        In this paper deals with behavior of the magnetic abrasive using Ba-Ferrite on polishing characteristics in a new internal finishing of STS304 pipe applying magnetic abrasive polishing. The magnetic abrasive using Ba-Ferrite grain WA used to resin bond fabricated low temperature. And Ba-Ferrite of magnetic abrasive powder fabricated that Ba-Ferrite was crused into 200 mesh. The previous research have made an experiment in the static state the movement of magnetic abrasive grain is nevertheless in the dynamic state. In this paper, We could have investigated into the changes of the movement of magnetic abrasive grain. In reference to this result, we could have made the experiment which is set under the condition of the magnetic flux density, polishing velocity according to the form of magnetic brush.

        Polyacetal resin is usually used to make molds, but it is difficult to achieve dimension accuracy during molding. Therefore it is usually necessary to cut the polyacetal resin after a molding process. Polyacetal resin is easily machining by standard machine tool. Acetal is also a thermal stable material which can be totted without coolant Another concern about the use of polyacetal resin is that it absorbs water easily, which also results in problems with dimension accuracy Therefore, in this study, the cutting resistance of water-absorbed polyacetal resin and its surface roughness after cutting in order to achieve the highest degree of accuracy in the cutting of polyacetal resin were investigated. Also, The Robust Design method uses a mathematical tool called orthogonal arrays to study a large number of decision variables with a small number of experiments. It also uses a new measure of quality, called signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, to predict the quality from the customer's perspective. Thus, we have taken Taguchi's parameter design approach, specifically orthogonal array, and determined the optimal levels of the selected variables through analysis of the experimental results using S/N ratio.

        Recently micro deep hole drilling is required in the whole industry. However, micro deep hole drilling has still much difficulty because of the lack of drill rigidity and the interruption of chip. We treated a micro deep hole(diameter 0.35mm, depth 3mm) used in a connector jack pin. Therefore, a surface roughness is very important. In this paper, we studied on the variation of the surface roughness for cutting conditions during micro deep hole drilling of Be-Cu material. Most of all, we tried to drill on CNC for the realization of automatization.
