In this study, based on previous research on personal broadcasting, we indirectly measured content quality, YouTuber attributes, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention, which are latent variables that cannot be directly measured, as measurement variables, and then measured theoretically between the latent variables. In order to analyze the causal relationship, we used a structural equation model to determine to what extent the content quality of the YouTube mukbang channel and the YouTuber's attributes influence behavioral intentions such as purchase, recommendation, and continued use according to viewers' satisfaction with use. We intend to analyze and verify the relationship between related variables. The research results are as follows. First, the value, relevance, timeliness, completeness, and data quantity of content quality were found to have no significant impact on user satisfaction. Second, the trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, and intimacy of YouTuber attributes were found to have a significant impact on user satisfaction, but the similarity of YouTuber attributes did not have a significant impact on usage. Third, user satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on behavioral intentions and purchase intentions. However, user satisfaction was not found to have a direct significant impact on recommendation intentions or continued usage intentions.
This paper conducted an empirical study to identify the causal relationship of factors affecting the purchase intention of automobiles from the customer’s point of view. This study sets the purchase intention as a result variable and constructs a causal model with brand image, product attributes (exdogenous variable), and customer value (endogenous variable) as a cause that affects purchase intention. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the symbolic image of the brand was found to have a very significant effect on customer value (p=0.01), and the external attribute of the product also had a significant effect on customer value (p=0.1). Second, customer value was found to have a very significant effect on purchase intention (p=0.01), and the functional image of the brand also had a significant effect on purchase intention (p=0.1). Third, there is a strong positive (+) correlation between the functional image of the brand and the symbolic image of the brand, the intrinsic attribute of the product, and the external attribute of the product, and also between the symbolic image of the brand and the intrinsic attribute of the product and There was also a positive (+) correlation between extrinsic attributes. Therefore, in order to increase customer value, automobile manufacturing companies have a functional value of products from a customer-oriented perspective. It is judged that every effort should be made to maintain a lasting relationship by grasping the values of customers, which are social values, emotional values, situational values, and cognitive values.
This study is for figuring out major components of construction quality infrastructure and suggesting improvement plan by benchmarking global best practice model and analyzing gap between the model and sample practice. Based on improvement plan, researcher could derive major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure, and also about the priority among core competency components of construction quality experts. The result showed that the 'human resource' was ranked the best priority followed by 'method' 'environment', 'equipment' among major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure. Also, for core competency components of construction quality experts, 'number of years in work places' was the best priority, and the 'professional knowledge on engineering' was another priority ranked. Far from general perception on competency components, 'academic education' ranked the last. It may allude that the current education system in this country is not effective in developing competency of quality engineers. In summary, this study shows professionalism of quality engineer is the most important thing in all the components.
This study investigates application cases of facility management system model for enhancing facility productivity of industry filed around medium and small facility processing companies and finds the inefficiency of the existing management model. Following items are researched to seek out methods and measures to maximize facility productivity through empirical analysis by exploring and establishing a new management model. First, the empirical analysis, it is found that the overall equipment efficiency index used for facility productivity management in the companies has a difficulty being used as the index for it in actual medium-small processing companies. Second, a new facility management system model applying standard cycle time is suggested among facility management index system to measure facility productivity. Third, the empirical analysis is used to verify that developed facility management system model is a useful method to manage the facility productivity by applying the model to actual medium-small processing companies. Finally, it is necessary to implement comparison analysis on whether actual productivity enhancement induces a distinctly different result by using a new facility management index system model to be inhibited in this study.
The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in learning flow and problem solving ability by simulation-based fundamentals of nursing practice program depending on the level of self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods: This study was a one group pre-post design. This study involved 254 second grade nursing students at T university in D city. Data were collected from October 28th to November 29th in 2013. Data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, paired t-test, ANOVA and post hoc test with using IBM SPSS WIN version 18.0. Results: There was a statistically significant increase in learning flow(F=14.328, p <.001) and problem solving ability(F=4.315, p=.014). There were significant differences on 11.12 score of learning flow and 7.20 score of problem solving ability with answer ‘Low’ by the level of self-efficacy. Conclusion: The result showed that the simulation-based fundamentals of nursing practice program improve learning flow and problem solving ability of low self-efficacy students. Therefore, it is an effective learning method.
The purpose of this study is to present a case study of six sigma quality improvement practice in cooling fan motor(CFM) manufacturing processes. In this study, the CFM manufacturing process of automobile parts not relevant to the target process rate of the process point of view, in order to reduce the system to solve the problem of localized resolution procedures of six sigma DMAIC methodology was applied to study. The 'Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' selection system began with the government's selection and announcement of 'Top 100 Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' in 1997 in accordance with Article 6 of the Quality Management and Safety Control of Industrial Products Act and Article 5 (Selection of excellent quality management enterprises, etc.) of the Act's Enforcement Decree. The content of the research and analysis results is summarized as follows: 1. The participation and confidence of enterprises in the differentiation of the assessment system for the excellent quality competitive enterprises selection system is high: from the initial year to the present, 10% of enterprises have participated in the system for over 10 years and since 2000 participating enterprises have been on a steady rise. 2. The distribution of participating enterprises is not limited to any specific region but is spread nationwide, while the participation scale and business types also are being evenly distributed. 3. From the perspective of management performance, as compared with the average of domestic manufacturing businesses or that of U.S. manufacturing businesses, an analysis found that among management results, the excellent quality competitive enterprises achieved far higher sales growth and operating profit rate on sales, however their own capital ratio and debt to equity ratio appeared to be slightly higher.
This paper considers a six sigma project for reducing the cost copper of the cable materials in a electric wire company. The project follows a disciplined process of five macro phases: define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC). A process map is used to identify process input variables. Three key process input variables are selected by using an input variables are selected by using an input variable evaluation table: large cable, plating, and a twisted pair. DOE is utilized for finding the optimal process conditions of the three key process input variables. The implementing result of this six sigma project is enable for reducing of the 2.8% copper materials.
The TOC and Six Sigma are the most attention-getting concepts for managing manufacturing companies. Using the ideas and methods of the TOC, companies can achieve a large reduction of work-in-process and finished good inventories, significant improvement in scheduling performance, and substantial earnings increase. The six sigma approach derives the overall process of selecting the right project based on their potential to improve performance metrics and selecting and training the right people to get the business results. These two concepts have different backgrounds and different viewpoints for production systems. so, if the two concepts integrate each other, the synergy effects to innovate production systems can be expected. The purpose of this paper suggest that integration strategy between Six Sigma and TOC for profit maximization.
