지난 2001년 9·11테러 다음날 영업을 재개해 세계를 놀라게 한 투자은행 모건스탠리. 세계무역 센터에 입주해 있던 모건스탠리는 테러의 한복판에 있었으면서도 사고 발생 24시간 후에는 본사를 제외한 전 세계 업무를 정상화했다. 이처럼 모건스탠리가 기적을 창출해 낸 비결은 평소 재해복 구시스템을 철저히 갖추고 정기적으로 대피훈련을 하는 등 재해경감활동(BCM)의 결과이다. 기업 재해경감활동(BCM : Business Continuity Management)는 모건스탠리가 9·11 테러 당시 하루 만에 영업을 재개하면서부터 주목받기 시작했다. BCM은 기업이 재난으로 업무중단 시 핵심 기능을 조기에 복구해 업무 연속을 확보하려는 활동이다. 천재지변이나 해킹, 테러나 화재 등으로 기업의 핵심 데이터나 시설이 파괴됐을 때 기업이 어떻게 피해를 최소화하고, 신속하게 정상적인 업무로 복귀하느냐는 기업 생존에 결정적인 요소 다. 재난 발생 시 기업의 체계적인 대응은 명성 및 브랜드에도 큰 영향을 미칠 수밖에 없다. 특히 재난으로부터 기업의 핵심기능과 시설이 피해를 입은 경우, 신속한 대응과 복구의 가능 여부는 기업경영에 중요한 요소로서 글로벌화에 따른 사업 환경 변동성 증대에 따라 더욱 주목받고 있다. 이 세미나에서는 기업에 영향을 미치는 위험요소의 식별, 위험평가 및 업무영향을 분석하고, 위험요소 발생 시 기업이 할 수 있는 신속대처·피해확산방지 주요업무를 정상적으로 유지하기 위한 활동계획 등을 논의하고자 한다.

Technical Barriers to International Trade are emerging as main non-tariff barriers and so MRA is getting widespread. In addition, a significant amount in international trade occurs as intra-industry trade instead of inter-industry trade. Based on the cost reduction of testing and certification except many other effects of MRA, we compute the economic impact of MRA quantitatively. First, we use a Cournot model for intra-industry trade to compute the effect of trade balance caused by the cost reduction of testing and certification. 최근 많은 기업 또는 영리단체들은 급변하는 주변환경에 대응하기 위하여 다양한 혁신 방법들을 도입하여 운용하고 있는데, 하나만의 혁신기법들만을 적용한다는 것은 기업 또는 단체들에게 보다 긍정적인 결과를 얻어내기에 부족함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 혁신방법 중에서TRIZ와 6시그마의 혼합방안을 제시하기 위해서 다음의 세 가지 내용을 중점적으로 연구하였다. 첫째, TRIZ와 6시그마의 이론과 운영시스템을 설명하였다. 둘째, TRIZ와 6시그마에 대한 공통점, 차이점, 품질경영측면에서의 비교를 통하여 TRIZ와 6시그마와의 관계를 정립하고 올바른 이해를 제시하였다. 셋째, 6시그마의 진행 단계에서 TRIZ기법이 도움을 줄 수 있는 부분을 분석하고 6시그마와 TRIZ를 혼합한 새로운 모형과 예를 제시하였다.

생산성 및 품질혁신을 위하여 Lean 6시그마에 대한 다양한 국외 적용사례는 존재하나, 고도의 하이테크 산업이며 품질을 최우선으로 삼는 항공산업에 적용 및 평가에 대한 국내 연구사례는 거의 전무한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 린 6시그마 기법이나 사상들이 국내 항공산업 프로세스의 생산성 및 품질을 향상시키는데 과연 적합한지 판단하여, 현장적용을 사례로 적용 방법론을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

A number of stores can save costs by forming a centralized inventory system. The number and location of centralized warehouses can be determined in minimizing total costs and then these cost reductions should be allocated fairly to each store. If no group of stores feel that they are paying to subsidize to the complementary set of stores, then that cost allocation is in core. That is, all stores become better off by forming a group. This study shows that there does not exist the core in some examples. Hence, we suggest a framework for the cost allocation both of the case in which the core exists and the core does not exist.

제조업체의 성공은 고객의 요구를 파악하는 능력과 이들 요구를 만족시키면서, 얼마나 최소비용을 투자하여 제품화를 신속히 개발하는가에 달려있다. 기업의 목표를 달성하기 위해서 제조 판매 및 마케팅 그리고 제품 디자인 및 개발기간과 같은 여러 요소들이 복합적으로 적절히 조화를 이루어야만 한다. 이 논문에서는 여러 요소 중 신제품 개발기간에 초점을 맞추어 현재 각 기업에서 많이 사용되고 있는 6시그마 기법을 적용하여 새로운 제품의 개발기간을 단축시키기 위한 방법론을 제시한다.

A centralized inventory system provides a number of stores with cost reduction, information sharing. To build centralized warehouses, two things should be considered: how many warehouses are required and where these are located. The number and location of centralized warehouses can be determined in minimizing total costs and then these cost reductions should be allocated fairly to each store. Since it is too time-intensive to find an optimal solution of minimizing total costs, this paper presents heuristics and compares its results with an optimal solution.

A number of stores can save costs by forming central warehouses. In this paper, transportation cost is included in the inventory model with the continuous review policy, namely, (Q,R) policy. The objective of this paper is to develop an efficient simulated annealing algorithm and heuristic for large-scale problems of determining the location and the number of central warehouses by minimizing total costs. Some computational results and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

본 연구에서는 생활용품이면서 의복과 함께 생활필수품인 신발을 대상으로 감성만족도 요소의 추출과 분류체계를 개발하였다. 제화류의 감성만족도 요소는 감각성(sense), 적합성(fitness), 묘사성(description), 평가성(evaluation), 선호성(attitude)의 5개 그룹으로 구성되었으며, 각 그룹에는 형태감, 볼륨감 등 29개 요소가 포함되었다. 이들 중에서 일반 제화의 평가에 적합한 요소들로 형태감, 볼륨감, 균형감, 색감, 인체적합성, 안락성, 안정성, 여유성, 개념적 이미지, 품위감, 고급감, 조화감, 견고성, 주목성, 간편성, 신뢰성, 선호도, 수용도, 만족성, 매력성 등 20개의 요소들을 선택하여 이들에 대한 평가양식을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 감성만족도 요소는 제화류의 고객만족도 평가 모델링에서 종속변수로 활용될 수 있다.

This paper is to develope the more comfortable shoes for preventing sprain and slippery for the elderly. The shoes adding layers were designed using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric data. The anthropometric elderly, arbitrarily defined as those 65 years of age and above, were a distinct with special needs. A total of 24 subjects participated. They evaluated each shoes using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric elderly data and adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery. As results, the proposed shoes have the better functions for preventing sprain and slippery compared to others.

본 연구에서는 노인의 신체 특성에 적합한 고기능성 구두를 개발하기 위하여 한국인에 적합한 화형을 근간으로 하여 접질림과 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있는 노인화를 개발하였다. 본 연 에서는 인체 발 측정 및 체계적인 화형설계 과정을 거쳐 제작된 화형을 통한 수 차례의 착화시험에 의해 마련된 표준화형을 근간으로 노인용 화형을 제작하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 새로 개발된 노인용 구두는 접질림과 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있어 소비자의 요구에 조금 더 부합하게 하였고, 향후 보다 편리하고 기능성이 향상된 노인용 구두를 제작하기 위한 최적의 화형을 제작하고 건강기능성 부자재를 선정할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.
