실리콘 기반의 반도체 산업은 Moore Rule에 따른 집적도 향상에 힘입어 눈부시게 발전해 왔다. 그러나, 최근 최소 선 폭 수준이 10nm에 다다르면서 공정의 난이도는 한계에 다다랐으며, 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 폭발적인 비용 투입만으로도 확신할 수 없기 때문에 선 폭 미세화 (Scaling Down)를 통한 집적도 향상은 더 이상 비용/성능 측면에 효율적이지 못하다. 이러한 상황으로 인해 반도체 업체들은 한계를 극복하기 위한 여러 가지 방법을 강구하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 (개발 난이도 증가, 소형화, 경량화, 고집적화에 대한 고객 요구 증대) 한계를 해결하기 위하여, 크게 3가지 관점에서 지속적으로 연구가 이루어 지고 있다. 여기서는 현재 가장 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 가장 대응이 용이한 PKG 신기술 개발에 대하여 다루고자 한다.

Domestic semiconductor industry grew rapidly enough to draw a close attention in a short period less than twenty years. Korea grew to be the third largest semiconductor manufacturing country in the world during the period and has maintained the proud of Koreans even in technological competitiveness. Accordingly, In this study, it was introduced and analyzed 6 sigma method using profits making analysis for increasing Productivity in the semiconductor manufacturing process.

A government needs the investment expansion for the industrial accident prevention of the disadvantage group workers in order to improve the external phase and reliability. In this study, we analyze the current status of the development for safety and health material which is necessary for education of the disadvantage group workers. Firstly we find the problems that may occur when applying in domestic safety and health management system and then we'll propose a new method for safety and health material development and supply.

현대 산업사회의 제조업에서는 생산을 가장 중요시하고 있지만 안전에 관한 의식도 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 사고예방을 위한 지속적인 노력에 따라 사고 건수는 점차 줄어들고 있으나 치명적인 중대 산업사고는 오히려 증가하여 산업재해로 인한 사망자 수는 줄어들지 않고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에 따라 중대 산업사고를 예방하기 위한 수단으로 공정안전관리제도를 도입하여 시행하고자 하고 있다. 하지만 일반 제조업에서는 화공안전의 경우와 같은 공정안전을 측정하는 방법이 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제조업의 공정을 안전에 대한 관점에서 분석하고 효율적으로 공정별로 측정하여 관리할 수 있는 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 제안되는 기법은 안전에 대한 항목은 기업의 관리자들을 통한 AHP 가중치를 결정하고 각 공정을 정규화된 행렬을 이용하여 제안하였다.

The target company of this study goes ahead with plan to adopt ERP systems. Hereupon, I want to present the issues which should be considered in the process of ERP system implementation. This study focuses on the manufacturing system, but it also discusses important issues on the selected business area. This study covers the material benefits and functionalities of ERP package, as well as the Importance of studying and understanding on business process, organization change management, and information technology And this case study start with a long-term plan and consider its own unique characteristics and environmental factors.

For the development of chinaware having korea culture, using marketing survey and questionnaire to analysis of the preference and attitude of customer, and expends marketing share by market segmentation and price differentiation. This study is present to marketing strategy by making the plan of sales promotion for the development of industry chinaware of Yeoju and Icheon area.
