        최근 국내에서 개발된 송풍식 양파 줄기절단기를 수확기 양 파 엽 절단에 활용할 경우 적정 작업 조건을 구명하기 위해서 이 실험을 수행하였다. 처리구 중 식물체 엽 건조가 가장 많이 진행된(엽 건조 정도 : 66.3%, 엽 수분함량 : 50.5%) 6월 20일 엽 절단 처리구에서 평균 잔여 엽장은 6.7±3.5cm로서 작업 후 적정 잔여 엽장에 해당되는 범위인 4-10cm에 포함되므로 기계 엽 절단 성능이 처리구 중 가장 우수한 것으로 판단된다. 줄기절단기 이용 양파 엽 기계 절단 시 평균 작업 속도는 0.17m·s-1였는데, 이는 인력 엽 절단 처리구의 평균 작업 속도 인 0.05m·s-1보다 3.4배 정도 빨랐으며, 이를 통해 해당 기종 을 이용하여 10a 면적을 작업할 경우에는 인력 작업(1인 기준) 에 비해 2.6시간 정도를 절감할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 기계 엽 절단 처리구에서의 손상구 발생률은 1.3%로서 인력 엽 절단 처리구의 0.0%에 비해 높았는데, 이로 인해 기계 엽 절단 처리구가 인력 엽 절단 처리구보다 저장 중 양파 구 부패 율이 평균적으로 높았던 것으로 판단된다. 처리별 저장 특성 을 살펴보면, 저장 8개월 후 구 부위(기부, 정부)별 부패율은 기계 엽 절단 후 잔여 엽장이 5.0cm 미만인 처리구에서 잔여 엽장이 5.0cm 이상인 처리구보다 높았다. 이는 잔여 엽 길이 가 5.0cm 미만인 처리구에서는 5.0cm 이상인 처리구보다 저 장 중 구 부패를 유발하는 병원균의 감염이 쉬우므로 장기 저 장 시 부패율이 높은 것으로 생각된다. 본 실험 결과와 실험 기 종의 성능 목표(작업 후 잔여 엽장 : 5cm) 및 양파 수확 시 적정 잔여 엽장에 관한 기존의 연구결과 등을 종합적으로 고려할 경우, 본 실험에 사용된 줄기절단기 이용 양파 엽 절단 시 양파 의 적정 잔여 엽장은 5-10cm 정도일 것으로 판단된다.

        This study was conducted to develop a precision automatic irrigation system in a nursery by considering the problems and improvements of manual and the conventional automatic irrigation system. The amount of irrigated water between the conventional automatic irrigation system and manual irrigation was 28.7 ± 4.4 g and 14.2 ± 4.3 g, respectively, and the coefficient of variation was less than 30%. However, the coefficient of variation of the conventional automatic irrigation system of 15%, was higher than that of manual irrigation of 30%. The irrigation test using the developed uniform irrigation system attached with the nozzle of a spray angle 80° and most highest uniformity was at height 600 mm. And coefficient of variation of the irrigation uniformity at the center part was within 20%, but irrigation amount of the edge part was lower 50% and over compared to the center part. As a result of a tomato grafting seedling cultivation test using the developed uniform irrigation system, the average plant height of seedling at the edge part was 28 mm but plant height at the center part was higher as 72 mm. Therefore, it was necessary to apply additional irrigation device at the edge part. The irrigation uniformity of the edge concentrated irrigation system was investigated that the irrigation amount of the edge part was irrigated by more than 50% compared with the center part, and coefficient of variation of the irrigation amount at the center part was less than 30%. As a result of a cucumber grafting seedling cultivation test using the edge concentrated irrigation system, the plant height of seedlings in the edge and central part of cultivation bed were 24% and 26%, respectively, so irrigation uniformity was higher then the uniform irrigation system. In order to improve the uniformity of seedlings, it is necessary to adjust the height of boom according to the growth of the seedling by installing a distance sensor in the overhead watering and boom irrigation system.

