hydrogen oxidation and oxygen reduction which occur on the Pt/C catalyst surface. There have been lots of researches to make high performance catalysts which can reduce Pt utilization. However, most of catalysts are synthesized by wet-processes and a significant amount of chemicals are emitted during Pt/C synthesis. In this study, Pt/C catalyst was produced by arc plasma deposition process in which Pt nano-particles are directly deposited on carbon black surfaces. During the process, islands of Pt nano-particles were produced and they were very fine and well-distributed on carbon black surface. Compared with a commercialized Pt/C catalyst (Johnson & Matthey), finer particle size, narrower size distribution, and uniform distribution of APD Pt/C resulted in higher electrochemical active surface area even at the less Pt content.

        본 연구의 목적은 현직 초등학교 교사들의 천문학적 거리 개념을 확인하고 천문학적 거리에 대한 편차 규모와 천문학적 거리를 점점 확대 시켰을 때 정확성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 경기도 소재 초등학교 교사 69명을 대상으로 천문학적 거리 관련 질문지를 배포하여 결과를 분석한 후 3명을 임의 추출하여 그들이 작성한 질문지를 바탕으로 인터뷰를 실시하여 그들의 천문학적 거리 개념을 분석하였다. 많은 초등학교 교사들이 지구와 달, 태양 사이의 거리를 과대 평가하였고, 항성 및 은하까지의 거리는 매우 과소평가하였으며, 천문학적 거리를 이론적(계산적) 척도와 직관적(심리적) 척도를 활용하여 추정하였다. 그들은 AU, 광년과 같은 단어를 익히 들어 잘 알고 있으나 그 의미를 정확하게 이해하지 못하는 사례도 있었으며, 지구에서 해왕성까지의 거리가 항성까지 거리 보다 더 멀다고 인식하는 사례도 있었다. 천문학적 거리를 추정할 때 상당한 변이성이 존재하며, 태양계 내에서 태양계 밖에 존재하는 천체로 거리를 늘려나갈수록 초등 교사들은 그 거리를 점점 더 과소평가하였다.

        This paper selects length of berth, area of yard, unloading capacity and number of berth as the input indexes, and cargo turnover as output index to research the source of turnover growth of 22 main ports in Korea. We gains the following results: in general, the trade ports in Korea are the stage of expansion period, the sources of turnover growth depends on the growth of factor inputs and could not be supported by TFP and technical progress. Especially in the west and east coast, TFP and technical progress is the block to the turnover growth. Four major factors to the increase of TFP are following: competition between ports, reform of property system, harbor-hinterland economic and international trade, modeling, imitation and innovation in management, technology and system.

        This paper selects length of berth, area of yard, unloading capacity and number of berth as the input indexes, and cargo turnover as output index to research the source of TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth of 23 main ports in Korea. The major conclusions are as follows. The TFP of the trade ports in Korea is at the fluctuating stage, but it generally displays a rising trend, and it’s growth originate from the growth of technical efficiency. The Growth rates of TFP of trade ports in the different areas are different, and the sources of growth are also different, but the changing trends are basically the same. Four major factors to the increase of TFP are following: competition between ports, reform of property system, harbor-hinterland economic and international trade, modeling, imitation and innovation in management, technology and system.

        Mg-Cu composites were successively fabricated using a combination of rapid solidification and extrusion processes. In addition, the microstructural variation of the composite was investigated by performing the extrusion repeatedly. It resulted that the composite formed an uniform and dense structure by the extrusion, and the microstructure became fine as the extrusion conducted repeatedly. The microstructural variation was known to be dependent on the number of extrusion and the area reduction ratio. The tensile strength was also measured as a function of the microstructural variation.

        The investigation is to modify the mechanical and chemical properties of Mg alloys using a combination of rapid solidification and surface treatment. As the first approach, was gas atomized and pressure sintered by spark plasma sintering process (SPS), showing much finer microstructure and higher strength than the alloys as cast. Further modification was performed by treating the surface of PM Mg specimen using Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process. During the PEO processing, MgO layer was initiated to form on the surface of Mg powder compacts, and the thickness and the density of MgO layer were varied with the reaction time. The thickening rate became low with the reaction time due to the limited diffusion rate of Mg ions. The surface morphology, corrosion behavior and wear resistance were also discussed

        This study investigated therapeutic effects of pelvic tilt exercise (PTE) on weight bearing and body sway during sit-to-stand (STS) on 18 hemiplegic patients who had visited the Hanyang University Seoul Hospital and Injae University Sanggyebek Hospital physiotherapy rooms. The study compared the patients with 18 normal adults. The subjects were sampled out from those who could get up independently, maintain a standing posture more than 10 seconds, understand the movements of this study and have no difficulty in performing the tasks. By executing STS in a natural way with habitual movements before and after PTE, the weight bearing was measured by using Mediance II. In order to compare the difference of weight distribution, weight bearing and body sway on affected and nonaffected sides during STS before and after PTE, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was used. The statistical significance level was based on p<.05. The results revealed that the difference of weight distribution in the hemiplegic group was significantly decreased (p<.05), whereas there was no significant difference in the healthy group (p>.05). Weight bearing loaded on the affected side was 42.53±7.65% and 44.20±6.32%, respectively, in the hemiplegic group during STS before and after PTE. Weight bearing during STS after PTE is increased significantly, as compared with weight bearing before PTE (p<.05). Body sway in the hemiplegic group was significantly decreased (p<.05). As mentioned, PTE proved to be effective for improvement in weight bearing on the affected side during STS of hemiplegic patients.

        Today the usage of DB already becomes an important issue for many companies' survival. Especially, the companies which have adopted CRM could not gain the return to be expected because of the lack of understanding about the relationship with customers. Professor Schmitt introduced 'the complete CEM(Customer Experience Management) model', but no specific methodology for analysis was introduced. Therefore, in this study we use HOQ, GA, and ANP to build 'the complete CEM model' and present the integrated CEM model based on the integrated analytic process to help the company's decision about the stage to be begun first out of 5 stages of CEM and the priorities of investment in customer experiences.

CEM(Customer Experience Management), as a practical alternative, can settle it. In this paper, we use QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and GA(Genetic Algorithm)-based Group ANP(Analytic Network Process) to construct the Integrated CEM Model to help company decide the priorities of investment in customer experiences.

        Line capacity calculation has been used to determine optimum efficiency and safe train service for train scheduling plan and investment priority order throughout detecting bottleneck section. Because of some problems of Yamagisi and UIC methods for line capacity calculation, developing of the method of line capacity calculation and evaluation for the Korea circumstance is important. This paper deals with the integrated system of TPS(Train Performance Simulator), PES(Parameter Evaluation Simulator), LCS (Line Capacity Simulator) and sensitivity analysis for line capacity calculation model.
