이유자돈 시기에 자돈의 성장성적을 개선하기 위하여 자돈의 사료섭취량을 극대화하는 것은 중요 하다. 본 연구는 사료섭취량을 증대시키기 위한 방법으로써의 향미제의 사용이 이유자돈의 성장성적 및 혈액성상에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 평균 체중 6.43±0.955kg의 3원 교잡종 ([Yorkshire×Landrace])×Duroc) 160두를 공시하였으며, 4처리 5반복 펜당 8마리씩 성별과 체중에 따 라 난괴법으로 배치하였다. 처리구는 1)향미제를 첨가하지 않은 처리구, 2)밀크-바닐라향 0.3%를 첨가 한 사료 3)버터향 0.3%를 첨가한 사료 4)어분향 0.3%를 첨가한 사료이다. 실험결과 성장성적, 혈액성 상 및 설사지수에서 처리구간 유의적인 차이를 발견하지 못하였다. 따라서 향미제의 종류에 상관없이 향미제를 0.3% 첨가한 사료는 그렇지 않은 사료에 비해 이유자돈의 성장성적이나 혈액성상에 있어서 아무런 긍정적인 영향을 끼치지 않을 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, automobile parts have been required to have high strength and toughness to allow for weight lightening or improved stability. But, traditional micro-alloyed steel cannot be applied in automobile parts. In this study, we considered the influence of quenching temperature and cooling rate for specimens fabricated by vacuum induction furnace. Directly quenched micro-alloyed steel for hot forging can be controlled according to its micro structure and the heat-treatment process. Low carbon steel, as well as alloying elements for improvement of strength and toughness, was used to obtain optimized conditions. After hot forging at 1,200˚C, the ideal mechanical properties (tensile strength ≥ 1,000 MPa, Charpy impact value ≥ 100 J/cm2) can be achieved by using optimized conditions (quenching temperature : 925 to 1,050˚C, cooling rate : ≥ 5˚C/sec). The difference of impact value according to cooling rate can be influenced by the microstructure. A fine lath martensite micro structure is formed at a cooling rate of over 5˚C/sec. On the other hand, the second phase of the M-A constituent microstructure is the cause of crack initiation under the cooling rate of 5˚C/sec.

Periodontalligament (PDL) fibroblasts have an ectomesenchymal origin and are known to participate not only in formation of PDL but also in the repair and regeneration of the a이acent alveolar bone and cementum. However, little is known about the molecular mechanism which is related to the development and differentiation of PDL cells. Recendy, we reported the PDLs (a periodontalligament-specific) 22 as a PDL fibroblast-specific mRNA which is not expressed in gingival fibroblasts. In this study, to examine the expression and functional characterization of PDμ22 mRNA and prαein in development and differentiation of periodontal 따sue ， we carried out northem analysis, insitu hybridization, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry. The expression of PDLs22 mRNA was increased with PDL cell differentiation from the confluent to multilayer stage but decreased slighdy with mineralized nodule formation in vitro. πle PDLs22 protein was localized on the nuclear membrane and expressed throughout the differentiation of PDL fibroblasts in vitro. The PDLs22 mRNA and protein were expressed in the differentiating cementoblasts, PDL fibroblasts and osteoblasts along the r∞t surface and alveolar bone of the developing rat teeth. These results indicate that the PDLs22 plays an irnportant role in the differentiation of cementoblasts and osteoblasts and thus homeostasis of cementum, PDL and alveolar bone.

국내 연안의 소형어선에서 선외추락 등의 사고 시 대처 방법은 VHF-DSC 무선설비의 경보신호 버튼 조작에 의한 조난 경보 송신과 선박패스 장치(V-Pass)의 경보버튼 작동 또는 비콘 분리에 의한 경보신호 송신 방법이 병행 운용되고 있다. 그러나, 1~2인 승무 소형어선 에서 선외추락 시 승조원이 이들 설비를 직접 조작하여 경보신호를 송신할 방법이 없으나, 외국에서는 VHF-DSC 및 AIS, Bluetooth 등의 기술을 사용한 선외추락 경보장치(MOB)를 이용하여 경보신호를 모선과 타선에 직접 송신하여 대처하고 있다. 외국에서 운용 중인 MOB 장치의 성능 및 기술 분석을 위해 근․장거리 전파환경을 측정한 결과, MOB 장치가 수면 표면에 있을 경우 최대 1해리 이내에서 경보 신호의 수신이 가능함을 확인하였다. 국내 여건에 맞는 MOB 장치는 VHF 통신거리 내의 무선국으로 경보신호를 보내야 하나, 허위의 경보신호를 줄이기 위해서는 선박에 탑재된 VHF-DSC 무선설비와 원격으로 연동되어 운용하는 형태가 가장 적합한 것으로 판단된다. MOB 장치와 VHF-DSC 장치를 연결하기 위한 여러 가지 기술을 검토한 결과, 장치의 소형화 등의 장점이 있는 Bluetooth 방식이 적합하다. MOB 장치에서 비상신호 송신 시, 전용 수신기에서 수신하여 VHF-DSC 무선설비의 외부입력단자를 통해 비상신호를 인지시켜 자체 경보 알람 발생으로 모선에서 인지할 수 있으며, 모선에서 대처하지 못한다면 VHF-DSC 무선설비에 의한 조난경보 신호를 모든 무선국으로 송신하는 방식을 이용하면 국내 연안의 소형어선 등에서 선외추락으로 인한 비상상황에 대처할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how Eliot’s and Nietzsche’s epistemological frames are compatible with each other. Although there is no evidence that Eliot’s literary taste was affected by Nietzsche’s thought, there seems to be a discernable continuity in impersonal theory between them. Philosophy, Nietzsche thought, was bound by epistemological dilemmas. So was it in Eliot’s view while he was a student of philosophy. Both of them meditated on a way out of the fix that philosophy had raised. As a solution, Nietzsche asserts in The Birth of Tragedy the primacy of art over philosophy. In his view the world of art was a Dionysian affirmation of the world as it was without subtraction, exception, or selection. The knowledge of self through art was not a sign that art was purely personal and subjective. Rather, art demanded a triumph over personal will and desire, simultaneously rejecting personal feelings and embodying objectivity. Eliot’s poetics is in substantial agreement with Nietzsche’s in this regard.

"Gerontion" discloses an event of an old man´s existence. Following Heidegger´s phenomenology I examine how Eliot describes this event. This article consists of three parts. The first part is a brief introduction to Heidegger´s notion of how poets disclose Being. In the second part I attempt to find in "Gerontion" phenomenological parallels with Heidegger. In the Origin of the Work of Art Heidegger says works of art include events of Being and that poets attempt to bring these events into "the greatest possible proximity to us." What Heidegger means by the greatest possible proximity is equivalent to what we call the visual immediacy which is one of the key terms in the twentieth-century aesthetics and means that entities are made present in just the way they look. Eliot´s rhetoric insists that the only means to visual immediacy is through a rethinking of the poetic tradition. For Eliot there is no other approach to poetic truth except through constant reflection on tradition, that is, destructive (Heidegger´s term) orientation toward the past. The third part is the conclusion. Eliot´s own term for visual immediacy is immediate experience. In the Concept of Being in Hegel and Heidegger Gerhard Schmitt says what Heidegger means by Being is "the indeterminate immediate" which cannot be discovered through determinate concepts. Schmitt implies that we can discuss Heidegger´s concept of Being and Eliot´s immediate experience on the same level.
