In this study, we reviewed SOA from the points of the concept, definition, technical components. Additionally, we derived seven critical factors which can lead SOA project to success: top level support, employees education, problem definition, service identification, appropriate development method, continuous development, start from small success.

To give a solution to solve personal information problems issued in this study, the domestic and overseas cases about information security management system including an authentication technique are analyzed. To preserve the outflow of personal information, which is such a major issue all over the world, a new security audit check list is also proposed. We hope this study to help information system developers construct and operate confidential information systems through the three steps: Analysis of risk factors that expose personal information, Proposal to solve the problem, Verification of audit checking items.

The purposes of this research are investigating the domestic and foreign situations and presenting methods to be able to raise the competitiveness of the power IT industry. For the analysis of domestic situations, 70 companies related with power IT were surveyed. Thus, the problems the power IT industry is now facing are summarized and solutions for them are also suggested. If these solutions are practiced, the power industry could provide higher quality electricity and belong to the prior group of global power society.

The purposes of this research are presenting a new business model by introducing USN/ZigBee and measuring productivity using BSC(Balanced scorecard), and becoming a cornerstone by presenting a prototype of ServiceScience which is getting more attention from Industrial Engineering and Management. The new business model consists of development of leak current monitoring sensor using USN/ZigBee and the adoption of RCM(Reliability-Centered Maintenance) using knowledge-based system at current distribution. Additionally, for the measurement of this new model's productivity, ESC is used, and the strategic map and measurement indices are produced. The main contributions of this paper are showing a concrete model of ServiceScience and demonstrating this model can be extended to similar areas like are gas, water etc.

본 논문에서는 청색 인광 발광 물질인 bis(3,5-Difluoro-2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl-(2-carboxypyridyl) iridium (III) (Flrpic)과 녹색 인광 발광 물질인 fac-tris(2-phenypyridine) irdium(III) (Ir(ppy)3)와 적색 인광 발광 물질인 his(5-benzoyl-2-phenylpyridinato-C,N)iridium(III) (acetylacetonate) ((Bzppy)2Ir(acac))를 각각 적층하여 백색 유기 발광 다이오드를 제작하였고, 각각의 발광층 사이에 혼합된 스페이서인 4,4'-N,N'-dicarbazole-biphenyl (CBP):4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BPhen)을 적층하여 그 때의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 최적화된 구조에서의 전력 효율은 0.014 mA/cm2에서의 19.7 lm/w를 나타내었으며, 0.127 mA/cm2에서의 11.5%의 외부 양자 효율을 나타내었고, 8 V에서 Commission Internationale do I'Eclairage (CIEx,y) coordinates (x=0.36, y=0.44)의 색좌표를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 소 배반포의 내부 세포괴로부터 다능성(pluripotency)을 지닌 배아 줄기 세포(embryonic stem cell) 또는 그 유사 세포를 분리 및 배양함으로써 줄기 세포 관련 분야의 기반 기술을 확립하고자 하였다. 소 체외수정란을 10～12일간 체외배양하여 생산된 부화 배반포를 세포분열이 불활성화된 생쥐 태아 섬유아 세포(mouse embryonic fibroblast, MEF) 위에서 배양하여 콜로니 형성을 유도하였으며, 이들로부터 내부 세포괴 유래의 형태를 지닌 것만을 광학현미경 하에서 물리적으로 분리하여 약 5～7일 간격으로 계대배양을 실시하였다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 배아 줄기 유사 세포의 특성을 40계대 이상 유지하는 2개의 세포주를 확립하였다. 각각의 세포주들은 높은 alkaline phosphatase(AP) 활성을 지니고 있었으며, 형광 면역 염색법과 PCR 기법을 사용하여 Oct-4, Nanog, STAT3, SSEA3 및 SSEA4의 발현을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 ,본 연구에서는 소 배반포로부터 배아 줄기 세포주를 확립하는 제반 기술이 확립되었다고 판단되며, 향후 관련 분야 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

