        Incheon Port has many advantages for import of log and timber for furniture. More than 50% of lumber which was imported is through Incheon Port. However, most companies move and set up their business by taking lease of workshop. Because of expensive cost of transportation, it is suggested to construct a lumber Industrial district in the North Port in Incheon. By researching the national plans about the North Port and Incheon Ports, an adequate acquaintance of lumber industry in Incheon has been realized. ills study conducted the economic effect analysis for lumber industry clustering and the necessity of cluster composition is derived. Then effectiveness analysis for lumber industry cluster composition is sequentially operated.

        The logistics industry in Incheon is lack of basic usage for logistic information. As development of logistics industry the companies recognized the importance of logistics informatization. But due to a small scale of logistic companies it is difficult to equip the basic infrastructure for logistics informatization. To investigate the status of informatization of logistics companies in Incheon, we divide questionnaire by the aspects of information operations, aspects of information needs, information effects and policy aspects of planning and support information. By the result of survey we suggest the supporting plan for Incheon logistics industry.

        Incheon port is located near the Seoul metropolitan area and it is gateway port to Korea. It has the efficient location conditions in geography and economics. Many logistics industry had been developed taking the advantage of above conditions. Since Incheon International Airport opened in 2001, the function in logistics had been grown gradually. But most of logistics companies in Incheon are lack of basic usage of logistic information. To identify the status for logistic industry in Incheon we analysed various statistical data and literature in this study. From the survey results, we found that logistic industry has higher weight than other industries. It is sure that logistics industry is the specific industry in Incheon.

        Management of maintenance parts in the aircraft have difficulty because of high cost of part, necessity of separate managements, and very many kinds of parts. The serial number of parts was used in maintenance process and then the results was depended on worker's ability. Also the workers used printed work order and manual at every time in maintenance processes. In this study, we analyzed the maintenance process and the information that occurs in the material warehouse and hangar for large airline company to solve the problems about inventory and visualization. Based on above analysis we developed the maintenance process with integrated by information technologies such as QR code and tablet PC. We expect the reduced errors resulting from visually checking and decreased work hours and maintenance cost and will finally develop the smart work.

        Location-Based Service(LBS) is a service that provides a variety of convenience in life using location information that can be obtained by mobile communication network or satellite signal. In order to provide LBS precisely and efficiently, we need the location determination technology, platform technology and server technology. In this study, we studied on how we can reduce the error on location determination of objects such people and things. Fingerprint location determination method was applied to this study because it can be used at current wireless communication infrastructure and less influenced by a variety of noisy environment than other location determination methods. We converted the probability value to logarithmic scale value because using the sum of k probability values is not suitable to be applied to weight determination. In order to confirm the performance of suggested method, we developed location determination test program with Visual Basic 6.0 and performed the test. According to indoor and outdoor test results, the suggested stochastic method reduced the distance error by 17%, 18% and 9% respectively at indoor environment and 25%, 11% and 4% at outdoor environment compared with deterministic NN, kNN and kWNN fingerprint methods.

In this study, we studied on how we can reduce the error on location determination of objects such people and things. Fingerprint location determination method was applied to this study because it can be used at current wireless communication infrastructure and less influenced by a variety of noisy environment than other location determination methods. We used the time of arrival(ToA) method in fingerprint location determination method. In order to confirm the performance of suggested method, we developed location determination test program with LAbVIEW 2010 and performed the test. According to indoor test results, the suggested method reduced the distance error by 24%, 34% and 19% respectively at indoor environment compared with deterministic kWNN and Rice Gaussian fingerprint methods.

        In this study, we identified 26 cases scheduled for lower extremity computed tomography (CT) angiography who had implanted metal devices. These CT exams were performed for evaluation of patients' symptoms related with gait disturbance. CT scans were performed on 128-MDCT using our standard parameters. The row image data were reconstructed using two different methods, standard filtered backprojection (FBP) algorithm and the metal artifact reduction for orthopedic implants (O-MAR) algorithm. Images were evaluated with 3-point scales. The difference of image scores for FBP (1.5±0.81) and OMAR (1.92±0.79) was significant (p<0.05). O-MAR reconstruction significantly improved quality of CT angiography for patients with metal implants.

        In general, a two-dimensional flat form were used to record the structural inspection information. But we performed a study utilizing 3D model to input the information of structure inspection. This study showed that the inspector could enter the inspection information more efficiently by utilizing 3D model.

        1992년 신행주대교가 시공 중 붕괴되었고, 1994년 성수대교가 공용 중 붕괴되면서 많은 인명피해가 발생하였다. 그 이후 주요 사회시설물의 시공중 및 공용중 안전을 확보하고자 1995년 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법이 제정되었다. 이 후 사회기반시설 중에서 사용이 빈번하고 지역적 랜드마크의 역할을 하는 교량구조물에 대한 유지관리 활동은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 특히 사장교와 현수교 같은 특수 구조물 중에서 사회·경제적 중요도가 높은 서해대교, 영종대교, 인천대교, 거가대교 등에는 교량의 유지관리를 위한 전산시스템이 구축되어 있다. 이 시스템은 교량 점검에서 발생되는 손상을 도면이미지에 기록하여 정보를 저장하고 체계적으로 관리하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 하지만 손상 정보를 생성하기 위해서는 대상 구조물에 대한 전개도를 구성하고, 그 전개도에 손상 정보를 입히는 과정이 요구된다. 이러한 일련의 과정에서 점검자는 다수의 2차원의 전개도 상에서 실제 3차원 구조물의 손상 위치를 정확하게 정의하여 기록하기가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 자료의 체계적인 관리도 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 2차원적인 전개도가 아닌 실제 구조물의 형상을 반영하는 3차원 객체 모델을 활용하여 교량의 유지관리에 사용할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구 내용를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 구조물 설계 시 일반적으로 이용되는 2차원 Cad 파일을 활용하여 3차원 객체모델을 구성하여 교량 유지관리에 활용하고자 하였다. 3차원 객체 모델을 이용하여 구조물에서 발생된 손상을 기록하고, 점검이력을 관리하고, 운영자의 업무를 보조하도록 일정 및 점검 경로의 관리도 가능하다. 유지관리에서 가장 중요한 구조물의 손상 정보를 체계적이고 시각적으로 표시하는 것도 가능하도록 개발하고 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서 개발된 방법을 활용하여 부재의 점검 진행 상태 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, 구조물 점검 후 손상 등급에 따른 구성 부재의 색상을 달리함으로써 부재의 상태 및 전체 상태에 대한 종합적인 확인이 가능하다. 그리고 전체구조계는 물론 세부 부재에 대하여 시설물의 현장과 동일한 정밀도로 탐색할 수 있도록 하여 손상에 대한 정보를 쉽게 확인하고 공유할 수 있다.