        This study was conducted to investigate cucumber plants response to greenhouse environments by solar shading in greenhouse in the summer. In order to estimate heat stress reduction of cucumber plants by solar shading in greenhouse, we measured and analyzed physiological conditions of cucumber plants, such as leaf temperature, leaf-air temperature, rubisco maximum carboxylation rate, maximum electron transport rate, thermal breakdown, light leaf respiration, etc. Shading levels were 90% mobile shading of full sunlight, 40% mobile shading of full sunlight and no shading(full sunlight). The 90% shading screen was operated when the external solar radiation is greater than 650 W·m-2. Air temperature, solar radiation, leaf temperature, leaf-air temperature and light leaf respiration in the 90% shading of full sunlight was lower than those of 40% shading and no shading. Rubisco maximum carboxylation rate, arrhenius function value and light leaf respiration of the 90% shading were significantly lower than those of 40% shading and no shading. The thermal breakdown, high temperature inhibition, of 90% shading was significantly higher than that of 40% shading and no shading. Therefore, these results suggest that 90% mobile shading made a less stressful growth environment for cucumber crops.

        More than 6,000 power tiller accidents occurred in 2015, accounting for 50% of all agricultural machinery accidents. Despite this, educational institutions for farmers are only conducting theoretical education due to lack of training systems with guaranteed safety. This study developed an object motion tracking algorithm enabling trainees to control a power tiller driving simulator while wearing a HMD(head mounted display) in order to provide safe hands-on training equipment. A power tiller driving simulator was built using encoders, proximity sensors and displacement sensors to detect the locations of various operating devices such as steering clutch, and a computer model for this simulator was designed. Center coordinate synchronization of the driving simulator and the computer model was achieved with a tracker, and the motion of the power tiller driving simulator was tracked by computing position coordinates and rotation angles of the simulator. The maximum distance error was 23mm, and there was no difficulty maneuvering the driving simulator while wearing an HMD, even at maximum distance error. This motion tracking algorithm is expected to be applicable to the development of mixed reality based power tiller driving simulators for training, contributing to the reduction of power tiller accidents.

        The purpose of this study is to design and control position and torque based on the steering controller of power tiller simulator developed by the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences. The tiller simulator selects sensors and motors to detect the motion of the mechanism required for steering, and controls the tiller's steering controller through the PID control method and the PWM control method which can control simultaneously the position and torque. Simulation tests are carried out under various conditions to verify the efficiency of the proposed controller. The power tiller training simulator can be used as a means to prevent agricultural machinery accidents caused by human factors. Through the simulator, the driver can experience a variety of tasks without any risk of collision, the results of his actions, and learn the cause and effect concepts, which can be used for safety education and accident experience.

        경운기 시뮬레이터 운전자가 가상환경에서 교육에 몰입할 수 있도록 현실세계에 가상 물체를 겹쳐 보 여주는 증강 현실 기술을 구현하였다. 3D 카메라 입력 장치로부터 초당 30 frame 이상 속도로 경운기 모의 운전 장치의 영상을 획득한다. 획득된 현실 영상을 크로마키 처리하여 가상 현실과 결합하였다. RGB 영상의 HSI 변환 실험결과 색상 최대값 0.52, 최소값 0.153, 채도 최대값 0.57, 최소값 0.16, 명 도 최대값 1, 최소값 0.12이 크로마키 처리를 위해 최적값이었다. 본 연구에서는 키패드를 이용하여 크 로마키 처리된 현실 영상의 위치를 전·후·상·하·좌·우를 버튼으로 조정하여 초기 결합위치를 조정 할 수 있고 최종 조정된 값은 저장하여 유지 관리되도록 하였다. 이를 토대로 초당 30프레임 이상의 속 도로 가상현실과 크로마키 처리 영상을 결합한 증강현실 구현이 가능함을 보였다.