수정 시뮬레이티드어닐링은 Simulated Annealing(SA)가 확률 탐색 방법을 사용하기 때문에 수렴시간이 오래 걸리는 단점를 개선한 방법이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RSA와 SA을 트러스구조물과 인공위성구조물의 최적화에 적용하여 서로 비교하여 보았다. 최적화 예제로 10부재 트러스, 실제 응용예제로 인공위성구조물은 위성 상단 플랫폼과 추진모듈의 최적화를 수행하였다. 인공위성구조물의 최적화에서 응력과 고유진동수, 전단응력 등을 제한조건으로 고려하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 인공위성구조물의 최적화를 수행한 결과 RSA을 이용하여 다양한 인공위성 구조물의 최적화에 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 인공위성 구조물의 최적화에서 RSA가 SA보다 수렴속도가 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

As the Internet spreads rapidly, the industrial structure is changing to a new paradigm. The previous EDI system was asked to be changed and WEB EDI, E-Mail EDI, FTP EDI etc. based on the internet have appeared. Recently, the XML/EDI which is based on XML documents has appeared. EDI system has to assure a safe exchange between senders and receivers. But, the internet has security problems because it uses a open TCP/IP protocol. In this paper, we will propose an XML/EDI system with XML Signature.

For global electronic market, several market place standards are developing now. Though, a standard is different from others they are pursuing the same purpose of uniworld market. In this study, two standards(ebXML and UDDI) which are most strong enough to urge field engineers to consider the standards in making their products were focused. Additionally, the development priorities of ebXML which were viewed from field engineers were summarized. Finally, government actions required by field engineers to promote the development of global market place were summarized.

Internet상의 전자문서, 전자거래 등과 관련된 전자업무에서는 다음과 같은 중요 인증 문제를 필요로 하게 한다. 첫째, 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인). 둘째, 전자업무 내용의 정보보호 및 무결성 기능(비밀성 보장). 셋째, 전자행위에 대한 부인봉쇄(분쟁해결) 등이 그것이다. 따라서 이러한 전자업무의 중요 인증 문제와 관련하여 신뢰할 만한 제3자, 즉 인증기관(CA : Certificate Authority)의 확인 및 증명해주는 제도가 필요하다. 위에서 언급한 제 가지 인증 문제 중 전자업무에서의 가장 기초적인 인증 문제인 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인)에 대한 문제를 연구하고자 한다.

정보화가 진전됨에 따라 조직이 보유하고 있는 정보를 효율적으로 관리 하고자하는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 EDI의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있으며 전자 문서의 효과적인 교환, 유지 그리고 정보로의 가공이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 EDI를 산업정보 시스템에 어떻게 적용시킬 것인가와 그에 따른 기술로서 XML을 도입하여 XML/EDI 시스템 구축 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 우선 EDI 시스템에 대한 개념, 구성 요소, 도입 효과에 대해 다루었고 전통적인 EDI 시스템이 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하여 그에 따른 해결 방법으로 XML을 어떻게 도입하여 효과적인 XML/EDI 시스템을 구축할 수 있는지에 대한 XML/EDI 시스템의 구축방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

SCM은 원자재를 공급받아 이를 완제품으로 만들고, 최종소비자에게 판매하는 일련의 사업단위를 관리하는 기법이다 즉, 주문창출, 주문접수, 주문이행 그리고 상품, 서비스 및 정보의 유통, 협력을 포함한 총괄적인 개념의 용어이다. 또한 원자재의 공급자에서부터 최종소비자까지 연결하는 생산의 흐름을 최적으로 운영하고 조율하는 것이 SCM의 목적이다. Supply Chain상에는 여러 개의 다른 조직체와 활동에 필요한 많은 기능(설계, 생산, 조달, 운송 등)이 존재하며, 전체 Supply Chain의 효율성을 증가시키기 위하여 실물, 정보, 자금을 최적으로 관리하는 것이 SCM의 역할이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SCM의 근간이 되고 있는 EDI의 조달시스템에 초점을 맞추어 가상 시나리오를 세우고, 업무를 분석하여, 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 마지막으로 웹상에서의 페이지들을 개발하고 이들을 연결하여서 최종적인 시스템을 구현하였다.
