돌기해삼 Apostichopus japonicus는 주요 양식 대상 무척추동물로서 우리나라 연안 해역에 서 식하고 있다. 본 연구는 방류 방법에 따른 단기간의 생리학적 스트레스 정도를 평가하기 위하 여 heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) 유전자의 발현 변화를 실시간 정량적 중합효소연쇄반응법 으로 조사하였다. 어린 돌기해삼을 비닐봉지에 산소 포장하여 30분간 수송하거나 방류 해역의 간조기에 1시간 공기 중에 노출된 실험군의 HSP90 유전자 발현은 대조군의 HSP90 유전자 발현에 비하여 통계학적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다(수송 후 실험군 p=0.001; 간조기 실험군 p=0.032). 어린 돌기해삼을 방류 후 6시간까지 분석한 결과, 선상에서 씨뿌림 방식으로 방류된 6시간째의 개체 및 호스를 통과하여 수중으로 방류된 2~6시간째의 HSP90 유전자 발현율은 대 조군에 비하여 약간 감소하는 경향을 보였다(씨뿌림 실험군 p=0.069; 호스 방류군 p=0.093). 한 편, 잠수부에 의해 수중에서 방류된 어린 돌기해삼은 방류 후 시간이 경과할수록 HSP90 유전 자 발현율은 증가하는 패턴이 관찰되었다(p=0.061). 이상의 결과는 방류된 어린 돌기해삼의 단기간 스트레스 반응 연구와 효과적인 방류 방법의 개발에 HSP90 유전자 발현이 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

연 ‘옐로우 버드’의 개화와 결실 특성을 조사하기 위하여 2008년 4월 18일에 근경을 분식(직경 70 cm, 높이 71 cm)한 다음 비가림 재배하였다. 식재본수의 90% 에서는 2개의 꽃을, 나머지 10%에서는 1개의 꽃을 피웠다. 개화시기는 첫 번째의 꽃의 경우 7월 중하순에, 두 번째 꽃은 8월 초에 집중적으로 피었다. 추대는 주 근경의 8번째와 10번째 마디에서 이루어졌다. 꽃은 황색 으로 높이 12 cm, 폭 13 cm 크기였다. 불 개화 된 것은 21.4%였는데, 개화에 필요한 주근경의 마디 수를 확보하지 못한 것과 블라인드된 것이 주 원인이었다. 종자는 개화 후 30일 전후에 성숙이 되었다. 따라서 꽃을 관 상할 목적으로 연 ‘옐로우버드’를 재배할 때는 주 근 경의 마디수가 7월 중순 이전에 8마디 이상이 되도록 생장을 촉진시켜야 될 것으로 생각된다.

전국 시군별 마늘 생산성에 관한 취약성 평가를 위한 기후 노출지수, 기후 변화 민감도 지수, 기후 변화 적응 능력 지수를 가중치와 함께 도출하였으며, 각 지수 도출을 위한 변수들도 가중치별로 산정하여 최종적으로 평가하였다. 마늘 생산성의 취약성 지수는 제주시, 고흥군, 창녕군, 서귀포시, 신안군이 각각 취약성 0.92826, 0.92374, 0.85635, 0.82150, 0.81360으로 높았다. 기후변화 민감도 평균지수는 제주도가 가장 높았고, 기후변화 적응능력 평균지수는 경기도, 경상남도, 경상북도, 충청남도 순으로 높았고, 제주도와 강원도가 낮았다. 기후변화 적응능력 지수에 대한 기여도는 GRDP농림어업, 지역내 총생산(GRDP)이 가장 높게 나타났고, 농경지 면적당 농업인구수, 경지면적당 정비사업 관계직원이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 기후노출 변수와 기후노출 지수와의 상관계수를 분석한 결과 파종 및 정식기 마늘이 저온에 의한 피해정도가 심각할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 민감도 변수와 민감도 지수에서는 재배면적과 생산량이 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 적응능력 변수와 적응능력 지수의 상관관계에서는 재정자립도(%)와 농경지 면적당 농업인구수(명/ha)가 각각 r2 = 0.610과 0.511로 적응능력 지수와 가장 높은 연관성을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 취약성 지수는 적응능력 지수가 가장 높은 연관성을 보였고(r2 = 0.424), 그 다음이 민감도 지수(r2 = 0.333), 기후노출 지수(r2 = 0.225) 순으로 높은 상관관계를 보여 지자체의 기후변화 적응능력 구비는 취약성을 극복하는 중요한 지수임을 알 수 있었다.

Shin Geo-Je Bridge needs new inspection holes to improve the accessibility for various maintenances. This study evaluated the maximum effective stresses of the bottom flange when the inspection holes is made with an ellipse shape. The FEM analysis results show that the inspection installation is possible to the inflection point of the girder.

In general, to conduct the fatigue evaluation of the steel bridge, the performance test is conducted with the strain gauge where the fatigue crack is generated, or where the geometric influences are made by the structural features. But this test does not consider the actual size of the specific structure and the length of the gauge so that it`s difficult to analyze the result, though the stress analysis is performed. Therefore, this study will be conducted with the strain gauge is installed in the weak range of hot spot stress where the actual fatigue crack is anticipated, will make the regression equation of the strain, and will compare it with the strain equation suggested from IIW .

The distribution of benthic macroinvertebrates of Shinbulsan wetland was investigated. This study was focused on the degree of recovery of habitat by comparing the community structure of benthic macroinvertebrates of zone D to that of zone A, intact habitat. The zone D was destructed due to the construction of a golf club and the survey was performed in zone A and zone D of Shinbulsan wetland. The seasonal survey was performed in April, July and September from 2006 to 2007. From the sampling, 2 phyla, 3 classes, 9 orders, 31 families, 69 species and 1155 individuals of benthic macroinvertebrates were collected. From zone A, 2 phyla, 3 classes, 9 orders, 23 families, 54 species and 678 individuals were identified. From zone D, 2 phyla, 3 classes, 9 orders, 23 families, 43 species and 477 individuals were identified. Species diversity and species richness were higher in zone A than in zone D. The recovery of zone D was inefficient as humidity of soil was not enough to live macroinvertebrates. Also, an endangered species of macroinvertebrates, Nannophya pygmaea was found during this investigation.
