본 연구의 목적은 고독과 외로움에 관한 한국어 단어 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 적합한 단어를 수집하는 것이 매우 중요하므로, 3종의 국어사전에서 두 정서를 나타내는 것으로 판단되는 어휘를 선별하였다. 이때, 자발적 고독을 추구 하는 사람들의 증가 현상을 특별히 반영하여 관련 단어를 수집하였다. 그 결과, 총 1,768개의 단어로 구성된 총집을 마련하였다. 이어서 모든 사람이 이해하고 사용할 수 있는 구체적 기준에 근거해 총 684개의 단어로 선별한 후 6회의 반복적 선별 절차를 통해 총 243개의 단어를 선정하였다. 연구 특성상, 수집된 단어의 의미는 명확해야 하고 고독과 외로움의 전체적인 양상을 총체적으로 나타낼 수 있어야 한다. 이에 총 243개 단어에 대한 친숙성과 적절성의 평정치 가 공통으로 가장 높게 나타난 단어들을 중심으로 최종 선별하였다. 본 연구가 고독과 외로움에 대한 명확한 개념 정립과 한국인의 실제적이고 보편적인 인식을 발달적 관점에서 파악하는 데 활용 가능한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 한국어 대인관계 단어 도구를 제작하는 것으로, 그 첫 과정으로서 대인관계 단어 목록에 포함시킬 적절한 단어를 수집하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 먼저, 생소하지만 의미를 짐작해볼 수 있고 대인관계를 나타내는 것으로 판단되는 모든 어휘를 3종의 국어사전으로부터 수집하였다. 그 결과, 총 2,725개의 단어로 구성된 대인관계 단어 총집을 제작하였 고, 중복되는 단어를 선별하여 총 910개의 단어를 선정하였다. 그 중에서도 문법적인 형태가 다를 뿐, 의미가 비슷하거 나 동일한 단어가 발견되어 이를 반영한 재분류 작업이 요구되었다. 이러한 절차는 총 7회 반복하여 실시하였으며 그 결과, 총 249개의 단어를 선별하였다. 한편, 대표 단어 도구를 개발하는 본 연구의 특성 상, 단어의 의미가 보다 구체화되고 집약되어 전체적인 대인관계 양상을 하나로 잘 나타낼 수 있는 단어 구성이 필요하므로, 단어의 수를 축약시킬 필요가 있었다. 따라서 단어 선별의 마지막 단계로, 앞서 추출한 총 249개의 대인관계 단어에 대한 친숙성과 적절성 평가에 따라 재선별하는 절차를 수행한 후, 친숙성과 적절성의 평정치 결과가 서로 공통적으로 가장 높게 나타난 단어들을 최종적으로 선별하였다.

This study intends to provide preliminary data for improving dining experience in the restaurants of Bamboo food village and help draw up guidelines for the improvement of these dining venues by surveying customer perception and satisfaction in 15-restaurants of the food village. The restaurants were surveyed mainly for satisfaction of the menu, especially, on the signature dishes of Damyang, "ddeokgalbi" (grilled short rib balls) and "daetongbab"-the grilled short rib balls and bamboo rice. The two dishes were more liked by people in the the 20- to 29-year age group with a score of 3.92 and 4.11, respectively. Although the 30-49 age group showed the highest satisfaction score on the fixed price menu, there was no statistically significant difference. The age group of 20-29 also showed the highest satisfaction on plating and table setting with a score of 4.09 and 4.04, respectively, and there was significant difference among age groups in this regard (p<0.05). All the age groups surveyed answered "time-honored taste" should be captured when working on menus, which suggests it should be the first choice for the restaurants in the food village when they develop their menus. When it comes to the restaurant environment, satisfaction on sanitary conditions was significantly different among the groups with a score of 4.21 given by 30-49 age group and 3.88 by the 50 and over group (p<0.05). In the category of service satisfaction, the two aforementioned age groups again showed significant difference in catering to customer needs with a score of 3.99 and 3.63, respectively (p<0.05), whereas welcoming customers and serving food was scored without statistical difference by age. Being asked what needs to be done to strengthen competitive advantage of the restaurants, all the age groups answered "taste" would matter the most while the 20 to 29 and 30 to 49 age groups picked "hygiene" and the 50 and over selected "table setting and ambience" next, which was statistically different with a p value of <0.05. Regarding the competitive advantage of the Korean restaurants in Damyang Bamboo food village, the first two younger groups (20 to 29 and 30 to 49) chose "table setting and ambience" and the eldest (50 and over) age group answered "location wise advantage," indicating significant difference by age. More than 80 percent of the people surveyed were willing to revisit the venues, which suggests improving restaurant environment in Bamboo food village and offering customers a better experience are very likely to build a image of culinary tourism for Damyang.

In this treatise, the kinds of main dishes and the frequency of them, and the materials, the variation of recipe, the measuring units, the cooking utensils, and the measuring terms, which used for making main foods were studied from the books published from 1670 to 1943 in Korea. 1. Main dishes were classified as Bap, Zook: Am-Zook, Mee-Um: Yue-Yi: Won-Mi, Guck-Soo: Naeng-Myun, Man-Doo: Duck-Guk: Soo-Jae-Bee. 2. There were 115 kinds of main dishes including 21 kinds of Bap and Yack-Bap, and 34 kinds of Zook and Am-Zook, 11 kinds of Mee-Um, Yue-Yi and Won-Mi, and 21 kinds of Man-Doo, Duck-Guk and Soo-Jae-Bee. 3. There were 41 kinds of measuring units used for making main dishes including 17 kinds of volume units, 3 kinds of weight units, 14 kinds of quantity units, 4 kinds of units for length, thickness, and 3 kinds of the others. 4. There were 62 kinds of cooking utensils among which Ssot (iron-pot) was the most widely used, but nowadays the most of them were rarely used due to automatization and mechanization of living tools. 5. All cooking terms were 148 kinds including 52 kinds of terms for the preparing process, 24 kinds of terms for the mixing process, 30 kinds of terms for the making-shape process, 18 kinds of terms for the heating process, 16 kinds of terms for the chopping process, and 8 kinds of terms for the setting process.

본 연구에서는 노니(Morinda citrifolia, MC)의 항산화력, 세포독성, 항노화 효과 등 생리활성을 규명하 여 화장품 제제로써의 응용 가능성을 연구해 보고자 하였다. 노니는 열대성 식물로서 2000년 넘게 폴리네시아 인들의 식량과 민간요법제로 사용되어 왔으며 항균성, 항암, 항염증, 면역력을 높일 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. DPPH 소거능에 대한 in vitro 노니 추출물의 항산화 활성은 총 폴리페놀 함량과 총 플라보노이드 함량 측정을 통하여 알아보았다. 항노화 작용에서 HDF 세포에 대한 세포독성이 없음을 확인하였고, 50 ∼ 100 μ g/mL 이상 의 노니 추출물 첨가 시 MMP-1 발현이 뚜렷이 감소되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 in vivo 실험에서는 노니 추출 물을 함유한 크림을 제조하여 30 ∼ 50대 여성 22명을 대상으로 4주간 아침⋅저녁으로 도포하게 한 후 각질 함량, 멜라닌 지수, 모공수, 피부색상 및 눈밑 주름수의 변화를 비교⋅측정하였다. 그 결과로 각질함량은 대조군 그룹(control group)에서는 다소 증가한 반면에 노니 함유 크림 그룹(experimental group)에서는 감소한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 눈밑 주름수의 변화에서 노니 함유 크림 그룹에서만 제품 사용 4주후 주름수가 감소하였 다. 이상의 결과로 노니 추출물은 많은 MMP-1 발현 메커니즘을 제한하며, 천연 항노화 화장품 제제로서 고무 적인 가능성을 기대해 보고자 한다.
